Abstract

用于对电池充电的充电方法和充电设备
技术领域
本申请要求于2011年4月28日提交的韩国专利申请No.10-2011-0040339的优先权,其全部内容通过引用整体合并在此。
本发明涉及电池充电,并且更加具体地,涉及一种用于电动车辆的电池充电设备和方法。
背景技术
电动车辆已经被开发,其使用电能作为它们的操作电源以便于解决诸如矿物燃料的费用的增加的问题并且促进资源再利用。这样的电动车辆全部或者部分采用电能用于操作。
电动车辆包括诸如电池的电存储机构。为了连续的操作电存储机构需要被电气地充电。
充电站用作用于电动车辆的充电地点。充电站可以位于与加油站类似的被指定的充电地点。或者,可以考虑将充电站定位在公共或者私人停车场中。
题为“用于插入式混合电动车辆的充电装置和方法”的韩国专利No.10-1014539公开一种允许对电动车辆充电并且执行用于充电的计费的方法。
题为“用于充电电动车辆的智能充电控制机箱和系统”的韩国专利申请公开No.10-2009-0125560公开能够独立地执行计费处理的充电控制机箱。
通常被设置在预定的位置处的充电站可以执行包括认证、充电、以及计费的所有处理。然而,这样的充电站需要用于电动车辆的新的认证系统和计费系统。
即使当被完全地充电时,与现有的车辆相比较电动车辆呈现相对短的行驶距离。虽然可以以比安装现有的加油站的间隔短的间隔安装充电站,但是在费用和土地的使用方面,这是效率低下的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题
本发明提供一种使用与充电站通信对电池充电的充电方法和设备。
本发明提供一种电表,所述电表测量由充电站消耗的电能并且与充电设备通信。
技术解决方案
在一个方面中,提供一种用于对电池充电的方法。该方法包括:将充电发起请求发送到充电站的电表,电能被提供到所述充电站用于对所述电池充电,所述充电发起请求包括用于识别用户的充电标识符;从所述电表接收作为对于所述充电发起请求的应答的充电发起响应,所述充电发起响应包括用于识别所述电表的电表标识符和所述充电标识符;在接收所述充电发起响应之后通过连接所述充电站和所述电池执行充电;一旦所述充电完成,将指示所提供的用于充电的电能的充电完成消息发送到所述电表,所述充电完成消息包括所述充电标识符和所述电表标识符;以及从所述电表接收充电信息,所述充电消息指示根据所述电池的所述充电的计费信息。
该方法可以进一步包括:执行对于所述用户的认证,并且一旦所述认证完成,发送所述充电发起请求。
在另一方面中,用于对电池充电的充电设备包括:第一连接器,所述第一连接器被电气地连接到所述电池;第二连接器,所述第二连接器被电气地连接到充电站,电能被供应到所述充电站;以及控制装置,所述控制装置被连接到所述第一和第二连接器,并且被配置成:使用充电标识符和电表标识符与所述电表通信,所述充电标识符用于识别用户,所述电表标识符用于识别用于测量由所述充电站消耗的电能的电表;以及根据所述电池的所述充电产生计费信息。
控制装置可以包括显示器,该显示器用于显示计费信息;电能测量单元,该电能测量单元用于测量用于对电池充电消耗的电能;存储器,该存储器用于存储充电标识符;收发器,该收发器用于与电表通信;以及控制器,该控制器被连接到收发器。
控制器被配置成:将包括所述充电标识符的充电发起请求发送到所述电表;从所述电表接收作为对于所述充电发起请求的应答的、包括所述充电标识符和所述电表标识符的充电发起响应;在接收所述充电发起响应之后通过将所述充电站连接到所述电池执行充电;一旦所述充电完成,将指示所提供的用于充电的电能的充电完成消息发送到所述电表,所述充电完成消息包括所述充电标识符和所述电表标识符;以及从所述电表接收指示根据所述电池的所述充电的计费信息的充电信息。
在又一方面中,提供一种被安置充电站中的电表,该电表被连接到用于对电池充电的充电设备。电表包括:电能测量单元,该电能测量单元用于测量由充电站消耗的电能;存储器,该存储器用于存储电表标识符以识别电表;收发器,该收发器用于与充电设备和服务器通信;以及控制器,该控制器被连接到收发器并且用于使用识别用户的充电标识符和电表标识符与充电设备和服务器通信。
