Abstract

本发明涉及一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,包括传动箱、机筒、主螺杆和料斗;传动箱内设有一从动轮,从动轮为平面凸轮,其轮面两侧设有限制其左右摆动的滚轮;机筒为一整体式筒体,其筒身的前端设有固定主螺杆前端、防止主螺杆杆身抖动的螺杆套头;主螺杆与其杆身上的螺块一体成型;料斗由直斗和斜斗构成,斜斗的一面斗壁为直壁,该直壁跟与其相邻的直斗的斗壁处于同一平面、且垂直于地面,斜斗的下方设有垂直于地面的入料颈,入料颈一侧设有螺杆筒,螺杆筒的筒腔内设有一加料螺杆。本发明的传动箱可同时完成旋转和摇摆功能,其主螺杆安装更方便、扭力更强、且可有效防抖,其料斗可强制破拱、定量加料。

Description

一种往复式单螺杆挤出机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种往复式单螺杆挤出机的结构改进。 
背景技术
随着塑料加工业中高分子材料工业的飞速发展,往复式单螺杆挤出机的开发应用日趋令人瞩目。传统的单、双螺杆挤出机的许多方面的性能已经不能满足共混、填充、增强、增韧等改性的要求。使用往复式单螺杆挤出机生产一些高技术含量、高附加值的产品逐渐成为一种趋势。 
在任何聚合物的加工过程中,赋予聚合物一定的加工特性或赋予制品特定使用性能,常常需要进行不同聚合物之间的共混、或聚合物同各种助剂、颜料之间的混合,克服其分子间可能产生的部分凝胶颗粒或末熔融树脂。而往复式单螺杆强力混合机恰好具有剪切均匀、高分散、高填充、拉伸熔体等特点,且综合了传统单、双螺杆挤出机的优点。其独特的工作原理,加上一整套的螺纹组合元件及配套设备,使其应用更广泛,在一部机器上,可以做到混料、混炼、塑化、分散、剪切、拉伸、脱气、造粒,使得熔体在机器中流动的界面面积远远大于一般的剪切流动。 
往复式单螺杆挤出机在螺杆芯轴上设计独特的混炼螺块,对应这些混炼螺块的空隙,在机筒内衬套上排列有混炼销钉,螺杆在径向旋转过程中,同时做轴向的往复运动。在混拣螺块和销钉的共同作用下,物料不仅在混炼销钉和混炼块之间被剪切而且被往复输送,物料的逆流运动给径向混合加上了非常有用的轴向混合运动,熔体不断地被切断、翻转、捏合和拉伸,有规律地打断简单的层状剪切混合。 
往复式单螺杆挤出机虽然外观不一,但内部结构大体相同,主要由传动机构、挤出塑化机构、入料机构、加热冷却机构、电控操作机构等部分构成。 
目前常见的往复式单螺杆挤出机普遍存在如下结构特点及缺陷: 
1、其传动装置结构复杂、可靠性不高。为了实现螺杆做旋转运动的同时、还可进行轴向的往复运动,通常同时设置了一个齿轮箱和一个摇摆箱,齿轮箱专门负责为螺杆旋转提供动力,而摇摆箱专门负责实现螺杆的前后往复运动。 
2、螺杆塑化挤出机构中的机筒筒体一般采用剖分式结构,螺杆放置于机筒的筒腔内,螺杆芯轴上套接有各种独立的混炼螺块和输送螺块,机筒和螺杆的同一端均固定在传动箱上,螺杆由传动箱带动而进行旋转和前后运动。机筒采用剖分式结构,安装、拆卸均较费时费力;其螺杆上的混炼螺块和输送螺块均为单独构件,被一个个地套装在螺杆上,对螺杆和螺块的加工精度要求较高,否则容易形成累计误差问题,进而影响使用寿命;其螺杆的一端固定,另一端悬空,容易在工作时抖动。 
3、料斗的形状包括圆锥体、方锥体、多边椎体等,无论哪种形状,其料斗均为上大下小的规则体。料斗中的物料顺着料斗颈部落入机筒内,经机筒内的螺杆与机筒配合混炼后,最终从机筒的前端排出。当输送具有体积大、密度小、流动性差等特点的软质粉料时,软质粉料容易在料斗中产生拱桥效应,影响入料效率。 
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,其传动箱可同时完成旋转和摇摆功能,且结构简单、可靠性高。 
为此,本发明所采用的技术方案是: 
