Abstract

本发明为汽车电子控制的自动变速系统的一种选换挡定位执行油缸,适用于多档位机械变速箱的自动控制,是变速箱液动电子自动控制系统的驱动执行装置。不采用在空心台阶活塞套内装入活塞芯,装入多台阶油缸内,在相反受力方向装上通孔油缸及小活塞。工作时大端的空心台阶孔与小活塞受力时产生压力差,利用多台阶油缸的台阶实现挂中定位的结构。为了能在选换挡时实现准确及时挂中,在换挡进挡时柔顺平稳。本发明由一对相同油缸镜像对称布置,通过连接轴连接。油缸本体采用通孔设计,活塞内装上复合活塞。复合活塞内为台阶孔,形成定行程油缸,装上定位活塞,复合活塞外壁沿轴向开有通气孔,与复合活塞内排气端相通,定位活塞中心开有流道孔。在与镜像对称布置的相对相同油缸相对同时加压时,两边的定位活塞同时伸出通过缓冲弹簧完成定位。

一种选换挡定位执行油缸
技术领域
本发明为汽车电子控制的自动变速系统的一种选换挡定位执行油缸,适用于多档位机械变速箱的自动控制,是变速箱液动电子自动控制系统的驱动执行装置。
背景技术
目前的同类变速箱选换挡驱动执行油缸,在选换挡的控制驱动时,中间挂中位置的定位已有的选换挡油缸是采用多台阶油缸本体,在空心台阶活塞套内装入活塞芯,装入多台阶油缸内,在相反受力方向装上通孔油缸及小活塞。工作时大端的空心台阶孔与小活塞受力时产生压力差,利用多台阶油缸的台阶实现挂中定位。由于利用压力差推动活塞到台阶处定位,就必须有0.1 秒定位时间差。延长了宝贵的换挡时间。在换挡时两个方向推力相差大,对同步器的冲击力不一致影响其使用寿命。该原有装置结构复杂,制造精度高,多台阶油缸工艺复杂。为了进一步适应城市公交这样在高强度使用环境中系统的可靠性和技术稳定性,提高技术性能,缩短其换挡时间。本发明结构紧凑,取消多台阶油缸孔,采用装上缓冲弹簧的定位活塞定位,采用两个相同油缸镜像对称布置,换挡两个方向推力一致,即可同时加压,节约了挂中时间差,同时定位活塞和缓冲弹簧很好起到了缓冲作用,使变速箱同步器寿命大幅延长。
发明内容
为了能在选换挡时实现准确及时挂中,在换挡进挡时柔顺平稳。本发明由一对相同油缸镜像对称布置,通过连接轴连接。油缸本体采用通孔设计,活塞内装上复合活塞。复合活塞内为台阶孔,形成定行程油缸,装上定位活塞,复合活塞外壁沿轴向开有通气孔,与复合活塞内排气端相通,定位活塞中心开有流道孔,保证进入油缸内的压力油通过流道孔进入复合活塞内压力腔,推动定位活塞走完规定行程,伸出复合活塞。定位活塞活塞杆前端套上缓冲弹簧挡圈,再套上缓冲弹簧,弹簧外面套上缓冲弹簧套,用螺钉与定位活塞杆端联结,缓冲弹簧套在运动中始终保持在复合活塞导向孔内,在与镜像对称布置的相对相同油缸相对同时加压时,两边的定位活塞同时伸出通过缓冲弹簧完成定位。当任何一边油缸不加压,另一边加压,将使本发明推动复合活塞朝不加压方向运动,不加压方的定位活塞和缓冲弹簧通过其定位活塞流道孔起到阻尼缓冲作用。缓冲弹簧套前端径向均布导流孔,轴向相应导流孔开有导流槽,以保证压力油进出复合活塞内油缸的复合活塞内压力腔。复合活塞内压力腔由联接杆通过螺纹封堵。端盖台阶中心开有能让螺钉头进入的沉孔,由连接杆推动选换挡机构完成精确可靠的选换挡动作。