有利作用
在不需要单独的计费装置或者鉴别装置的情况下,其中安装有电表的住宅或者加油站可以用作充电站。
因为用户可以容易地接入的多个点可以用作充电站,可以减少由于电池充电引起的不便,从而增加电动车辆的可用性。

具体实施方式
电动车辆指的是具有一个或者多个电动机以获得驱动力的汽车。用于操作电动车辆的能量可以来自于电源,诸如可以再充电的电池和/或燃料电池。电动车辆包括使用内燃机作为另一驱动功率源的混合电动车辆。
图1是示意性地图示根据本发明的实施例的充电系统的视图。
充电系统包括车辆100、充电设备200、充电站300、服务器500、以及电网600。
充电站300通过电力线650被连接到电网600并且从电网600接收电能。
电网600包括生成电能的一个或者多个发电设施。电网600可以包括各种发电设施,诸如热电厂、核电厂、或者太阳能发电厂。
充电站300也被连接到服务器500。充电站300可以通过电力线通信被连接到服务器500。或者,充电站300可以通过诸如无线个人局域网(WPAN)或者本地局域网(LAN)的众所周知的网络被连接到服务器500。
服务器500根据电能的使用生成计费信息。
充电站300是诸如供应电能的住房的地方。充电站300包括电表400,该电表400测量通过充电站300的设施消耗的电能并且与服务器500通信。
车辆100包括诸如电池的充电设备(未示出),和连接器110。
充电设备200允许用户电气地连接车辆100和充电站300以对电池再充电。充电设备200被连接到车辆100的连接器110并且也被连接到充电站300的连接器310。
首先,充电设备200与电表400通信以发起再充电。响应于电表400,充电设备200执行电池的充电。一旦充电完成,充电设备200请求电表400将计费信息发送到充电设备200。电表400请求服务器500将用于充电设备200的计费信息发送到电表400。
图2是图示在图1中示出的充电设备的框图。
充电设备200包括第一连接器210、控制装置220、以及第二连接器230。
第一连接器210被电气地连接到车辆100的连接器110。第二连接器230被电气地连接到充电站300的连接器310。
控制装置220控制充电设备200的操作。更加具体地,控制装置220包括控制器221、显示器222、用户接口223、存储器224、收发器225、开关226、以及电能测量单元227。
显示器222向用户显示认证信息、充电信息、或者计费信息。显示器222包括众所周知的显示器,诸如LCD(液晶显示器)、或者OLED(有机发光二极管)显示器。例如,当充电时显示器222可以显示剩余的充电时间或者充电状态。此外,显示器222可以在充电完成之后显示计费信息。
用户接口223可以包括众所周知的用户界面,诸如键盘或者触摸屏的组合。用户接口223可以被用于输入用于用户认证的密码或者用于输入用户信息,诸如充电标识符。
存储器224存储充电标识符和/或认证信息。认证信息是用于认证用户或者车辆以发起电池的充电的信息。充电标识符是用于识别用户和/或车辆100以执行充电的标识符。充电标识符可以包括用户标识符和车辆标识符中的至少一个。存储器224可以存储支付信息,诸如用户的账号或者信用卡信息。
收发器225通过电力线通信网络、无线LAN、或者移动通信网络与电表400通信。
开关226,响应于来自控制器221的命令,将第一连接器210连接到第二连接器230或者从第二连接器230断开第一连接器210。当第一连接器210被连接到第二连接器230时,充电站300被连接到车辆100,以便发起充电。当第一连接器210和第二连接器230之间的连接被释放时,停止充电。
当充电发起时,电能测量单元227测量被用于电池的充电的电能。
控制器221执行用户认证并且控制充电设备200。
控制器221通过收发器225与电表400通信各种消息。控制器221可以将充电发起请求和充电完成消息发送到电表400。控制器221可以从电表400接收充电发起响应和充电信息。
一旦充电发起,控制器221指示开关226连接第一连接器210和第二连接器230。当完成或者停止充电时,控制器221指示开关226从第二连接器230断开第一连接器210。
