本发明公开了一种水平包装机落料撑袋机构，包括有可升降的下料斗，所述下料斗出料口的两侧分别转动安装有转轴，所述转轴的中部固定安装有向外侧倾斜张开的撑袋杆，撑袋杆的上端部设有撑袋滚轮，所述撑袋滚轮与其两侧的固定支架板上的撑袋滚轮挡板滚动配合，所述撑袋杆的上端部设有撑袋片，所述撑袋杆两侧的转轴上安装有扭簧，所述扭簧的一端扣在撑袋片上，所述撑袋片的下方设有位于其外侧的开袋吸盘，所述开袋吸盘和下料斗的移动分别由气缸驱动。本发明结构设计，下料斗下方设有随下料进行自动开合的撑袋片，保证了袋口进料方便，袋口在进料时，结构稳定，同时不会洒落物料，满足了使用要求。

本发明涉及茶叶包装领域，尤其涉及一种水平包装机落料撑袋机构。
背景技术
现有的茶叶包装设备还存在较多的不足，在下料时，只采用吸盘将包装袋从中间撑开，其撑开力有限，而且袋口进料不方便，物料容易落到外面去，不能满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了弥补已有技术的不足，提供了一种水平包装机落料撑袋机构。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种水平包装机落料撑袋机构，包括有可升降的下料斗，所述下料斗出料口的两侧分别转动安装有转轴，所述转轴的中部固定安装有向外侧倾斜张开的撑袋杆，撑袋杆的上端部设有撑袋滚轮，所述撑袋滚轮与其两侧的固定支架板上的撑袋滚轮挡板滚动配合，所述撑袋杆的上端部设有撑袋片，所述撑袋杆两侧的转轴上安装有扭簧，所述扭簧的一端扣在撑袋片上，所述撑袋片的下方设有位于其外侧的开袋吸盘，所述开袋吸盘和下料斗的移动分别由气缸驱动。
其原理是：通过开袋吸盘吸开袋子，下料斗下降，通过撑袋片在导轮的作用下，把小袋口撑开，便于更好下料，所述撑袋片的打开通过撑袋滚轮在撑袋滚轮挡板上向下滚动实现，所述撑袋片的闭合通过扭簧的反作用力实现；封口工位即把包装好的袋子热封口，然后移到下个工位落料。
本发明的优点是：
本发明结构设计，下料斗下方设有随下料进行自动开合的撑袋片，保证了袋口进料方便，袋口在进料时，结构稳定，同时不会洒落物料，满足了使用要求。

参见附图，一种水平包装机落料撑袋机构，包括有可升降的下料斗1，下料斗1出料口的两侧分别转动安装有转轴2，转轴2的中部固定安装有向外侧倾斜张开的撑袋杆3，撑袋杆3的上端部设有撑袋滚轮4，撑袋滚轮4与其两侧的固定支架板5上的撑袋滚轮挡板6滚动配合，撑袋杆3的上端部设有撑袋片7，撑袋杆3两侧的转轴上安装有扭簧8，扭簧8的一端扣在撑袋片7上，撑袋片7的下方设有位于其外侧的开袋吸盘9，开袋吸盘9和下料斗1的移动分别由气缸驱动。
