技术领域
本发明涉及锤式破碎机，具体涉及一种细环锤式破碎机破碎装置。
背景技术
工矿生产中，经常需要用到破碎机，而锤式破碎机是最常见的一种，锤式破碎机主要是靠冲击作用来破碎物料的，将物料送入破碎机中，遭受到高速回转的锤头的冲击而破碎。由于煤中矸石杂质较多, 细环锤式破碎机的出料粒度不理想, 部分入炉煤颗粒度过大, 严重影响了锅炉机组的正常运行。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提出了一种细环锤式破碎机破碎装置，所采用的技术方案为：
一种细环锤式破碎机破碎装置由4块筛板组成，每块筛板有条形筛孔；
所述破碎装置与转子之间的间隙可调；
所述筛板带有安全保护销。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明对现有锤式破碎机的破碎装置进行改进后，不但破碎机出料粒度降低，而且带有自我保护装置，有限延长了设备寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行进一步说明，如图1所示原细环锤式破碎机结构，由机体、机盖、筛板架、破碎装置和筛板调节器等构成，电机通过挠性联轴器驱动转子。
如图2、3所示改后破碎装置加长，由4块筛板组成，每块筛板有条形筛孔，筛孔的间隙根据出料度的大小来确定，筛板带有安全保护销，一旦大块冷铁进入破碎机时，安全销自动被剪断，使碎煤机不受损坏。

1.一种细环锤式破碎机破碎装置其特征在于由4块筛板组成，每块筛板有条形筛孔。
2.权利要求1所述一种细环锤式破碎机破碎装置，其特征在于所述破碎装置与转子之间的间隙可调。
