本发明属于医疗器械,具体是用于血液净化疗法的血液灌流器。
技术背景:
高磷血症是一种临床较难治愈的病患,目前还没有针对性的治疗方法。血液灌流器已经广泛用于尿毒症及药物中毒的临床救治中,是一种实施血液净化疗法行之有效的医疗器械;但是在治疗高磷血症病患中目前还没有针对性的产品。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为采用血液净化疗法治疗高磷血症提出一种血液灌流器产品技术方案。
本发明的技术方案:
本发明是发明人在先申请发明专利“医用大孔吸附树脂及其应用”专利号:ZL201101195335.x,“苯乙烯系树脂的新结构产品、制备方法及其用途”申请号:201310347458.x的实施例。本发明技术方案是用于吸附清除血液中过量磷酸盐类物质血液灌流器,由包括罐体和罐体内充填的医用树脂吸附剂构成,医用树脂吸附剂使用带有活性位点的苯乙烯系树脂;树脂吸附剂颗粒表面包覆糖蛋白膜。
本发明的具体实施方式:
树脂吸附剂孔径范围在2-4nm之间,以3nm为峰值;比表面积范围大于800m2/g;孔容范围大于0.68ml/g;树脂吸附剂包覆的糖蛋白膜厚度范围是3-5um。
对本发明方案的说明:
高血磷症患者血液中存在过量的磷酸盐类离子态物质,该类物质以负一价或者负二价的磷酸根离子态游离在血液中,它的分子量在68-69之间属于小分子。本发明采用发明人在先发明的苯乙烯系新结构树脂,该树脂的碳骨架中嵌入铁元素,具有的正一价的活性位点,对血液中过量的磷酸根离子具有吸附作用。本发明选用的树脂吸附剂孔径2-4nm恰好容许小分子的磷酸根离子进入,与树脂表面及树脂孔洞内表面的活性位点充分接触,并被吸附。本发明采用的树脂比表面积范围大于800m2/g;孔容范围大于0.68ml/g;树脂吸附剂包覆的糖蛋白膜厚度范围是3-5um。这些指标在发明人在先的发明中都不是极限值,之所以选用这些指标是以适于生产为原则。因此,比表面积及孔容的指标没有确定上限,根据生产条件可以自由确定上限。糖蛋白膜的厚度3-5微米是允许小分子渗透进入树脂孔洞的较佳指标。
根据临床治疗方式的要求,本发明血液灌流器可以制作出不同规格的产品。
本发明特出的实质性特征和显著的进步:
本发明是发明人在先发明的一项实施例。采用具有活性位点的树脂吸附剂制作血液灌流器的吸附剂是前所未有的新技术,具有突出的实质性特点。本发明用于血液净化疗法针对高磷血症病患,可以最简便、最快速的方式清除患者血液中过量的磷酸盐离子态物质,使血液中磷酸盐类物质含量达到平衡;相对于现有技术具有显著的进步。
本发明血液灌流器使用的树脂吸附剂已经通过了静态吸附实验验证具有明显的治疗效果。

Claims (6)

1.血液灌流器,用于吸附清除血液中过量磷酸盐类物质,由包括罐体和罐体内充填的医用树脂吸附剂构成,其特征在:树脂吸附剂使用带有活性位点的苯乙烯系树脂。
2.如权利要求1所述的血液灌流器,其特征在于:所述的树脂吸附剂颗粒表面包覆糖蛋白膜。
3.如权利要求1所述的血液灌流器,其特征在于:所述的树脂吸附剂孔径范围在2-4nm之间,以3nm为峰值。
4.如权利要求1所述的血液灌流器,其特征在于:所述的树脂吸附剂比表面积范围大于800m2/g。
5.如权利要求1所述的血液灌流器,其特征在于:所述的树脂吸附剂孔容范围大于0.68ml/g。
6.如权利要求1所述的血液灌流器,其特征在于:所述的树脂吸附剂包覆的糖蛋白膜厚度范围是3-5um。