图3是图示在图1中示出的电表的框图。
电表400包括控制器410、电能测量单元420、收发器430、以及存储器440。
电能测量单元420测量由充电站300消耗的电能。不管充电设备200是否消耗电能,电能测量单元420是基本上被安装在充电站300中的设施,并且电能测量单元420测量通过在充电站300中使用的设施消耗的电能。关于通过充电站300消耗的电能的计费是基于通过电表400测量的电能。电表400不仅可以测量电能消耗而且可以测量其它各种信息,诸如充电站300消耗的气体或者自来水的数量。
收发器430通过电力线通信网络、无线LAN、或者移动通信网络与充电设备200和服务器500通信。
存储器440存储电表400的标识符和/或充电站300的标识符。在下文中,用于识别电表400和/或充电站300的标识符被称为电表标识符。电表标识符包括电表400的标识符和充电站300的标识符中的至少一个。
控制器410控制电表400的操作,并且通过收发器430与充电设备200和服务器500通信各种消息。控制器410从充电设备200接收充电发起请求并且将充电发起响应发送到充电设备200。当从充电设备200接收计费请求时,控制器400将计费请求转发给服务器500并且接收计费信息。控制器410可以将接收到的计费信息发送到充电设备200。
图4是图示根据本发明的实施例的充电方法的流程图。
在步骤S410中,充电设备200执行对用户的认证。通过密码的输入或者通过其它的各种方法执行用户认证。
当用户认证完成时,在步骤S420中充电设备200将充电发起请求发送到电表400。充电发起请求包括充电标识符。电表400可以通过充电标识符识别哪一个用户请求充电。
在步骤S430中,充电设备200从电表400接收作为对于充电发起请求的应答的充电发起响应。信息发起响应包括充电标识符和电表标识符。充电设备200可以通过电表标识符识别什么电表执行充电。
在接收充电发起响应之后,在步骤S440中,充电设备200将充电站连接到电池并且执行充电。当充电时,充电设备200测量用于充电的电能。同样地,电表400也保持测量消耗的电能。
当充电完成时,在步骤S540中充电设备200将充电完成消息转发到电表400。充电完成消息包括用于充电的电能、充电标识符、以及/或者电表标识符。电表400基于电表400的电表标识符从执行电池充电的充电设备200确定充电完成。
在步骤S460中,电表400将计费请求发送到服务器500。计费请求包括用于充电的电能、充电标识符、以及/或者电表标识符。
在步骤S470中,服务器500基于被包括在计费请求的信息根据电池充电产生计费信息并且将被产生的计费信息发送到电表400。
服务器500基于充电标识符确定用户并且基于电表标识符识别电表400。服务器500对除了由用户消耗的电能之外的通过充电站300消耗的电能执行计费。服务器500针对用于充电的电能向用户计费。
在步骤S480中,电表400将指示计费信息的充电信息发送到充电设备200。充电设备200显示计费信息使得用户可以识别计费信息。
当用户将充电设备200连接到充电站300并且认证成功时,可以通过充电设备200、电表400、以及服务器500之间的通信执行对于充电的计费。
因此,在充电站300处不要求单独的认证装置或者计费装置,并且可以通过使用充电设备200利用用户能够容易地接入的诸如住宅或者加油站的各种地点作为充电站。
控制器可以通过处理器被实现。处理器可以包括专用集成电路(ASIC)、其它的芯片组、逻辑电路和/或数据处理装置。存储器可以包括只读存储器(ROM)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、闪存、存储卡、存储介质和/或其它的存储装置。RF单元可以包括基带电路系统以处理射频信号。当以软件实施实施例时,能够以执行在此描述的功能的模块(例如,过程、函数等等)来实现在此公开的技术。模块能够被存储在存储器中并且通过处理器来执行。该存储器可以在处理器内或者在处理器的外部实现,而在这样情况下,其经由如在本领域已知的各种装置可通信地耦合到处理器。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于对电池充电的方法,包括:
