背景技术
目前在尿裤中使用不同方案的闭锁系统,其中,尿裤的闭锁借助在薄膜上的胶带或者借助在搭环层(loop)上的挂钩带(hoop)进行。传统的挂钩/搭环方案(通常称作为搭扣闭锁机构)是高品质的闭锁系统,其中,搭环层主要由纺织材料构成。挂钩/搭环方案在消费者感知中具有较高的评价,因为挂钩/搭环方案作为闭锁系统也在服装和鞋中已知。对于用于临时或一次性使用的对成本敏感的产品,必须采用价格低廉的挂钩搭环方案,其能够制造成较低的成本结构。在吸收用的一次性用品、尤其是尿裤的领域中,例如在WO96/22065、EP719533、EP721770和WO95/25496中说明了这样的搭扣闭锁装置。
将现有的搭扣闭锁机构应用于临时或一次性使用的产品由于紧固件的成本而相对于其它紧固件类型受限。因此,对于这些产品系列,特别是对于吸收用的一次性产品(如尿裤)而言,对低成本的替选解决方案的要求具有较高的优先性。

在WO98/11855中作为搭环部件的解决方案提出,搭环部件与一次性用品的外层(底片)构造成一件式的。为此,底片应由相互连接的各一个靠内的层和一个靠外的层构成,其中,由无纺布制成的靠外的层在着陆区区域/搭环区域中强制性地通过预延展变为足够多卷的,并且在随后构成搭扣闭锁装置的搭环部件的区域中不与靠内的层连接或较少与靠内的层连接。然而即使在该方法中也必须为了着陆区区域的足够的闭锁力而特别是借助于预延展进行制造。

现在惊奇地发现,由连续长丝构成的水刺加强的无纺材料本身在无需再处理或者与另外的材料层连接的情况下就具有必要的搭环状纤维绒毛,搭扣闭锁机构的挂钩部件能够钩在这些纤维绒毛中。
因此,本发明通过应用由连续长丝构成的水刺加强的无纺材料作为搭扣闭锁机构的搭环部件解决了已知材料的上述问题。所述目的进一步通过用于搭扣闭锁机构的搭环部件得以实现,该搭环部件包含由连续长丝构成的水刺加强的无纺材料。
根据本发明使用水刺加强的连续纤维无纺布。由连续长丝构成的水刺加强的无纺材料由于其制造过程而提供纤维绒毛,所述纤维绒毛搭环状地构成并进而为挂钩提供用于钩住的足够的可能性。

具体实施方式
在图1中示意性地示出由根据本发明的无纺材料构成的一部分的示意图。无纺材料1既不具有粘结点也不具有孔或其它不均匀体。通过水刺加强实现的结构本身已经构成足够多卷的搭环,从而常见的挂钩实现必要的粘附。这样的无纺材料能够作为着陆区层压到尿裤上或其他卫生产品上或者层压到一次性覆面上。通过将长丝在底层上紧固而固定搭环结构并且限制连续长丝的松脱。
图2示出一种方案,其中,借助于将纤维分散地粘结在粘结点B上而有针对性地固定搭环结构,所述粘结点的面积占据总面积的1%-25%。所述粘结能够通过超声波以热的方式或者借助粘合剂以化学的方式进行。粘结点B的形状能够以本身已知的方式选择,适当的是例如圆形、菱形、正方形等(其分别是填充的或未填充的)或者呈线性形状。
图3示出一种方案,其中,无纺材料1与薄膜2层压。例如直接挤出法或者还有在WO2006/024394中说明的热层压法适用于该层压。在此,薄膜2的材料进入到无纺材料1中。进入厚度为1%-50%的无纺布厚度被证实为是可用的。
在图4中示出的第四方案中,薄膜2和无纺材料1借助于粘接剂层压。在这种情况下,连接能够整面地或者也能够仅部分表面地进行。粘接剂例如能够逐点地或者线性地涂覆。
图5图解示出尿裤的结构。尿裤的外皮通过由无纺材料和薄膜构成的复合物、底片4制成。搭环部件必须至少存在于着陆区5中。在那里施设、例如粘接由无纺材料1制成的或由无纺材料1和薄膜2制成的根据本发明的搭环部件,或者整个底片由无纺材料1和薄膜2构成。此外,典型的尿裤具有在腰部中的弹性带7以及弹性的腿部封闭件8。吸湿芯9设置在底片4和顶片之间并且通常包含由可吸湿的纤维(如纤维棉)和高吸水性树脂构成的混合物。高吸水性树脂是能够抽吸数倍于其自重的液体的聚合物。
示例:
剪切力的确定:

