Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1的前序部分的特征的双内齿轮泵。它具有两个内齿轮泵,其中每个内齿轮泵配属于液压的双管路-车辆制动装置的制动管路。
背景技术
已公开一些内齿轮泵。它们具有空心齿轮和在空心齿轮中偏心地设置的小齿轮,所述小齿轮在圆周段上和空心齿轮相啮合。所述空心齿轮是具有内齿部的齿轮,小齿轮是具有外齿部的齿轮,所述空心齿轮和小齿轮也可以理解为所述内齿轮泵的齿轮。之所以称作小齿轮和空心齿轮是为了对它们进行区分。
公开文献DE 100 53 991 A1公开了一种具有两个内齿轮泵的双内齿轮泵,其中每个内齿轮泵被设置用于液压的双管路-车辆制动装置的制动管路。这两个内齿轮泵同轴地并列地设置,并且具有用于驱动它们的小齿轮的共用的泵轴。
公开文献DE 10 2007 030 249 A1公开了一种具有两个内齿轮泵的双内齿轮泵,其中,每个泵也是设置用于液压的双管路-车辆制动装置的制动管路。在此,这两个内齿轮泵在径向上并列地设置。所述内齿轮泵的空心齿轮除了它的与小齿轮啮合的内轮齿之外,还具有彼此啮合的外轮齿。也就是说,一个内齿轮泵的空心齿轮被另一内齿轮泵的空心齿轮驱动,而这个空心齿轮又被圆柱齿轮驱动,所述圆柱齿轮和所述另一内齿轮泵的空心齿轮的外轮齿相啮合。为了接收由处于压力下的制动液径向地从内部施加到空心齿轮上的液压力,所述空心齿轮的外轮齿是波浪形的。利用这种波浪形的外轮齿,将已公开的双内齿轮泵的空心齿轮滑动地支承在泵壳体中。
本发明公开的内容
根据本发明的具有权利要求1特征的双内齿轮泵如前述的DE 10 2007 030 249A1的内齿轮泵那样具有两个在径向上彼此错位地设置的内齿轮泵,并且它们的空心齿轮除了和小齿轮啮合的内轮齿之外,还具有彼此啮合的外轮齿,用于利用另一内齿轮泵的空心齿轮来驱动其中一个内齿轮泵的空心齿轮。对于所述另一内齿轮泵的驱动能够在空心齿轮的外轮齿上完成,或者例如利用泵轴在所述内齿轮泵的小齿轮上完成。不排除其它的驱动装置。
与已公开的双内齿轮泵不同的是,根据本发明的内齿轮泵的空心齿轮不是滑动地支承在它们的外轮齿上,而是该内齿轮泵的空心齿轮在侧面邻近它们的外轮齿地具有旋转支承部。在外轮齿的一侧为每个空心齿轮设置一个旋转支承部就足够了,也能够在所述外轮齿的两侧进行旋转支承。能够在外部或者内部进行所述旋转支承,也就是说,按照轴承环、轴承孔等中的轴或者空心轴的方式或者按照轴上的轴承环的方式来进行。
本发明将所述内齿轮泵的空心齿轮的旋转支承的和驱动的功能分开。本发明具有下述优点,即空心齿轮能够支承在它的整个圆周上,而不是只能支承在齿顶上。克服在空心齿轮的内部处于压力下的流体的液压力地对于空心齿轮的径向的支撑被分布到更大的表面上,就减小了单位面积压力,并且因此减小了磨损。本发明的另一优点是空心齿轮可以设置任意的外轮齿,特别是渐开线轮齿(权利要求4)。在渐开线轮齿的磨损、平静运转和摩擦/效率方面的驱动特性比波浪形的轮齿要好得多。
从属权利要求具有在权利要求1中说明的作为主题的本发明的一些有利的方案和改进方案。
根据本发明的双内齿轮泵的内齿轮泵特别是具有分隔件,所述分隔件设置在泵腔中,所述空心齿轮和小齿轮在它们彼此啮合的圆周段的外部围成所述泵腔。所述分隔件在泵腔中将抽吸区和压力区分隔开。典型地,所述分隔件为镰刀形或者半镰刀形,并且因此也将它称作为镰刀部,并且将该内齿轮泵称作为镰刀泵。然而,本发明也能够用于所谓的、在所述空心齿轮和小齿轮之间没有分隔件的齿环泵中。
根据本发明的双内齿轮泵特别是被规定用作具有两个制动管路的液压的、滑转调节-和/或外力-车辆制动装置用的液压泵,其中,给每个制动管路配设一内齿轮泵。在滑转调节的车辆制动装置中液压泵也被称作为回油泵。