将充电发起请求发送到充电站的电表,电能被提供到所述充电站用于对所述电池充电,所述充电发起请求包括用于识别用户的充电标识符;
从所述电表接收作为对于所述充电发起请求的应答的充电发起响应,所述充电发起响应包括用于识别所述电表的电表标识符和所述充电标识符;
在接收所述充电发起响应之后通过连接所述充电站和所述电池执行充电;
一旦所述充电完成,将指示所提供的用于充电的电能的充电完成消息发送到所述电表,所述充电完成消息包括所述充电标识符和所述电表标识符;以及
从所述电表接收充电信息,所述充电消息指示根据所述电池的所述充电的计费信息。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括:
执行对于所述用户的认证,其中,一旦所述认证完成,发送所述充电发起请求。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述充电信息包括所述充电标识符和所述电表标识符。
4.一种用于对电池充电的充电设备,包括:
第一连接器,所述第一连接器被电气地连接到所述电池;
第二连接器,所述第二连接器被电气地连接到充电站,电能被供应到所述充电站;以及
控制装置,所述控制装置被连接到所述第一和第二连接器,并且被配置成:
使用充电标识符和电表标识符与电表通信,所述充电标识符用于识别用户,所述电表标识符用于识别用于测量由所述充电站消耗的电能的所述电表;以及
根据所述电池的所述充电产生计费信息。
5.根据权利要求4所述的充电设备,其中,所述控制装置包括:
显示器,所述显示器用于显示所述计费信息;
电能测量单元,所述电池测量单元用于测量用于充电所述电池消耗的电能;
存储器,所述存储器用于存储所述充电标识符;
收发器,所述收发器用于与所述电表通信;以及
控制器,所述控制器被连接到所述收发器。
6.根据权利要求5所述的充电设备,其中,所述控制器被配置成:
将包括所述充电标识符的充电发起请求发送到所述电表;
从所述电表接收作为对于所述充电发起请求的应答的、包括所述充电标识符和所述电表标识符的充电发起响应;
在接收所述充电发起响应之后通过将所述充电站连接到所述电池执行充电;
一旦所述充电完成,将指示所提供的用于充电的电能的充电完成消息发送到所述电表,所述充电完成消息包括所述充电标识符和所述电表标识符;以及
从所述电表接收充电信息,所述充电信息指示根据所述电池的所述充电的计费信息。
7.根据权利要求6所述的充电设备,其中,所述控制器被配置成对所述用户执行认证,并且一旦成功地完成所述认证,发送所述充电发起请求。
8.根据权利要求7所述的充电设备,其中,所述充电信息包括所述充电标识符和所述电表标识符。
9.根据权利要求4所述的充电设备,其中,所述控制装置进一步包括:开关,所述开关用于响应于来自所述控制器的命令通过相互连接所述第一和第二连接器来发起充电并且从所述第二连接器断开所述第一连接器。
10.一种被安置充电站中的电表,所述电表被连接到用于对电池充电的充电设备,包括:
电能测量单元,所述电能测量单元用于测量由所述充电站消耗的电能;
存储器,所述存储器用于存储电表标识符以识别所述电表;
收发器,所述收发器用于与所述充电设备和服务器通信;以及
控制器,所述控制器被连接到所述收发器并且用于使用用于识别用户的充电标识符和所述电表标识符与所述充电设备和所述服务器通信。
11.根据权利要求10所述的电表,其中,所述控制器从所述充电设备接收包括所述充电标识符的充电发起请求,并且响应于所述充电发起请求,将包括所述充电标识符和所述电表标识符的充电发起响应发送到所述充电设备。
12.根据权利要求11所述的电表,其中,一旦通过所述充电设备的充电完成,所述控制器接收指示充电消耗的电能的充电完成消息,其中,所述充电完成消息包括所述充电标识符和所述电表标识符;将计费请求发送到所述服务器,所述计费请求包括所述消耗的电能和所述充电标识符;从所述服务器接收根据所述电池的所述充电的计费信息;以及将指示所述计费信息的充电信息发送到所述充电设备。
