本发明涉及一种治疗丹毒的中药组合物，是由下列重量份的中药原料组成：苍术5～30份、黄柏5～30份、川牛膝10～40份、薏仁10～60份、丹参10～40份、赤小豆10～40份、黄芪10～70份、蒲公英5～30份、金银花10～40份、防己5～30份、泽泻5～30份。本发明组合物具有清热泻火、燥湿健脾、祛风活血的功效，治疗丹毒疗效可靠，其具有配制简便、药源广、药性平和、无毒副作用的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗丹毒的中药组合物。
背景技术
丹毒俗称“流火”，是皮肤及其网状淋巴管的急性炎症，好发于下肢和面部。其临床表现为起病急，局部出现界限清楚之片状红疹，颜色鲜红，并稍隆起，压之褪色，皮肤表面紧张炽热，迅速向四周蔓延，有烧灼样痛，伴高热畏寒及头痛等。丹毒虽然只是皮肤病，却严重影响个人形象，给患者的工作、生活造成诸多不便。现代医学确定：丹毒，并不是病毒感染引起的，而是由细菌感染引起的急性化脓性真皮炎症。其病原菌是A族乙型溶血性链球菌，多由皮肤或粘膜破伤而侵入，但亦可由血行感染。目前，药物治疗以抗菌素为主，首选青霉素，其次为庆大霉素、红霉素、四环素或磺胺类药物。局部治疗可外涂鱼石脂软膏、百多邦软膏或用雷夫奴尔溶液湿敷。但是，采用西药对丹毒的治疗存在着易复发的不足。
中医学认为，丹毒的病因以火毒为主，可由风湿热诸邪化火而致。多因血分有热，火毒侵犯肌肤；或肝脾湿热下注，化火生毒，客于肌肤所致。若兼湿邪，郁蒸血分，经常复发，缠绵不愈。
根据中医理论，针对丹毒的发病机理，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中西药对治疗丹毒复发比例大的不足，本发明提供一种配制简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗丹毒的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗丹毒的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份的中药原料组成：苍术5～30份、黄柏5～30份、川牛膝10～40份、薏仁10～60份、丹参10～40份、赤小豆10～40份、黄芪10～70份、蒲公英5～30份、金银花10～40份、防己5～30份、泽泻5～30份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗丹毒的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份的中药原料组成：苍术15份、黄柏12份、川牛膝30份、薏仁50份、丹参30份、赤小豆30份、黄芪60份、蒲公英20份、金银花30份、防己15份、泽泻20份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，以清热泻火、燥湿健脾、祛风活血为治则，精选药物组方，标本兼治。本发明中药组合物中：苍术燥湿健脾、祛风散寒；黄柏清热燥湿、泻火解毒，除骨蒸清虚热；川牛膝祛风利湿、通经活血；薏仁健脾去湿、舒筋除痹、利水清热；丹参活血祛瘀、凉血消痈、清心安神；赤小豆利水除湿、解毒和血；黄芪补肺健脾、驱风运毒、益气固表；蒲公英、金银花清热解毒、疏散风热；防己逐膀胱肝肾湿热、祛风利水、消肿止痛；泽泻利水渗湿；泄热通淋。本发明精选药物组方，其药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，其药效优于单味药物的效果，能够以达到标本兼的目的。本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。
本发明遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，有效率达96%，治愈率64%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗丹毒的中药组合物，是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：苍术15g、黄柏12g、川牛膝30g、薏仁50g、丹参30g、赤小豆30g、黄芪60g、蒲公英20g、金银花30g、防己15g、泽泻20g。
实施例2
一种治疗丹毒的中药组合物，是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：苍术20g、黄柏10g、川牛膝20g、薏仁60g、丹参15g、赤小豆20g、黄芪50g、蒲公英15g、金银花15g、防己10g、泽泻10g。
实施例3
一种治疗丹毒的中药组合物，是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：苍术10g、黄柏30g、川牛膝10g、薏仁40g、丹参10g、赤小豆40g、黄芪10g、蒲公英30g、金银花20g、防己5g、泽泻15g。
实施例4
一种治疗丹毒的中药组合物，是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：苍术5g、黄柏20g、川牛膝40g、薏仁10g、丹参20g、赤小豆10g、黄芪40g、蒲公英5g、金银花40g、防己20g、泽泻5g。
实施例5
一种治疗丹毒的中药组合物，是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：苍术30g、黄柏5g、川牛膝25g、薏仁30g、丹参40g、赤小豆25g、黄芪70g、蒲公英25g、金银花10g、防己30g、泽泻30g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行煎煮。未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二煎煮，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
一种治疗丹毒的中药组合物，临床疗效总结：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例50例，其中男29例，女21例，年龄20～70岁。
二、用法用量：临床应用时，组合物中的组分根据患者的体重和年龄酌情增减。一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次服用。服药期间忌食辛辣、荤腥、油腻之品。
三、疗效标准：
(1)痊愈：症状和体征消失或基本消失；
(2)显效：症状和体征大部分好转；
(3)有效：症状和体征一部分好转；
(4)无效；症状和体征均无明显改善，症状如前。
四、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药10－90天，痊愈32例，随访未见复发；显效10例，有效6例，无效2例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
五、典型病例：
病例1：
杨某 ，男，70岁 。患者因走路时不慎绊倒，小腿部磕碰，两天后小腿碰伤部位开始红肿不消、疼痛。服用本发明中药组合物制备的汤药5天，效果显著，红肿疼痛明显减轻大半；继续服用本发明中药组合物制备的汤药10天以巩固治疗，痊愈。
病例2：
赵某，男，33岁。就诊时，心热烦燥，脚面红肿热痛，不能自行行走，根据症状，确诊为脚面丹毒，服用本发明中药组合物制备的汤药10天，红肿基本消失；继续服用10天进行巩固治疗，此后没有复发过。

1.一种治疗丹毒的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份的中药原料组成：苍术5～30份、黄柏5～30份、川牛膝10～40份、薏仁10～60份、丹参10～40份、赤小豆10～40份、黄芪10～70份、蒲公英5～30份、金银花10～40份、防己5～30份、泽泻5～30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗丹毒的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份的中药原料组成：苍术15份、黄柏12份、川牛膝30份、薏仁50份、丹参30份、赤小豆30份、黄芪60份、蒲公英20份、金银花30份、防己15份、泽泻20份。
