本发明提供一种新型氟塑料管挤出模具,包括阴模和阳模,所述阳模呈圆台状,内部有一锥形腔;所述阴模包括锥形体和锥形体尾端的带有螺纹的连接端,所述阴模的锥形体外壁和阳模的锥形腔相匹配;所述阳模的锥形腔与阴模的锥形体外壁之间的压缩角度在10度至12度之间;所述阴模和阳模的材质为镍基合金钢。本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:上述阴模和阳模结构,实现保证氟塑料管壁厚均匀的效果,镍基合金钢材质保证了氟塑料管的外观质量,挤出氟塑料管成品性能优越,模具使用寿命长,耐损性强,抗热冲击性高。

技术领域
本发明属于挤出模具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种新型氟塑料管挤出模具。
背景技术
氟塑料管是使用材料为TEFLON(FEP)热塑材料,利用挤出机将材料熔融通过专用模具挤出定径从而制得成品,成型模具是决定氟塑料管产品质量的关键。
在现有技术中,挤出模具加工的管材壁厚存在参差不齐的问题,严重影响其性能;还有现有氟塑料管材加工模具材质主要为(1Cr18Ni9Ti)不锈钢,氟塑料生产加工温度可达到420℃,在高于370℃的环境下生产氟塑料系列产品,材料对不锈钢的腐蚀严重程度随着温度的升高也急速增加。达到420℃时氟塑料对不锈钢产生严重的腐蚀,形成氧化铁等杂质,制得的管材纵向纹理严重,并带有黑点等杂质,严重影响产品外观质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种新型氟塑料管挤出模具。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种新型氟塑料管挤出模具,包括阴模和阳模,所述阳模呈圆台状,内部有一锥形腔;所述阴模包括锥形体和锥形体尾端的带有螺纹的连接端,所述阴模的锥形体外壁和阳模的锥形腔相匹配;所述阳模的锥形腔与阴模的锥形体外壁之间的压缩角度在10度至12度之间;所述阴模和阳模的材质为镍基合金钢。

本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:上述阴模和阳模结构,实现保证氟塑料管壁厚均匀的效果,镍基合金钢材质保证了氟塑料管的外观质量,挤出氟塑料管成品性能优越,模具使用寿命长,耐损性强,抗热冲击性高。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本发明的新型氟塑料管挤出模具,包括阴模1和阳模2,所述阳模2呈圆台状,内部有一锥形腔;所述阴模1包括锥形体和锥形体尾端的带有螺纹的连接端,所述阴模1的锥形体外壁和阳模2的锥形腔相匹配;所述阴模1和阳模2的材质为镍基合金钢。
所述阳模2的锥形腔与阴模1的锥形体外壁之间的压缩角度在10度至12度之间,优选10度。
本实例的工作过程:原料进入挤出机,挤出机将材料熔融通过阴模1和阳模2挤出定径从而制得成品。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型氟塑料管挤出模具,其特征在于:所述阳模的锥形腔与阴模的锥形体外壁之间的压缩角度在10度。
