技术领域
本发明涉及一种子导线间隔棒,尤其涉及一种防磨损的子导线间隔棒。
背景技术
输电线路用子导线间隔棒框架与线夹主体配合部位一般为圆形结构,该种配合结构在微风振动或大风区情况下容易发生间隔棒框架与线夹本体配合部位磨损,导致间隔棒破损甚至失去防护功能,会影响输电线路的安全,另外输电线路用子导线间隔棒一般采用槽型结构框架,该种框架强度较低,易发生磨损。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防磨损的子导线间隔棒,该子导线间隔棒强度高,且不易发生磨损。
本发明的具体方案为:一种子导线间隔棒,所述间隔棒包括多边形框架以及与所述框架连接的线夹主体,所述线夹主体的头端部位呈钩形,所述钩的内弧面设置有弹性防滑保护垫,所述框架截面为工字型,所述框架和所述线夹主体设有孔径不等的通孔,所述孔径不等的通孔内设有连接框架与线夹主体的锥形夹持件。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的技术效果有:将框架设计为工字型框架,此设计提高了框架的强度,更好的发挥了材料的力学性能,提高了间隔棒的向心力。设计将框架设有与线夹主体配合的锥形夹持件,使框架与线夹主体之间轴向纯在间隙,防止在微风和大风区中的框架与线夹主体相互磨损。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详细说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示的实施例,一种子导线间隔棒,所述间隔棒包括多边形框架1以及与所述框架1连接的线夹主体2,所述线夹主体2的头端部位呈钩形,所述钩的内弧面设置有弹性防滑保护垫4,所述框架1截面为工字型,所述框架1和所述线夹主体2设有孔径不等的通孔,所述孔径不等的通孔内设有连接框架1与线夹主体2的锥形夹持件3;使框架1和线夹主体2轴向之间形成间隙,避免两者相互磨损。
本发明另一优选实施方式为,所述框架1的通孔为锥形通孔。
本发明另一优选实施方式为,所述线夹主体2上设有十字轴,所述十字轴中部设有与所述锥形夹持件3连接的通孔,该通孔与框架1的通孔孔径不等。
本发明另一优选实施方式为,所述弹性防滑保护垫设有凸起。
本发明另一优选实施方式为,所述框架1为中部中空的六边形框体,在六条边框上设有圆形和椭圆形的通孔,减轻框体的重量。
本发明另一优选实施方式为,所述框架1为中部中空的八边形框体。
本发明另一优选实施方式为,所述多边形框架1为铝合金材质。
本发明另一优选实施方式为,所述锥形夹持件3为不锈钢材质。

1.一种子导线间隔棒,所述间隔棒包括多边形框架(1)以及与所述框架(1)连接的线夹主体(2),所述线夹主体(2)的头端部位呈钩形,所述钩的内弧面设置有弹性防滑保护垫(4),其特征在于:所述框架(1)截面为工字型,所述框架(1)和所述线夹主体(2)设有孔径不等的通孔,所述孔径不等的通孔内设有连接框架(1)与线夹主体(2)的锥形夹持件(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的子导线间隔棒,其特征在于:所述框架(1)的通孔为锥形通孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的子导线间隔棒,其特征在于:所述线夹主体(2)上设有十字轴,所述十字轴中部设有与所述锥形夹持件(3)连接的通孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的子导线间隔棒,其特征在于:所述弹性防滑保护垫设有凸起。
5.如权利要求1所述的子导线间隔棒,其特征在于:所述框架(1)为中部中空的六边形或八边形框体。
6.如权利要求1所述的子导线间隔棒,其特征在于:所述多边形框架(1)为铝合金材质。
7.如权利要求1所述的子导线间隔棒,其特征在于:所述锥形夹持件(3)为不锈钢材质。
