技术领域
本发明涉及一种鸡蛋自动集蛋设备，具体地说是应用步进电机带动载托盘转动实现鸡蛋的自动集蛋，属于自动化装置领域。
背景技术
众所周知，现代化养鸡场越来越普遍，自动化水平越来越高，可是鸡蛋的收集工作仍靠人工，随着目前人工费用的不断增高，人工集蛋越来越不合算。随着养鸡场对自动化要求越来越高，特别需要一种鸡蛋自动集蛋设备，但目前没有该类装置。
发明内容
针对上述的不足，本发明提供了一种鸡蛋自动集蛋设备，方便使用，提高了工作效率。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种鸡蛋自动集蛋设备，由传送带、光电计数器、载托盘、第一步进电机、载托盘支架、圆形鸡蛋托、从动齿轮、主动齿轮、第二步进电机、电机座、万向轮、丝杠、丝杠支架组成，第一步进电机固定在载托盘支架下方，载托盘安装在载托盘支架的上面，与第一步进电机联接，四个万向轮分别安装在载托盘支架的四个脚上，丝杠穿过载托盘支架下方带有螺纹的挡板安装在两个丝杠支架上，从动齿轮联接在丝杠上，主动齿轮与第二步进电机联接，第二步进电机固定在电机座上，传送带输出鸡蛋的一端置于载托盘上方合适位置，并将光电计数器安装在传送带输出鸡蛋的一端，将圆形鸡蛋托夹在载托盘上。
该发明的有益之处是：实现了鸡蛋的自动集蛋，提高了工作效率，节省时间。

具体实施方式
如图所示，一种鸡蛋自动集蛋设备，由传送带1、光电计数器2、载托盘3、第一步进电机4、载托盘支架5、圆形鸡蛋托6、从动齿轮7、主动齿轮8、第二步进电机9、电机座10、万向轮11、丝杠12、丝杠支架13组成，第一步进电机4固定在载托盘支架5下方，载托盘3安装在载托盘支架5的上面，与第一步进电机4联接，四个万向轮11分别安装在载托盘支架5的四个脚上，丝杠12穿过载托盘支架5下方带有螺纹的挡板安装在两个丝杠支架13上，从动齿轮7联接在丝杠12上，主动齿轮8与第二步进电机9联接，第二步进电机9固定在电机座10上，传送带1输出鸡蛋的一端置于载托盘3上方合适位置，并将光电计数器2安装在传送带输出鸡蛋的一端。将圆形鸡蛋托6夹在载托盘3上。
当有鸡蛋从传送带1送来经过光电计数器2时，第一步进电机4会带动载托盘3转动一定的角度，载托盘3带动夹在其上的圆形鸡蛋托6转动一定角度，将圆形鸡蛋托6空余内腔转到传送带1的前方，鸡蛋恰好滚落在圆形鸡蛋托6的一个空余内腔，依次循环，当圆形鸡蛋托的一个轨道内腔全部集满时，第二步进电机9带动丝杠12旋转，因载托盘支架5下方挡板带有螺纹，并且各支撑脚去万向轮11联接，所以丝杠会拖动载托盘支架5往远离传送带的一方运动，当载托盘3带着圆形鸡蛋托6进入到下一轨道时第二步进电机9停止旋转，进行鸡蛋托下一轨道的集蛋循环过程，当圆形鸡蛋托6全部内腔集满即可更换新的圆形鸡蛋托6进行整个过程的下一次循环。

1.一种鸡蛋自动集蛋设备，其特征为：由传送带、光电计数器、载托盘、第一步进电机、载托盘支架、圆形鸡蛋托、从动齿轮、主动齿轮、第二步进电机、电机座、万向轮、丝杠、丝杠支架组成，第一步进电机固定在载托盘支架下方，载托盘安装在载托盘支架的上面，与第一步进电机联接，四个万向轮分别安装在载托盘支架的四个脚上，丝杠穿过载托盘支架下方带有螺纹的挡板安装在两个丝杠支架上，从动齿轮联接在丝杠上，主动齿轮与第二步进电机联接，第二步进电机固定在电机座上，传送带输出鸡蛋的一端置于载托盘上方合适位置，并将光电计数器安装在传送带输出鸡蛋的一端，将圆形鸡蛋托夹在载托盘上。
