Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于电力机车牵引变压器油循环冷却装置中的蝶阀,特别是用于新八轴动车高铁车牵引变压器中。它包括阀体、阀片、转轴、轴头盖、密封件和密封槽,阀体一侧法兰面上为中间厚、边上薄的结构,其另一侧为平面结构;密封槽外上下、左右四个方向各延伸出一段加强筋;转轴轴头上端加工成六角形状,在该段六角形状部位靠顶端加工成半六角形状;轴头盖上有一个腰形沉孔,在腰形沉孔底部各有一个与横向和纵向的半圆开关键对应的沉孔,可套在半六角形状的转轴上,轴头盖紧固在阀体上。通过结构改进,使轴头盖锁住转轴及阀片,提高了蝶阀的操作安全可靠性,同时阀体的重量减轻、强度增大,节省了成本,并可减少震动和渗漏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于电力机车牵引变压器油循环冷却装置中的蝶阀,特别适用于新八轴动车高铁车牵引变压器中。
背景技术
金属蝶阀主要包括阀体、阀片、转轴、轴头盖和密封装置,传统的金属蝶阀阀体采用金属板材或棒材为原材料,只是在材料上简单的加工出安装孔、密封槽、轴孔及通径,因此整个阀体重量比较大,轴头盖一般是盖在转轴上,起到防止雨水、灰尘等进入作用;转轴与阀体间有开关限位装置,但在运行使用过程中,管道里的急流会冲击阀片,使阀片产生转动而造成蝶阀自动关闭现象,这对运行中的设备是很大的隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有自动锁紧转轴阀片且阀体重量轻、强度好的新型蝶阀。
本发明包括阀体、阀片、转轴、轴头盖、密封件和密封槽,阀体一侧法兰面上为中间厚、边上薄的结构,其另一侧为平面结构;密封槽外上下、左右四个方向各延伸出一段加强筋;转轴轴头上端加工成六角形状,在该段六角形状部位靠顶端加工成半六角形状;轴头盖上设有与二个不同向半圆开关键对应的沉孔,套在半六角形状的转轴上,轴头盖紧固在阀体上。
通过结构改进,使轴头盖锁住转轴及阀片,提高了本蝶阀的操作安全可靠性,同时阀体的重量减轻、强度增大,节省了成本,并可减少震动和渗漏。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明所述的蝶阀包括阀体1、阀片2、转轴3、轴头盖4、密封件5和密封槽,阀体一侧的法兰面上根据机械强度原理,制作出符合受力作用规则又能减轻阀体重量——既中间厚、边上薄的结构,其另一侧为平面结构;密封槽外上下、左右四个方向各延伸出一段加强筋6,可提高阀体的强度和稳定性;如果阀体整体厚度为35mm,其边上的大部分厚度可减为12mm,可大大减轻阀体的重量;轴头盖通过铝压铸成型,其上开有二个螺栓安装孔11,轴头盖上有一个腰形沉孔,在腰形沉孔底部各有一个与横向和纵向的半圆开关键9、10对应的沉孔,分别代表蝶阀在关或开的状态,蝶阀的转轴轴头上端加工成六角形轴12,在该段六角形状部位靠顶端加工成半六角形轴13;例如转动转轴关闭蝶阀时,使轴头盖4上的横向半圆开关键9套住转轴顶端的半六角形轴13,很好的起到限位作用,螺栓通过轴头盖上的螺栓安装孔11将轴头盖4固定在阀体1上,通过锁住转轴3使转轴上的阀片2处于关闭状态,提高蝶阀的安全可靠性能;同样原理,转动转轴开启蝶阀时,将轴头盖4上的纵向半圆开关键10套住转轴顶端的半六角形轴13,转轴3上的阀片处于打开状态。

Claims (2)

1.一种蝶阀,包括阀体(1)、阀片(2)、转轴(3)、轴头盖(4)、密封件(5)和密封槽,其特征在于该阀体一侧为中间厚、边上薄的结构,另一侧为平面结构;转轴轴头上端加工成六角形轴(12),在该段六角形状部位靠顶端加工成半六角形轴(13),轴头盖上有一个腰形沉孔,在腰形沉孔底部各有一个横向和纵向的沉孔,横向的沉孔形成横向的半圆开关键(9),纵向的沉孔形成纵向的半圆开关键(10),所述横向和纵向的半圆开关键(9)、(10)可套在半六角形轴上,轴头盖通过螺栓紧固在阀体(1)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的蝶阀,其特征在于该密封槽外上下、左右四个方向各延伸出一段加强筋(6)。
