Abstract

一种机油滤清器的超压阀结构,主要由超压阀弹簧、超压阀体及滤芯压板组成。其中超压阀体为圆环状,内环口向上翻边,外环口向下翻边,两翻边之间保留出一个环形平面,整个超压阀体的剖面截图为一个阶梯形状。滤芯压板上有一道环状弹簧槽,用于放置超压弹簧,超压阀体的环形平面刚好落在超压弹簧上,超压阀体的上翻边的边沿避上盖的机油入口与上盖相切,下翻边的侧面与滤芯压板上的环状弹簧槽的一侧的壁面相切,此时超压阀体可以阻止未经过滤的机油直接回流到机油出口处,实现了止回阀的功能;当机油系统压力过大时,超压弹簧被向下压缩,超压阀体同步向下,则机油可以通超压阀体下压后的通道从机油出口流出以确保设备有足够的机油进行运作。

机油滤清器的超压阀结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超压阀结构,特别是一种机油滤清器的超压阀结构。
背景技术
目前的机油滤清器中的超压阀结构主要由弹簧和阀片组成,使用端面密封方式进行密封,但在使用过程中由于阀片端面的磨损和变形,容易影响到超压阀的密封性,导致开启压力变大,缩短了机油滤清器的使用寿命,严重甚至会引起发动机无油磨损。
发明内容
针对上述的现有技术的不足,本发明提出一种利用线密封方式来实现机油滤清器内超压阀的密封,使超压阀在使用过程中,不会因为磨损而失效,反而会越磨锲合越好则密封性会越好的一种机油滤清器的超压阀结构。
本发明的超压阀结构,主要由超压阀弹簧、超压阀体及滤芯压板组成。其中超压阀体为圆环状,内环口向上翻边,外环口向下翻边,两翻边之间保留出一个环形平面,整个超压阀体的剖面截图为一个阶梯形状。滤芯压板上有一道环状弹簧槽,用于放置超压弹簧,超压阀体的环形平面刚好落在超压弹簧上,超压阀体的上翻边的边沿避上盖的机油入口与上盖相切,下翻边的侧面与滤芯压板上的环状弹簧槽的一侧的壁面相切,此时超压阀体可以阻止未经过滤的机油直接回流到机油出口处,实现了止回阀的功能;当机油系统压力过大时,超压弹簧被向下压缩,超压阀体同步向下,则机油可以通超压阀体下压后的通道从机油出口流出以确保设备有足够的机油进行运作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种机油滤清器的超压阀结构,主要包括有上盖7、超压阀体11、超压弹簧12、滤芯压板6、滤芯外支架2、滤芯内支架5组成。
其中超压阀体11为圆环状,内环口向上翻边,外环口向下翻边,两翻边之间保留出一个环形平面,整个超压阀体11的剖面截图为一个阶梯形状;滤芯压板6中间有一个圆形开口并向下翻边以与滤芯内支架5配套定位,该开口外周还设有一个环形的超压弹簧槽13;滤芯外支架2上设有外凸的外支架定位3,外支架定位3可以是半球形的外凸位,也可以星形或是条状的外凸位,均匀环布于滤芯外支架2的外周上,数量最少是三个;滤芯外支架2和滤芯内支架5由孔板卷制或由网管制成。
首先是滤芯4套于滤芯内支架5外,通过滤芯内支架5套于外壳1底部中间的突台上定位,滤芯外支架2套于滤芯4的外面,滤芯外支架2上设有外凸的外支架定位3并与外壳1内壁相切,以固定滤芯4与外壳1内壁之间的空间。
再将环形的滤芯压板6压置于滤芯内支架5上端,将超压弹簧12放在滤芯压板6上的超压弹簧槽13中,超压阀体11通过其中间的环形平面放在超压弹簧12上端,超压阀体11上翻边与上盖7相切于的机油入口10的内侧边沿上,超压阀体11的下翻边的外周相切于超压弹簧槽13的一侧的内壁上,这样可以确保机油从机油入口10进入后直接进入滤芯外支架2和外壳1之间组成的空间进行过滤,而不会直接进入滤芯内支架5和机油出口9连通的空间内,其中超压阀体11的下翻边与超压弹簧槽13一侧内壁的直径尺寸相同,垂直或倾斜角度相同,这样可以确保两者在超压弹簧12上下压缩的行程内一直保持相切状态。
最后通过封口结构8将上盖7和外壳1封装好,本发明的超压阀结构就已完成在机油滤清器内的安装。工作时,机油系统压力正常,机油从机油入口10进入滤芯外支架2与外壳1内壁组成的空间,通过滤芯4的过滤后进入滤芯内支架5的空间并从机油出口9回流到机器当中;机油系统压力异常超压时,超压弹簧12被下压超压阀体11同步向下打开通道,机油则及时流向机油出口9回流到机器中工作防止机器无油工作。

Claims (5)

1.一种机油滤清器的超压阀结构,其特征在于它主要包括有上盖、超压阀体、超压弹簧、滤芯压板、滤芯外支架、滤芯内支架组成,环形的滤芯压板压置于滤芯内支架上端,将超压弹簧放在滤芯压板上的超压弹簧槽中,超压阀体通过其中间的环形平面放在超压弹簧上端,超压阀体上翻边与上盖相切于的机油入口的内侧边沿上,超压阀体的下翻边的外周相切于超压弹簧槽的一侧的内壁上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种机油滤清器的超压阀结构,其特征在于超压阀体为圆环状,内环口向上翻边,外环口向下翻边,两翻边之间保留出一个环形平面,整个超压阀体的剖面截图为一个阶梯形状。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种机油滤清器的超压阀结构,其特征在于滤芯压板中间设有一个环形的超压弹簧槽。.
4.如权利要求1所述的一种机油滤清器的超压阀结构,超压阀体的下翻边与超压弹簧槽一侧内壁的直径尺寸相同,垂直或倾斜角度相同。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种机油滤清器的超压阀结构,其特征在于滤芯外支架上设有外凸的外支架定位,外支架定位可以是半球形的外凸位,也可以星形或是条状的外凸位,均匀环布于滤芯外支架的外周上,数量最少是三个。