本发明的实施方式
在图中示出的双内齿轮泵1具有两个结构相同的、且在径向上彼此错位地设置的内齿轮泵2。内齿轮泵2的轴线彼此平行。每个内齿轮泵2具有空心齿轮3、也就是具有内啮合部的齿轮,以及小齿轮4、也就是具有外啮合部的齿轮。小齿轮4偏心地设置在空心齿轮3中,这样这两个齿轮3、4彼此啮合。空心齿轮3除了它们的内轮齿之外还具有外轮齿5,空心齿轮3的外轮齿5彼此啮合,这样,一个内齿轮泵2通过它的空心齿轮3驱动,另一内齿轮泵2通过它的空心齿轮3驱动。对于其中一个内齿轮泵2的驱动能够在空心齿轮3的外轮齿5上完成。在本实施例中,所述驱动是通过泵轴6完成的,小齿轮4抗旋转地设置在所述泵轴上。另一内齿轮泵2的小齿轮4设置在非驱动的轴7上。空心齿轮3的外轮齿5是渐开线轮齿。

在图2中,将内齿轮泵2的空心齿轮3作为单构件示出。正如可以看出的那样,外轮齿5和内轮齿15轴向错位地并列布置。在具有内轮齿15的平面中,所述空心齿轮3具有圆筒形的支承表面16,利用所述支承表面将空心齿轮3能够旋转地支承在泵壳体的支承孔中,或者支承在内齿轮泵2或者说双内齿轮泵1的壳体盖中。在图1中,所述支承孔位于附图平面的前面,并且因此看不到。在本实施例中,所述空心齿轮3被滑动地支承,然而,也能够进行滚动支承。通过将空心齿轮3旋转支承在它的内轮齿15的平面中,使空心齿轮3径向地支撑在相同的平面内,在这个平面中在压力区11中的以及部分地在分隔件9的区域中的液压压力对于空心齿轮3径向向外地施加载荷。因此不会通过对于所述空心齿轮3在它们的内侧面上施加压力载荷而引起倾覆力矩。在外轮齿5的旁边设置所述支承表面16的另一优点是:能任意地选择所述外轮齿5。在本实施例中,正如已经说明的那样,所述外轮齿5具有渐开线轮齿。
在本实施例中,所述空心齿轮3为两部件式的,它具有带有外轮齿5的圆形的环,一种在轴向上低的、筒管形的凸缘17同轴地在一侧从所述圆形的环伸出,所述凸缘的外表面组成了所述圆筒形的支承表面16。也是圆环形的内齿轮18(该内齿轮具有空心齿轮3的内轮齿15)被压入到凸缘17中。例如也能够单件地制造所述空心齿轮3。

1.用于液压的车辆制动装置的双内齿轮泵,具有两个内齿轮泵(2),所述内齿轮泵每个具有一空心齿轮(3)和一与该空心齿轮(3)啮合的小齿轮(4),其中,所述内齿轮泵(2)的空心齿轮(3)具有彼此啮合的外轮齿(5),其特征在于,所述内齿轮泵(2)的空心齿轮(3)侧向地在它们的外轮齿(5)旁边能够旋转地得以支承。