具体实施方式
图3所示,目前的同类变速箱选换挡驱动执行油缸,在选换挡的控制驱动时,中间挂中位置的定位已有的选换挡油缸是采用多台阶油缸22在空心台阶活塞套24内装入活塞芯23,装入多台阶油缸22内,在相反受力方向装上通孔油缸21及小活塞25。工作时大端的空心台阶活塞套24的孔与小活塞25受力时产生压力差,利用多台阶油缸22的台阶实现挂中定位。由于利用压力差推动空心台阶活塞套到台阶处定位。由于利用压力差推动活塞到台阶处定位,就必须有0.1秒定位时间差。延长了宝贵的换挡时间。在换挡时两个方向推力相差大,对同步器的冲击力不一致影响其使用寿命。该原有装置结构复杂,制造精度高,多台阶油缸工艺复杂。
在图1、图2中,为了能在选换挡时实现准确及时挂中,在换挡进挡时柔顺平稳。本发明由一对相同油缸 镜像对称布置,通过连接轴9连接。油缸本体1采用通孔设计,油缸本体1内装上复合活塞11。复合活塞11内为台阶孔,形成定行程油缸,装上定位活塞3,复合活塞11外壁沿轴向开有通气孔,与复合活塞11内排气端相通,定位活塞3中心开有流道孔,保证进入油缸内的压力油通过流道孔进入复合活塞内压力腔10,推动定位活塞3 走完规定行程,伸出复合活塞11。定位活塞3活塞杆前端套上缓冲弹簧挡圈6,再套上缓冲弹簧7,弹簧外面套上缓冲弹簧套2,用螺钉8与定位活塞3活塞杆端联结,缓冲弹簧套2在运动中始终保持在复合活塞11导向孔内,在与镜像对称布置的相对相同油缸相对同时加压时,两边的定位活塞3同时伸出通过缓冲弹簧7完成定位。当任何一边油缸不加压,另一边加压,将使本发明推动复合活塞11朝不加压方向运动,不加压方的定位活塞3和缓冲弹簧7通过其定位活塞3流道孔起到阻尼缓冲作用。缓冲弹簧套2前端径向均布导流孔,轴向相应导流孔开有导流槽,以保证压力油进出复合活塞11内油缸的复合活塞内压力腔10。复合活塞压力腔10由联接杆5 通过螺纹封堵。端盖12台阶中心开有能让螺钉8头进入的沉孔,由连接杆5推动选换挡机构完成精确可靠的选换挡动作。

Claims (4)

1.一种选换挡定位执行油缸,不采用多台阶油缸本体及在空心台阶活塞套内装入活塞芯装入多台阶孔内,在相反方向装上通孔油缸及小活塞组成的结构;由一对相同油缸镜像对称布置构成;其特征在于:油缸本体采用通孔设计,油缸本体内装上复合活塞,复合活塞内为台阶孔,形成定行程油缸,装上定位活塞,定位活塞杆前端套上缓冲弹簧挡圈,再套上缓冲弹簧,弹簧外面套上缓冲弹簧套,用螺钉与定位活塞杆端联结;
复合活塞外壁沿轴向开有通气孔,与复合活塞内排气端相通;
所述定位活塞中心开有流道孔,保证进入油缸内的压力油通过流道孔进入复合活塞内压力腔,推动定位活塞走完规定行程伸出复合活塞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种选换挡定位执行油缸,其特征在于:不加压方的定位活塞和缓冲弹簧通过其定位活塞流道孔起到阻尼缓冲作用;缓冲弹簧套前端径向均布导流孔,轴向相应导流孔开有导流槽,以保证压力油进出复合活塞内油缸的复合活塞内压力腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种选换挡定位执行油缸,其特征在于:端盖台阶中心开有能让螺钉头进入的沉孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种选换挡定位执行油缸,其特征在于:缓冲弹簧套在运动中始终保持在复合活塞导向孔内。
