Abstract

一种新型防盗闸阀，它是由阀体、阀座、阀板、阀杆、阀盖、阀杆螺母、轴承压帽、手轮、连接板构成，其中阀杆螺母固定在阀盖顶部内腔，并用轴承压帽固定，轴承压帽与阀盖通过螺纹联接，并有内外两个“O”型密封圈起密封作用，手轮与阀杆螺母用平键连接，通过旋转手轮带动阀杆螺母旋转从而使阀杆上下运动，带动阀板上下移动，实现阀门的开启和关闭，阀体与阀盖连接处各设计两螺纹孔并用连接板连接。

本实用新型涉及石油化工管线中的闸阀，特别是一种防盗闸阀。 
背景技术：
闸阀是油气田开发不可缺少的通用设备。目前公知的闸阀是由阀盖、阀体、阀杆、阀座、阀板等有序组成，闸阀工作时，通过旋转手轮带动铜螺母旋转，从而使阀杆上下运行，达到阀门的开启和关闭。但铜螺母暴露在外面，很容易被不法分子拆下当废铜出售，严重影响油气田的正常生产，甚至造成重大事故。再者闸阀在生产试压及维修过程中，会出现阀盖螺纹连接不牢而脱现象，易对人员和设备造成很大的损伤。 
发明内容：
为了克服现有闸阀被盗的缺陷和提高闸阀使用安全性，本实用新型提供一种新型防盗闸阀，该实用新型不仅具有防盗功能，而且还节约成本，安全性高，操作简单。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：将阀杆螺母连同台阶两侧轴承固定在阀盖上部内腔，再用轴承压帽固定；其轴承压帽是由内外各两个“O”型密封圈分别与阀杆和阀盖进行密封，通过螺纹与阀盖连接；再把手轮与阀杆螺母用平键联接，然后把阀杆从阀盖下部拧入阀杆螺母内孔，再将阀杆下部挂上阀板；最后将阀盖装入阀体上，并用“O”型密封圈将其密封；在阀体与阀盖连接处有两螺纹孔，并用连接板连接，从而保证阀盖与阀体在试压过程中的防脱现象，在使用过程中，可以将其拆下，用紧定螺钉旋入螺纹孔内。 
其动作原理如下：手轮通过平键连接在阀杆螺母键槽内，旋动手轮时，通过平键将动力传给阀杆螺母，阀杆螺母与螺杆通过梯型螺纹连接，从而带动螺杆上下运行，由于阀杆底部“T”型槽在阀板“T”型槽内从而使阀板做轴向移 动，实现阀门的开启和关闭。 
本实用新型与原有技术比较，将阀杆螺母移至阀盖内腔，再用轴承压帽从阀盖内部固定，手轮与阀杆螺母采用平键连接，转动手轮带动阀杆来实现闸阀的开关，阀盖与阀座连接处设计一连接板，从而提高维修试压过程中的安全性，更节省了手轮压帽等附件，故具有防盗、环保、节约成本、安全性能高的的良好效果。

具体实施方式：
在图1中：阀盖6与阀体1通过螺纹连接并用“O”型密封圈5密封，轴承9分别置于阀杆螺母11台阶两侧并置于阀盖6顶部内腔，轴承压帽8通过螺纹固定在阀盖底部，用内外“O”型密封圈7密封阀杆4和阀盖6，将阀杆螺母11上部通过平键与手轮12联接，中部通过梯形螺纹与阀杆4连接阀杆7通过下部“T”型键与阀板3“T”槽间隙联接，阀座2通过螺纹与阀体1连接，阀盖6用上螺母13与阀板1、连接板14、下螺母15固定。手轮12通过凸型键将旋转的动力传送给阀杆螺母11，阀杆螺母11通过梯形螺纹使阀杆4做上下运动，阀杆4通过“T”型槽使阀板3开启或关闭。 

Claims (3)

1.一种新型防盗阀阀，是由阀体、阀座、阀板、阀杆、阀盖、阀杆螺母、轴承压帽、手轮、连接板构成，其特征是阀杆螺母及上下轴承用轴承压帽固定在阀盖顶部内腔，手轮与阀杆螺母通过平键连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型防盗闸阀，其特征是轴承压帽固定在阀盖下部，并通过内外各两个“O”型密封圈分别与阀杆和阀盖进行密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型防盗闸阀，其特征是在阀体与阀盖连接处有两螺纹孔，并用连接板连接。
