背景技术：
丹毒是指皮肤及其网状淋巴管的急性感染性疾病。好发于下肢及面部，多见于足癣患者。临床以起病急，畏寒、发热，片状红斑，颜色鲜红，中间较淡，边缘清楚，并轻度隆起，伴烧灼样痛及附近淋巴结肿大、疼痛为特征。中医称本病为“丹毒”，发于头面部的又称“抱头火丹”；发于胸腹腰胯部又称“内发丹毒”；发于下肢的又称“流火”；新生儿丹毒则称“赤游丹”。临床辨证可分为风火邪毒、肝火郁结、湿热下注三个证型。
发明内容：
本发明针对现有技术之不足，提供了一种治疗下肢丹毒的中药，其特征在于它是由下列重量配比的原料药物的组份组成：土茯苓30-60g、薏米20-30g、泽泻10-15g、苍术20-30g、黄柏20-30g、双花20-30g、地丁10-15g、丹参20-30g、牛膝10-15g、甘草6-10g。
优选用量：土茯苓60g、薏米30g、泽泻10g、苍术30g、黄柏30g、双花20g、地丁15g、丹参30g、牛膝10g、甘草10g。
药理分析：下肢丹毒的发病机理为湿热下注。上述方剂首选大剂量土茯苓解毒利湿，为君药；薏米、泽泻、苍术利湿健脾，黄柏、双花、地丁清热解毒，助土茯苓解毒利湿，共为臣药；丹参、牛膝活血化瘀，凉血消痈共为佐药；甘草调和药性，为使药。诸药合用，清热利湿，凉血解毒，使热毒祛，湿浊除，诸症自愈。
剂型及用法：本发明中药剂型为汤药，水煎服，一日一剂，煎煮两遍。头煎加凉水800ml，武火煮沸后改文火续煎30分钟，取汁150ml；二煎加热水600ml，武火煮沸后再文火续煎50分钟，取汁150ml，两次煎得药汁混合，早晚饭后2小时各服150ml，温开水送服。服药期间忌食辛辣及寒凉食物。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明：
实施例1：一种治疗下肢丹毒的中药，是由下列重量配比的原料药物的组份组成：土茯苓30-60g、薏米20-30g、泽泻10-15g、苍术20-30g、黄柏20-30g、双花20-30g、地丁10-15g、丹参20-30g、牛膝10-15g、甘草6-10g。
实施例2：一种治疗下肢丹毒的中药，其中各种原料药物的优选重量份配比为：土茯苓60g、薏米30g、泽泻10g、苍术30g、黄柏30g、双花20g、地丁15g、丹参30g、牛膝10g、甘草10g。
临床疗效总结：
（一）一般资料：2年共收治26例病人。其中男性22例，女性6例，均为成年人。20-30岁10例，30-40岁12例，40-50岁4例。
（二）诊断标准：起病急，畏寒、发热，皮肤出现片状红斑，颜色鲜红，中间较淡，边缘清楚，并轻度隆起，伴烧灼样痛及附近淋巴结肿大疼痛。
（三）疗效评定标准：
1、治愈：局部疼痛消失，红肿消退，发热畏寒乏力等症状消失。
2、好转：局部疼痛消失，红肿减轻，发热畏寒乏力症状消失。
3、未愈：用药后局部及全身症状未见明显好转。
（四）治疗效果：服药6天为一疗程，轻者一疗程痊愈，重者需服药两疗程痊愈。总有效率100%，治愈率80.8%、好转率19.2%。
（五）典型病例：
1、张××，男，30岁，2007年5月就诊。右下肢皮肤红肿且痛伴发热恶寒2天。查：右小腿前可见巴掌大小红斑，颜色鲜红，中间较淡，边缘清楚，并轻度隆起，腹股沟淋巴结肿大。诊为“丹毒”。给予本中药服用一疗程症状明显减轻，继服一疗程，诸症消失而痊愈。
2、李××，女，40岁。2008年7月就诊。无明显诱因左小腿肿痛1天，伴发热畏寒。经自服消炎药（具体不详）不见好转来诊。查体：体温38.5℃，左小腿皮肤见鸡卵大小红斑，颜色鲜红，中间较淡，边缘清楚，腹股沟淋巴结肿大触痛。舌红，苔薄黄，脉滑数。诊为“丹毒”，给予本中药服用一疗程诸症消失而痊愈。
