Abstract

本发明公开了一种色纺纱染色模具头,包括纱线进嘴、分纱本体和喷嘴,所述喷嘴和纱线进嘴分别设在分纱本体的两端;所述分纱本体内部设有波浪形通道,分纱本体外侧壁设有染料夹层,该染料夹层与波浪形通道之间通过通孔形成贯通。本发明通过染料夹层对模具进行染料灌注,同时纱线穿过波浪形通道时能有效分散纱线,从而在保证生产效率的同时提高纱线的染色质量。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织设备技术领域,尤其用于色纺纱的染色模具,具体针对人造聚酯纤维素的纺纱与染色。
背景技术
色纺纱是将纤维染色成有色纤维,然后将两种或多种以上不同颜色纤维进行混合纺织形成色彩效果更丰富的纱线,她采用“先染色、后纺纱”的新工艺,缩短了后续加工企业的生产流程,降低了成本。但是对于聚酯纤维等化纤类进行染色时,由于化纤之间的静电使得多股之间难以完全分散染色,从而降低染色效果造成露白现象,因此不管是化纤之间又或者是化纤与棉纱等天然纤维的混纺,都有可能造成染色不均匀。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有存在的问题和不足,本发明提供了一种色纺纱染色模具头,能在染色过程中充分分散纤维纱线提高染色效果。
技术方案:为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种色纺纱染色模具头,包括纱线进嘴、分纱本体和喷嘴,所述喷嘴和纱线进嘴分别设在分纱本体的两端;所述分纱本体内部设有波浪形通道,分纱本体外侧壁设有染料夹层,该染料夹层与波浪形通道之间通过通孔形成贯通。
作为优选,所述波浪形通道由分别设有正弦波形凸起的通道上部和通道下部构成,且通道上部和通道下部的最近间距为2~5mm,最远间距为5~15mm。
作为优选,所述染料夹层的顶部设有染料进口,底部设有染料出口。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:通过染料夹层对模具进行染料灌注,同时纱线穿过波浪形通道时能有效分散纱线,从而在保证生产效率的同时提高纱线的染色质量。

如图1所示,一种色纺纱染色模具头,包括纱线进嘴1、分纱本体2和喷嘴3,所述喷嘴3和纱线进嘴1分别设在分纱本体2的两端;所述分纱本体2内部设有波浪形通道4,分纱本体2外侧壁设有染料夹层5,该染料夹层5与波浪形通道4之间通过通孔形成贯通。其中所述波浪形通道4实际上由同为正弦波形凸起7相对设在通道上部和通道下部,通道上部和通道下部的最近间距为2~5mm,最远间距为5~15mm,附图中凸起正对的间距为2mm。
工作时,纱线从纱线进嘴1进入并穿过分纱本体2中的波浪形通道4,由于通道为起伏设置,因此纱线经过每个波浪时都会被动分散开来;与此同时从染料夹层5的染料进口6处灌注染料,使得纱线在分散的同时与染料充分接触,尤其是当部分染料的粘度较大时效果最为明显,同时染料从染料出口流出形成循环,提高染料与纱线的接触效果,进而提高染色质量。

1.一种色纺纱染色模具头,其特征在于:包括纱线进嘴、分纱本体和喷嘴,所述喷嘴和纱线进嘴分别设在分纱本体的两端;所述分纱本体内部设有波浪形通道,分纱本体外侧壁设有染料夹层,该染料夹层与波浪形通道之间通过通孔形成贯通。
2.根据权利要求1所述色纺纱染色模具头,其特征在于:所述波浪形通道由分别设有正弦波形凸起的通道上部和通道下部构成,且通道上部和通道下部的最近间距为2~5mm,最远间距为5~15mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述色纺纱染色模具头,其特征在于:所述染料夹层的顶部设有染料进口,底部设有染料出口。