一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,包括一传动箱,所述传动箱的箱体内设有一主 动轮和一从动轮,所述从动轮为一平面凸轮,其轮面两侧设有限制其左右摆动的滚轮。 
其有益效果是:通过一平面凸轮的运动,使挤出机主螺杆在稳定地在沿径向旋转的同时,还可沿轴向作往复运动,而无需象之前的挤出机一样,要采用两套不同的机构来分别实现螺杆的旋转与前后运动。相较于之前的同类设备,本发明结构更简单,可靠性也更高。 
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,其主螺杆安装、拆卸更方便、输出扭力更大、使用寿命更长、且可有效减少抖动。 
为此,本发明采取了如下技术方案: 
一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,包括一主螺杆,所述主螺杆套接在一机筒内,其杆身上设有混炼螺块和输送螺块,所述机筒为一整体式筒体,其筒身的前端设有固定所述主螺杆前端、防止所述主螺杆杆身抖动的一螺杆套头;所述混炼螺块和输送螺块均与所述主螺杆的芯轴为一体成型。 
所述主螺杆的后端端面沿轴向设有一导热油孔。 
其有益效果是:本发明的机筒为整体式结构,安装时无需将两个机筒分体先行组合固定在一起,只需将其后端固定即可,安装、拆卸均更方便;本发明的混炼螺块和输送螺块均与所述螺杆的杆身为一体成型,比套装上去的螺块具有更大的输出扭力和更强的耐用性;由于本发明的螺杆的两端均予以固定,可以有效减小工作时杆身的抖动幅度。 
此外,在螺杆与传动箱的连接端端面设有一导热油孔,油孔内通上循环导热油,可对旋转的螺杆起到散热作用。 
本发明的目的之三是提供一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,其料斗对软质粉料具有破拱功能、且可定量加料。 
本发明为此所采取的技术方案如下: 
一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,包括一料斗,所述料斗由其上部的一直斗和其下部的一斜斗构成,所述直斗的斗体为柱体,所述斜斗的斗体为上大下小的椎体;所述斜斗的一面斗壁为直壁,其余各面均为斜壁,其直壁跟与其相邻的所述直斗的斗壁处于同一平面、且垂直于地面;所述斜斗的下方设有一入料颈,该入料颈也垂直于地面;所述入料颈的一侧设有一螺杆筒,所述螺杆筒的筒腔与所述入料颈的颈腔相通。 
所述螺杆筒的筒身与所述入料颈之间有一夹角,其筒腔内设有一加料螺杆。 
其有益效果是:由于料斗的下部采用了一不规则的斜斗,该斜斗的斗壁一面为直壁,其余各面为斜壁,直壁正对着颈口,另在入料颈的下侧部、物料下落通路的终点设有一加料螺杆,当料斗中的软质粉料下落时,直壁和加料螺杆均可起到强迫输送的作用,从而基本破除了使用原有料斗所产生的拱桥效应,使软质粉料顺利落入到机筒内。此外,在电机的匀速驱动下,加料螺杆可利用其杆身上的螺旋槽定量地向机筒推送粉料。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行说明。 
参照图1、图2、图3和图4: 
一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,包括一传动箱1,所述传动箱1的箱体内设有一主动轮和一从动轮2、3,所述从动轮3为一平面凸轮,其轮面两侧设有限制其左右摆动的滚轮4。 
当主动轮2带动从动轮3转动时,由于从动轮3为一平面凸轮,其转动时轮体会分别跟设于下部两侧的滚轮4依次触碰:当其左侧轮体与其左边的滚轮触碰时,轮面向右侧倾斜,带动设于其中心轴孔内的主螺杆后退;当其右侧轮体与其右边的滚轮触碰时,轮面向左侧倾斜,带动设于其中心轴孔内的主螺杆前伸,如此左右重复,可使主螺杆在不断地旋转的同时,还作轴向的往复运动。

