本发明公开了一种离心铸管涂料喷枪，为长直管状，该直管内部设有两个并排的通道，一个所述通道的一端与高压气装置连通，另一端设为扁平状出风口，另一个所述通道的一端与涂料罐连接，另一端为盲端，靠近所述盲端的侧壁上设有通孔；所述通孔设在所述出风口的前方。可在现有离心铸管上喷涂一层涂料，增加其耐磨性，提高了产品使用寿命；而采用直管结构，操作方便，加工容易；高压气出口为扁平状，涂料雾化效果好，涂抹均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及离心管技术领域，尤其是一种离心铸管涂料喷枪。
背景技术
现有离心管结构，是直接铸造而成，整个离心铸管结构粗糙，耐磨性差，使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提出一种离心铸管涂料喷枪，在离心铸管表面喷上一层涂料，提高离心铸管的耐磨性。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明提供以下技术方案：一种离心铸管涂料喷枪，为长直管状，该直管内部设有两个并排的通道，一个所述通道的一端与高压气装置连通，另一端设为扁平状出风口，另一个所述通道的一端与涂料罐连接，另一端为盲端，靠近所述盲端的侧壁上设有通孔；所述通孔设在所述出风口的前方。
进一步地，所述直管的出料端为弧形。
进一步地，所述弧形的弧度为10○～18○。
进一步地，所述弧形的弧度为15○。
进一步地，所述直管为两根圆管并列焊接构成。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：可在现有离心铸管上喷涂一层涂料，增加其耐磨性，提高了产品使用寿命；而采用直管结构，操作方便，加工容易；高压气出口为扁平状，涂料雾化效果好，涂抹均匀。

如图1所示的一种离心铸管涂料喷枪，为长直管状，该直管内部设有两个并排的通道，图1方案中直接采用两个圆管并列焊接在一起构成，第一圆管1的一端与高压气装置连通，另一端设为扁平状出风口11，第二圆管2一端与涂料罐连接，另一端为盲端，靠近所述盲端的侧壁上设有通孔21；所述通孔21设在所述出风口11的前方。
靠近出风口11或通孔21的一端为弧形，与喷枪整体夹角有10○～18○，最优值为15○，弧形选择是为了涂料雾化更充分。
本发明喷枪是放入在离心管模中使用，可将涂料均匀喷洒在离心铸管表面，使用方便。

1.一种离心铸管涂料喷枪，其特征在于：为长直管状，该直管内部设有两个并排的通道，一个所述通道的一端与高压气装置连通，另一端设为扁平状出风口，另一个所述通道的一端与涂料罐连接，另一端为盲端，靠近所述盲端的侧壁上设有通孔；所述通孔设在所述出风口的前方；所述直管的出料端为弧形，所述直管为两根圆管并列焊接构成。
2.如权利要求1所述离心铸管涂料喷枪，其特征在于：所述弧形的角度为10○～18○。
3.如权利要求2所述离心铸管涂料喷枪，其特征在于：所述弧形的角度为15○。
