实现本实用新型的技术方案是：它由套管和卡具构成，套管外设有卡具，套管被卡具夹紧，使套管可以紧紧地固定在电缆连接头的外围。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，易操作，捆扎效率高且耐磨损，可以有效的地避免胶布被磨损造成漏电的现象。

具体实施方式：
实施例：图1所示，本实施例由套管2和卡具1、3构成，套管2外设有卡具1、3，套管2被卡具1、3夹紧，使套管2可以紧紧地固定在电缆连接头的外围。
说明：卡具可以用铁丝、绳子替代，只要将套管捆绑在电缆连接头的外围即可。
