本发明涉及流体设备领域,尤其是一种新型双联阀装置。一种新型双联阀装置,包括壳体,所述壳体中间设有流体入口,所述流体入口两侧设有左阀体结构和右阀体结构,所述左阀体结构包括端盖A和连杆A,所述壳体左侧上部由端盖A封闭,壳体左侧下端设有流体出口A,所述连杆A穿过端盖A,连杆A顶部设有按钮A,连杆A中间设有密封圈A,所述流体入口A设在流体入口上;所述右阀体结构包括端盖B和连杆B,所述壳体右侧上部由端盖B封闭,壳体右侧下端设有流体出口B,所述连杆B穿过端盖B,连杆B顶部设有按钮B,连杆B中间设有密封圈B,所述流体入口B设在流体入口上。本发明的有益之处:降低了制造成本,产品一致性好,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及流体设备领域,尤其是一种新型双联阀装置。
背景技术
目前使用的双联阀装置,其壳体是铸铝件铸造而成,或者硬铝实体材料加工而成,也或者用钢材加工而成,铸铝件和硬铝材料制作,加工量大,流体通道为了密封必须防渗漏处理,还须防腐蚀处理,钢材加工则需要防锈处理,同样也需要防腐蚀处理,产品重量较重,制造成本高,铝质阀体易磨损、易渗漏,使用寿命短,可靠性差。
发明内容
为了解决易磨损、易渗漏和产品重量较重的技术问题,本发明提供一种新型双联阀装置。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种新型双联阀装置,包括壳体,所述壳体中间设有流体入口,所述流体入口两侧设有左阀体结构和右阀体结构,所述左阀体结构包括端盖A和连杆A,所述壳体左侧上部由端盖A封闭,壳体左侧下端设有流体出口A,所述连杆A穿过端盖A,连杆A顶部设有按钮A,连杆A中间设有密封圈A,连杆A通过弹簧A与壳体左侧下部连接,所述密封圈A在无外力状态堵住流体入口A,所述流体入口A设在流体入口上;所述右阀体结构包括端盖B和连杆B,所述壳体右侧上部由端盖B封闭,壳体右侧下端设有流体出口B,所述连杆B穿过端盖B,连杆B顶部设有按钮B,连杆B中间设有密封圈B,连杆B通过弹簧B与壳体右侧下部连接,所述密封圈B在无外力状态堵住流体入口B,所述流体入口B设在流体入口上。
作为优选,所述壳体设有嵌件。
使用本发明的技术方案,壳体使用塑料材质,流体入口和左右阀体均采用耐磨和耐腐蚀的金属材质嵌件,嵌件与壳体整体注塑成型,无需再加工,降低了制造成本,产品一致性好,精度高,使用寿命长,整体重量较轻,使用更加便利。

实施例
如图1、2和3所示一种新型双联阀装置,包括壳体1,所述壳体1中间设有流体入口8,所述流体入口8两侧设有左阀体结构和右阀体结构,所述左阀体结构包括端盖A2和连杆A3,所述壳体1左侧上部由端盖A2封闭,壳体1左侧下端设有流体出口A5,所述连杆A3穿过端盖A2,连杆A3顶部设有按钮A4,连杆A3中间设有密封圈A9,连杆A3通过弹簧A10与壳体1左侧下部连接,所述密封圈A9在无外力状态堵住流体入口A7,所述流体入口A7设在流体入口8上;所述右阀体结构包括端盖B11和连杆B6,所述壳体1右侧上部由端盖B11封闭,壳体1右侧下端设有流体出口B15,所述连杆B6穿过端盖B11,连杆B6顶部设有按钮B12,连杆B6中间设有密封圈B9,连杆B6通过弹簧B14与壳体1右侧下部连接,所述密封圈B13在无外力状态堵住流体入口B10,所述流体入口B10设在流体入口8上。
所述壳体1设有嵌件,这样密封性更好。
使用时,流体入口8保持有流体,需要用时,按下按钮A4或按钮B12,使得流体入口A7或流体入口B10分别与左右阀体结构连通,则流体将分别从流体出口A5和流体出口B15流出,放开按钮A4或按钮B12,弹簧A10或弹簧B14回复初始状态,堵住流体入口A7和流体入口B10。

1.一种新型双联阀装置,包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)中间设有流体入口(8),其特征在于:所述流体入口(8)两侧设有左气阀结构和右气阀结构,所述左气阀结构包括端盖A(2)和连杆A(3),所述壳体(1)左侧上部由端盖A(2)封闭,壳体(1)左侧下端设有出气口A(5),所述连杆A(3)穿过端盖A(2),连杆A(3)顶部设有按钮A(4),连杆A(3)中间设有密封圈A(9),连杆A(3)通过弹簧A(10)与壳体(1)左侧下部连接,所述密封圈A(9)在无外力状态堵住流体入口A(7),所述流体入口A(7)设在流体入口(8)上;所述右气阀结构包括端盖B(11)和连杆B(6),所述壳体(1)右侧上部由端盖B(11)封闭,壳体(1)右侧下端设有出气口B(15),所述连杆B(6)穿过端盖B(11),连杆B(6)顶部设有按钮B(12),连杆B(6)中间设有密封圈B(9),连杆B(6)通过弹簧B(14)与壳体(1)右侧下部连接,所述密封圈B(13)在无外力状态堵住流体入口B(10),所述流体入口B(10)设在流体入口(8)上。