          金属板     50mm*150mm
          滚压装置   2kg+5kg
          胶粘带 单面(25.4mm)和双面(50mm)
搭环样品用双面胶粘带粘接到金属板上并且用2kg的滚压装置在没有压力的情况下滚压两次。挂钩带粘接到单面胶粘带上。挂钩带在搭环样品上固定在50mm窄侧的中心并且用5kg的滚压装置加载四次。搭环样品夹紧在撕裂设备下部中,挂钩带夹紧在撕裂设备上部中,并且在抽出速度为300mm/min时确定180°的单位为N的剪切力。
剥离力的确定
辅助工具:搭环样品    50mm*150mm
          挂钩带      25.4mm*20mm
          重物        500g用于悬挂
          胶粘带 单面 25.4mm宽 100mm长
          夹          2件,50mm宽
挂钩带固定在单面胶粘带的中心。挂钩带固定在无纺布样品的中心并且用两只手指将其挤压在一起3秒。因此,搭环样品垂直地悬挂并且挂钩带用500g加载5秒钟(剪切方向)。搭环样品垂直地夹紧在撕裂设备的下部中,向下指向的挂钩带末端夹紧在撕裂设备的上部中,并且在抽出速度为300mm/min时确定单位为N的剥离力。
根据本发明,所有的剪切力和剥离力根据上述方法确定。各力以N/2.54cm(N/inch)来说明。换算成N/1cm是不可行的,对于其它尺寸而言,必须确定样品的尺寸。
示例1
重量级为35g/m2的由连续长丝构成的纯的水刺加强的无纺布用作为成人失禁产品的挂钩/搭环闭锁系统的搭环部件。在此,35g/m2的无纺布

以腰带的形式使用在失禁产品的整个宽度上,并且搭扣以Binder公司的挂钩Mikroplast65445-C实现。为样品确定的剪切力为65N,剥离力的值为45N。
示例2
25g/m2的由连续长丝构成的水刺加强的无纺布(即25g/m2与具有20g/m2的重量的聚丙烯薄膜层压作为用于婴儿尿裤的着陆区材料,从而整个合成物具有45g/m2的重量。将所述层压物中的各部段以15*4cm的大小施加到尿裤的腹部区域(着陆区)上。然后,为了闭锁尿裤,挂钩带(例如Binder公司的挂钩方案Mikroplast25445)钩在尿裤的这个区域中。为样品确定的剪切力为45N,剥离力的值为7N。

Claims (15)

1.一种由连续长丝构成的水刺加强的无纺材料(1)作为搭扣闭锁系统的凹状部件(搭环部件)的应用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述闭锁系统的粘附力通过纤维结合的等级和所述无纺材料(1)的缠结来控制,所述缠结尤其通过水压、喷射器的数量和布置结构和/或流量来控制。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的应用,其特征在于,没有孔被引入到所述无纺材料(1)中。
4.根据权利要求1至3中至少一项所述的应用,其特征在于,所述无纺材料(1)的连续长丝在限定的面积中粘结,其中,粘结部为整个面积的1%-25%、优选2%至20%。
5.根据权利要求1至3中至少一项所述的应用,其特征在于,所述无纺材料(1)不具有粘结部。
6.根据权利要求1至5中至少一项所述的应用,其特征在于,所述无纺材料(1)与至少一个另外的层(2)、优选薄膜连接,优选通过挤出覆层、胶粘剂层压、超声波焊接或者通过热层压来连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述无纺材料(1)的搭环以所述无纺材料的1%至50%的厚度进入到所述另外的层(2)中或者粘合剂(3)中,所述无纺材料(1)和所述另外的层(2)借助所述粘合剂连接。
8.根据权利要求1至7中至少一项所述的应用,其特征在于,所述无纺材料(1)作为用于固定吸收用的用品的、尤其是尿裤或衬垫的搭环部件,并且施设到所述吸收用的用品上。
9.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,与所述另外的层(2)连接的无纺材料(1)同时构成卫生用品的、尤其是尿裤的底片(4)。
10.一种用于搭扣闭锁机构的搭环材料,其特征在于,该搭环材料是由连续长丝构成的水刺加强的无纺材料(1),该无纺材料不具有孔。
11.根据权利要求10所述的搭环材料,其特征在于,所述无纺材料(1)具有10g/m2至150g/m2的单位面积重量、优选15g/m2至30g/m2的单位面积重量。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的搭环材料,其特征在于,所述无纺材料(1)与另外的层、优选薄膜(2)优选通过直接挤出、胶粘剂层压或热层压来连接。
13.根据权利要求1至12中至少一项所述的搭环材料,其特征在于,所述无纺材料(1)由可纺织的聚合物、优选聚酯或聚烯烃、特别是由聚丙烯材料和/或聚乙烯材料或可生物降解的材料构成。
14.一种用于制造根据权利要求10至13之一所述的搭环材料的方法,其中,由连续长丝构成的无纺材料(1)通过水刺加强,其特征在于,纤维结合的等级和所述无纺材料(1)的缠结通过水压、喷射器的数量和布置结构和/或流量来控制,使得挂钩能够容易地进入并且保持。
15.一种用于制造根据权利要求10至13之一所述的搭环材料的方法,其特征在于,由连续长丝构成的无纺材料(1)通过优选热粘结预先加强,并且通过水刺使所述连续长丝从结合中部分地松开,从而构成较大的搭环,挂钩能够容易地进入到所述搭环中并且保持。
