本发明公开了一种钢筋头部旋削机，它是在机架的右上端设有切削架，切削机内设有旋切轴，旋切轴上装有传动皮带轮，机架的底端设有电动机，电动机上设有电机皮带轮，旋切轴的左端设有切削头，切削头内装有切削刀，机架的左上端设有夹具固定支架，夹具固定支架的上端设有滑动轨道，滑动轨道的上端设有卡头座，卡头座的上端设有三爪固定卡头，切削时，将钢筋头放至夹具内，用三爪卡头将钢筋固定，调整好刀具，启动电机即可切削。

本发明涉及一种切削机，尤其是一种加工钢筋头部直径的旋削机。
背景技术
目前雨伞伞撑的原料是由钢筋经过拉丝处理后获得的，拉丝前的钢筋头与拉丝机的模具头直径尺寸不符，无法连接，现有的处理方式是将钢筋头放在铁凳上使用手锤敲击，不仅费工费时，而且尺寸也不易掌握。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种钢筋头旋削机，以提高工效，节省人力。
本发明的方案是由机架、切削架、旋切轴、切削头及三爪固定卡头组成，其结构特点是在机架的右上端设有切削架，切削机内设有旋切轴，旋切轴由轴承安装在切削架的中部，旋切轴上装有传动皮带轮，机架的底端设有电动机，电动机上设有电机皮带轮，电机皮带轮与传动皮带轮上装有传动皮带，旋切轴的左端设有切削头，切削头内装有切削刀，切削刀由螺栓紧固在切削头内，机架的左上端设有夹具固定支架，夹具固定支架的上端设有滑动轨道，滑动轨道的上端设有卡头座，卡头座的上端设有三爪固定卡头，三爪固定卡头由连接板安装固定在卡头座上，卡头座的底端设有移动轴，移动轴的外侧装有齿轮，滑动轨道的下端设有齿条，移动轴外端的齿轮安装在齿条的下端与齿条啮合，移动轴的外端装有纵向移动调整手柄，卡头座的中部设有横向移动调整螺母，横向移动调整螺母内装有丝杠，丝杠的外端设有手轮。
切削时，将钢筋头放至夹具内，用三爪卡头将钢筋固定，调整好刀具，启动电机即可切削，摇动手柄可调整卡头的纵向移动，转动手轮可调整卡头的横向移动。
本发明结构简单，设计合理，加工生产成本低，使用方便效果好。

图1中示出的机架1的右上端设有切削架17，切削架内设有旋切轴18，旋切轴由轴承安装在切削架的中部，旋切轴上装有传动皮带轮19，机架的底端设有电动机3，电动机上装有电机皮带轮2，电机皮带轮与传动皮带轮上装有传动皮带21，旋切轴的左端装有切削头14，切削头内装有切削刀15，切削刀由螺栓16紧固在切削头内，机架的左上端设有夹具固定支架8，夹具固定支架的上端设有滑动轨道9，滑动轨道的上端设有卡头座10，卡头座的上端设有三爪固定卡头13，三爪固定卡头由连接板12安装固定在卡头座10上，卡头座的底端设有移动轴5，移动轴的外侧装有齿轮6，滑动轨道的下端设有齿条7，移动轴外侧的齿轮安装在齿条的下端与齿条啮合，移动轴的外端装有纵向移动调整手柄4，卡头座的中部设有横向移动调整螺母，横向移动调整螺母内装有丝杠，丝杠的外端设有手轮11，机架的上端装有电源开关20。

1.一种钢筋头部旋削机，包括机架、切削架、旋切轴、切削头及三爪固定卡头，其特征在于：所述机架（1）的右上端设有切削架（17），切削架内设有旋切轴（18），旋切轴由轴承安装在切削架的中部，旋切轴上装有传动皮带轮（19），机架的底端设有电动机（3），电动机上装有电机皮带轮（2），电机皮带轮与传动皮带轮上装有传动皮带（21），旋切轴的左端装有切削头（14），切削头内装有切削刀（15），切削刀由螺栓（16）紧固在切削头内，机架的左上端设有夹具固定支架（8），夹具固定支架的上端设有滑动轨道（9），滑动轨道的上端设有卡头座（10），卡头座的上端设有三爪固定卡头（13），所述的三爪固定卡头由连接板（12）安装固定在卡头座（10）上，卡头座的底端设有移动轴（5），移动轴的外侧装有齿轮（6），滑动轨道的下端设有齿条（7），移动轴外侧的齿轮安装在齿条的下端与齿条啮合，移动轴的外端装有纵向移动调整手柄（4），卡头座的中部设有横向移动调整螺母，横向移动调整螺母内装有丝杠，丝杠的外端设有手轮（11）。
