锅炉或管道用高压排气阀，包括，壳体与阀盖，壳体上部的内螺纹与阀盖的外螺纹螺接，在螺接部设有密封硅胶垫，在阀盖上设置有阀芯，阀芯与阀盖铸造在一起，阀芯上部与阀嘴螺接，阀芯与阀嘴内部是排气孔，其特征在于：在阀芯一侧的阀盖下面设置有吊耳，所述吊耳与阀盖和阀芯铸造在一起，在吊耳下部设有安装浮杆轴的孔，在浮杆上部设有安装硅胶块的凹槽，硅胶块与阀芯进汽口封死或开启式连接，在凹槽一侧设有开口部，在开口部的两侧是浮杆轴，浮杆轴插在吊耳的孔内，吊耳与浮杆轴形成轴在孔内转动式连接；在浮杆下部是杆体，所述的杆体是呈抛弧线状，浮杆下部的杆体与浮漂铸造在一起，浮漂呈有封底的筒状。本发明耐高温，不易变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种排气阀，特别是一种锅炉或管道用高压排气阀，属于机械或采暖器械用自动排气阀门装置。
背景技术
公知的采暖系统用的自动排气阀样式较多，如中国专利号为：200820071822.9的一种顶针立式自动排汽阀。阀座上固定排汽嘴，阀座内有一个与排汽嘴连通的滑道，滑道上端是阀口，壳体内浮球上的顶针杆上端在滑道内，其特征在于在阀座的下端有一个环槽，在顶针上有一个环槽，一个滤网或缝隙式过滤装置的上、下端卡在两个环槽内。本结构在滑道口设置了一个过滤装置，当阀体内无水时，浮球落下，过滤装置孔隙张开，气体经阀口从排气嘴排出；当阀体内有水时浮子上升，将过滤装置孔隙闭合，杂质被挡在滑道外，有效地防止了杂质进入滑道，其弊端是：采用顶针式排气，在长时间工作下，顶针处易产生杂质和污垢，导致排气阀密封性差，产生漏水现象，从而使顶针不能自由活动，其顶针式排气的胶堵内设有一圆形排气孔，此孔在高温和长时间工作情况下，容易出现胶堵老化、变硬，导致排气阀密封性差，公知的排气孔因采用直径为0.5-0.8mm，导致排气阀排气性能差，造成锅炉与管道压力升高，采暖效果差。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题存在的不足，本发明的目的是提供一种锅炉或管道用高压排气阀。
本发明的技术方案如下：一种锅炉或管道用高压排气阀，包括，壳体与阀盖，壳体上部的内螺纹与阀盖的外螺纹螺接，在螺接部设有密封硅胶垫，在阀盖上设置有阀芯，阀芯与阀盖铸造在一起，阀芯上部与阀嘴螺接，阀芯与阀嘴内部是排气孔，其特征在于：在阀芯一侧的阀盖下面设置有吊耳，所述吊耳与阀盖和阀芯铸造在一起，在吊耳下部设有安装浮杆轴的孔，在浮杆上部设有安装硅胶块的凹槽，硅胶块与阀芯进汽口封死或开启式连接，在凹槽一侧设有开口部，在开口部的两侧是浮杆轴，浮杆轴插在吊耳的孔内，吊耳与浮杆轴形成轴在孔内转动式连接；在浮杆下部是杆体，所述的杆体是呈抛弧线状，浮杆下部的杆体与浮漂铸造在一起；在壳体下部是阀座，在阀座上部是过滤网，壳体、阀座、过滤网是铸在一起的结构；阀芯下部是呈有锥度的进气孔；浮漂是有封底的筒状或球状。
本发明有耐高温，不易变形，大大提高了排气阀的排气性能，有效的保证了在锅炉和管道以及高压机械上的正常工作，不会造成锅炉与管道压力升高、爆炸等现象。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，壳体1上部的内螺纹与阀盖2的外螺纹螺接，在螺接部设有硅胶垫8。在阀盖2上设置有阀芯4，阀芯4与阀盖2铸造在一起，阀芯4上部与阀嘴5螺接，阀芯4与阀嘴5内部设置有排气孔。阀芯4下部是呈有锥度的进气孔。
在阀芯4一侧的阀盖2下面设置有吊耳9，所述吊耳9与阀盖2和阀芯4铸造在一起，在吊耳9下部设有安装浮杆轴10的孔。在浮杆7上部设有安装硅胶块11的凹槽，硅胶块11与阀芯进汽口12封死或开启式连接，在凹槽一侧设有开口部，在开口部的两侧是浮杆轴10，浮杆轴10插在吊耳9的孔内，吊耳9与浮杆轴10形成轴在孔内转动式连接。在浮杆7下部是杆体，所述的杆体是呈抛弧线状。浮杆7下部的杆体与浮漂6的底部铸造在一起，浮漂6呈有封底的筒状。
在壳体1下部是阀座3，在阀座3上部是过滤网13，壳体1、阀座3、过滤网13是铸在一起的结构。

1.锅炉或管道用高压排气阀，包括，壳体与阀盖，壳体上部的内螺纹与阀盖的外螺纹螺接，在螺接部设有密封硅胶垫，在阀盖上设置有阀芯，阀芯与阀盖铸造在一起，阀芯上部与阀嘴螺接，阀芯与阀嘴内部是排气孔，其特征在于：在阀芯一侧的阀盖下面设置有吊耳，所述吊耳与阀盖和阀芯铸造在一起，在吊耳下部设有安装浮杆轴的孔，在浮杆上部设有安装硅胶块的凹槽，硅胶块与阀芯进气口封死或开启式连接，在凹槽一侧设有开口部，在开口部的两侧是浮杆轴，浮杆轴插在吊耳的孔内，吊耳与浮杆轴形成轴在孔内转动式连接；在浮杆下部是杆体，所述的杆体是呈抛弧线状，浮杆下部的杆体与浮漂铸造在一起；在壳体下部是阀座，在阀座上部是过滤网，壳体、阀座、过滤网是铸在一起的结构；阀芯下部是呈有锥度的进气孔；浮漂是有封底的筒状或球状。