一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,包括主螺杆5,所述主螺杆5套接在一机筒6内,其杆身上设有混炼螺块和输送螺块5a、5b,所述机筒6为一整体式筒体,其筒身的前端设有固定所述主螺杆5前端、防止所述主螺杆5杆身抖动的一螺杆套头6a;所述混炼螺块和输送螺块5a、5b均与所述主螺杆5的芯轴为一体成型。 
所述主螺杆5的后端端面沿轴向设有一导热油孔5c。 
主螺杆5的前端固定在螺杆套头6a内,其后端固定在传动箱上,当主螺杆5在机筒6内转动时,由于其前、后端分别被固定,其杆身抖动的幅度可得到有效控制。 
参照图1、图2、图7和图8: 
一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,包括料斗7,所述料斗7由其上部的一直斗7a和其下部的一斜斗7b构成,所述直斗7a的斗体为柱体,所述斜斗7b的斗体为上大下小的椎体; 
所述斜斗7b的一面斗壁为直壁,其余各面均为斜壁,其直壁跟与其相邻的所述直斗7a的斗壁处于同一平面、且垂直于地面; 
所述斜斗7b的下方设有一入料颈8,该入料颈8也垂直于地面; 
所述入料颈8的一侧设有一螺杆筒9,所述螺杆筒9的筒腔与所述入料颈8的颈腔相通。 
所述螺杆筒9的筒身与所述入料颈8之间有一夹角,其筒腔内设有一加料螺杆10。 
料斗7中的软质粉料靠自身重力沿着斜斗7b的直壁和入料颈8落入机筒内,加料螺杆10匀速旋转,可不断地将入料通道末端的粉料定量强行推入机筒中。

1.一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,包括一传动箱(1),所述传动箱(1)的箱体内设有一主动轮和一从动轮(2、3),其特征在于,所述从动轮(3)为一平面凸轮,其轮面两侧设有限制其左右摆动的滚轮(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,还包括一主螺杆(5),所述主螺杆(5)套接在一机筒(6)内,其杆身上设有混炼螺块和输送螺块(5a、5b),其特征在于,所述机筒(6)为一整体式筒体,其筒身的前端设有固定所述主螺杆(5)前端、防止所述主螺杆(5)杆身抖动的一螺杆套头(6a);所述混炼螺块和输送螺块(5a、5b)均与所述主螺杆(5)的芯轴为一体成型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,其特征在于,所述主螺杆(5)的后端端面沿轴向设有一导热油孔(5c)。
4.根据权利1所述的一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,还包括一料斗(7),所述料斗(7)由其上部的一直斗(7a)和其下部的一斜斗(7b)构成,所述直斗(7a)的斗体为柱体,所述斜斗(7b)的斗体为上大下小的椎体;其特征在于,所述斜斗(7b)的一面斗壁为直壁,其余各面均为斜壁,其直壁跟与其相邻的所述直斗(7a)的斗壁处于同一平面、且垂直于地面;所述斜斗(7b)的下方设有一入料颈(8),该入料颈(8)也垂直于地面;所述入料颈(8)的一侧设有一螺杆筒(9),所述螺杆筒(9)的筒腔与所述入料颈(8)的颈腔相通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种往复式单螺杆挤出机,其特征在于,所述螺杆筒(9)的筒身与所述入料颈(8)之间有一夹角,其筒腔内设有一加料螺杆(10)。
