本发明涉及一种超高压、特高压输电线路用的间隔棒线夹。所述线夹用于连接分裂导线的头端部位呈钩形,所述钩的导线夹持槽内表面设置有弹性防滑保护垫,所述保护垫的外弧面中间设置有安装凸钮二端向上卷起呈“山”字形,且外弧面与导线夹持槽内表面贴合,所述保护垫的内弧面与导线外径尺寸相匹配;所述保护垫的安装凸钮与安装也嵌合后用强力胶粘结在导线夹持槽内表面。本发明在间隔棒与导线的接触部位设置有防滑保护衬垫,能有效地防止间隔棒滑移和窜位,还能保护导线与线夹接触部位互不磨损,提高对导线的握力,延长使用寿命。线夹与导线间的防滑保护衬垫呈“山”字形,通过定位凸起销与胶水双重固定,可靠性高。

本发明涉及一种超高压、特高压输电线路用的间隔棒线夹。
背景技术
现有的间隔棒线夹导线和线夹本体直接接触,两者之间为刚性接触,使用过程中两者之间容易产生相对滑动,使导线表面发生磨损,影响了其使用寿命。
发明内容
鉴于传统间隔棒的线夹前述情况和不足,本发明提供了一种结构更加合理、使线夹对导线有良好握着力,使导线不易被磨损的间隔棒线夹。
本发明的技术方案是:所述线夹用于连接分裂导线的头端部位呈钩形,所述钩的导线夹持槽内表面设置有弹性防滑保护垫,所述保护垫的外弧面中间设置有安装凸钮二端向上卷起呈“山”字形,且外弧面与导线夹持槽内表面贴合,所述保护垫的内弧面与导线外径尺寸相匹配;所述保护垫的安装凸钮与安装也嵌合后用强力胶粘结在导线夹持槽内表面。
本发明在间隔棒与导线的接触部位设置有防滑保护衬垫,能有效地防止间隔棒滑移和窜位,还能保护导线与线夹接触部位互不磨损,提高对导线的握力,延长使用寿命。线夹与导线间的防滑保护衬垫呈“山”字形,通过定位凸起销与胶水双重固定,可靠性高。
