本实用新型公开了一种悬索桥散索套结构,所述散索套由两个半筒状套体连接而成,每个套体由分体的柱形段和锥形段构成;所述锥形段的内壁为喇叭口状圆弧面;所述柱形段相向于锥形段的端部内壁为喇叭口状圆弧面,该圆弧面与锥形段的小径端内壁相匹配,柱形段的其余内壁为柱状圆弧面。本实用新型在实际应用中,维护更换时,能够使主缆上形成的分缆弯曲状态相对保持,极大的方便了维护更换作业,具有设计合理、结构简单、操作方便、可靠性高、实用性强等特点。

本实用新型涉及悬索桥的构件,具体是一种悬索桥的散索套结构。
背景技术
悬索桥的主要承重构件是主缆,主缆通常是由若干根抗拉强度很高的钢丝按平行排列的方式形成一根整体,主缆的两端通过锚碇与基础锚固连接。由于主缆的锚固性可靠与否直接关系到悬索桥的安全性,因此,在主缆锚固时,为了扩大锚固面积,通常都会在主缆上设有散索套,主缆经过散索套发散形成多股分缆,各股分缆分别通过各自的锚碇与基础锚固连接。
现有的散索套是由两个半筒状套体通过螺栓连接而成,每个套体是由整体成型的柱形段和锥形段构成,柱形段的内壁为柱状圆弧面,锥形段的内壁为喇叭口状圆弧面(参见图1)。这种结构的散索套在维护更换时存在更换困难,甚至无法更换的难题,这是因为:一旦将旧的散索套拆开,主缆外层形成的分缆在轴向拉力的作用下,将被拉直(参见图2),新的散索套安装时,需要施加非常大的作用力将拉直的分缆压弯,难度非常大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、维护更换方便的悬索桥散索套结构。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种悬索桥散索套结构,所述散索套由两个半筒状套体连接而成,每个套体由分体的柱形段和锥形段构成;所述锥形段的内壁为喇叭口状圆弧面;所述柱形段相向于锥形段的端部内壁为喇叭口状圆弧面,该圆弧面与锥形段的小径端内壁相匹配,柱形段的其余内壁为柱状圆弧面。
所述两个半筒状套体通过螺栓连接形成散索套。
本实用新型的有益效果是:上述散索套在实际应用中,维护更换时,能够使主缆上形成的分缆弯曲状态相对保持,极大的方便了维护更换作业,具有设计合理、结构简单、操作方便、可靠性高、实用性强等特点。

具体实施方式
参见图3和图4:本实用新型由两个半筒状套体1通过螺栓连接而成,每个套体1由分体的柱形段1-1和锥形段1-2构成。其中,锥形段1-2的内壁为喇叭口状圆弧面;柱形段1-1相向于锥形段1-2的端部内壁为喇叭口状圆弧面,该圆弧面与锥形段1-2的小径端内壁相匹配,柱形段1-1的其余内壁为柱状圆弧面。
本实用新型在实际应用时,柱形段1-1和锥形段1-2套装在主缆2上,主缆2在锥形段1-2的大径端形成多股分缆3,分缆3之间形成的间隙延伸至柱形段1-1的喇叭口状圆弧面处。在维护更换时,将本实用新型的柱形段1-1和锥形段1-2分次拆除并安装,即保留旧的散索套锥形段1-2不动,拆除旧的散索套柱形段1-1,分缆3在旧的散索套锥形段1-2的夹持下弯曲状态保持,可以轻松更换新的散索套柱形段1-1;新的散索套柱形段1-1安装完毕后,新的散索套柱形段1-1的端部喇叭口状圆弧面对分缆3持续进行夹持,分缆3的弯曲状态相对保持,拆除旧的散索套锥形段1-2,并将新的散索套锥形段1-2及时安装,这样就方便实现了散索套的快速维护更换。

1.一种悬索桥散索套结构,所述散索套由两个半筒状套体(1)连接而成,其特征在于:每个套体(1)由分体的柱形段(1-1)和锥形段(1-2)构成;所述锥形段(1-2)的内壁为喇叭口状圆弧面;所述柱形段(1-1)相向于锥形段(1-2)的端部内壁为喇叭口状圆弧面,该圆弧面与锥形段(1-2)的小径端内壁相匹配,柱形段(1-1)的其余内壁为柱状圆弧面。
2.根据权利要1所述悬索桥散索套结构,其特征在于:所述两个半筒状套体(1)通过螺栓连接形成散索套。
