Abstract

一种用于轴向间隙微调的机构,其包括与机体相连接的固定盘、旋转盘、弹性垫片和止转螺钉,旋转盘与固定盘之间为螺纹配合,固定盘上设有沿圆周方向均匀分布的止转螺钉孔,所述旋转盘法兰边上设有均匀分布的宽径向槽,所述止转螺钉孔所围成圆周的圆心与所述宽径向槽所围成圆周的圆心为同一点,所述止转螺钉孔所围成圆周的直径与所述宽径向槽所围成圆周的直径相同,所述宽径向槽的个数与所述止转螺钉孔的个数相差一个。本发明用于轴向间隙微调的机构能够解决现有机械结构中需要较高位置精度、轴向位置可调节与装配工艺之间的矛盾,在保证零件同心度、平行度的同时提供了高精度的轴向间隙调整,并且不需要反复拆装零件、不需要大量重复制造备件。

一种用于轴向间隙微调的机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于轴向间隙微调的结构,其属于轴类零件的轴向间隙调整领域。
背景技术
现有轴向间隙的调整方法主要有以下几种:(1)更换配做零件:按照一定尺寸系列制造相同的零件,然后根据所需间隙大小选用尺寸合适的零件来安装;(2)更换垫片:按照一定尺寸系列制造不同厚度的垫片(金属或其他材料),然后根据所需间隙大小选用合适的垫片或同时使用多个垫片;(3)间隙调节螺钉:在与轴向垂直的配合面中的一个上安装与轴线平行的螺钉,另一个配合面则无孔,调节螺钉伸出配合面的长度来调整配合面的间隙,进而改变轴向间隙;(4)用楔子调节:在垂直轴向的配合间隙中打入楔子,通过打入的深度来改变间隙。
然而上述所提到的轴向间隙的调整方法都存在各种各样的缺陷:(1)更换配做零件:同样的零件需要制造若干个,最终只有一个能够安装,且调整间隙时需要将零件拆卸下来更换,费工费时,成本较高;(2)更换垫片:垫片比零件的制造成本低,但垫片越薄加工难度越高,且垫片的厚度尺寸精度也比较难保证,另外更换垫片依然需要将零件完全拆卸下来;(3)间隙调节螺钉:螺钉调节方便快速、不需要拆卸零件,但无法保证被调节零件的同心度和轴线的平行度,且螺钉自身存在松动的问题,因此只能在对精度要求较低的机械上使用;(4)用楔子调节——无需拆卸零件,但楔子的挤压力会导致零件歪斜、移动,因此精度比螺钉调节更低。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于轴向间隙微调的机构,其用于轴类零件的轴向间隙调整以及鼓风机、通风机及泵等流体机械的叶轮与壳体之间的间隙调整。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种用于轴向间隙微调的机构,其包括与机体相连接的固定盘、旋转盘、弹性垫片和止转螺钉,所述旋转盘与固定盘之间为螺纹配合,所述固定盘上设有沿圆周方向均匀分布的止转螺钉孔,所述旋转盘法兰边上设有均匀分布的宽径向槽,所述止转螺钉孔所围成圆周的圆心与所述宽径向槽所围成圆周的圆心为同一点,所述止转螺钉孔所围成圆周的直径与所述宽径向槽所围成圆周的直径相同,所述宽径向槽的个数与所述止转螺钉孔的个数相差一个。
所述止转螺钉安装于旋转重合后的止转螺钉孔和宽径向槽中。
所述弹性垫片设置于所述固定盘和旋转盘的法兰边之间。
所述弹性垫片为四氟、橡胶或金属材料。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明用于轴向间隙微调的机构能够解决现有机械结构中需要较高位置精度、轴向位置可调节与装配工艺之间的矛盾,在保证零件同心度、平行度的同时提供了高精度的轴向间隙调整,并且不需要反复拆装零件、不需要大量重复制造备件。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图6所示,本发明用于轴向间隙微调的机构包括固定盘1、旋转盘2、弹性垫片3和止转螺钉4。
固定盘1与机体(未图示)连接,旋转盘2与固定盘1之间为特定距离长度的螺距的螺纹配合。固定盘1上有沿圆周方向均匀分布的8个M3止转螺钉孔10,旋转盘2法兰边上相同直径处有9个均匀分布的宽3mm的宽径向槽20。止转螺钉孔10所围成圆周的圆心与所述宽径向槽20所围成圆周的圆心为同一点,止转螺钉孔10所围成圆周的直径与宽径向槽20所围成圆周的直径相同,如需要其他调节步幅,可以通过改变孔和槽的数量来获得。
为保证间隙不会变动,我们在重合的止转螺钉孔中旋入止转螺钉4,即可以保证零件不会出现相对旋转,同时在零件法兰边之间用弹性垫片3(如四氟垫片或橡胶垫片)使螺纹处于单向受力状态,即可消除螺纹间隙的影响。
本发明用于轴向间隙微调的机构的工作原理与千分尺的测量原理相同,都是利用螺纹将轴向的微小位移放大成周向的较大位移,同时利用刻度将这个位移精确测量出来。
螺纹配合的两个零件上都设计有法兰边,且在相同直径的位置上分别均布有止转螺钉孔和径向槽,两个零件上的均布孔、槽数量分别为N和N+1。此机构在同一时间仅可能有一对孔(槽)处于重合状态,且将零件顺时针或逆时针旋转

圈时原重合孔(槽)不再重合,而相邻的孔(槽)处于重合状态。此时两个零件的相对轴向位置变化量为螺距的

倍。如采用1mm螺距的螺纹配合,孔(槽)的数量分别为8个和9个,则调节步幅为0.014mm;如采用0.5mm螺距的螺纹配合,孔(槽)的数量分别为21个和22个,则调节步幅可达0.0011mm。
因此,本发明用于轴向间隙微调的机构与普通轴向间隙调整方法相比,此机构的调节步幅更小,且无需反复拆装更换零件,调整间隙的备件数量和工时均大大减小了。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于轴向间隙微调的机构,其包括与机体相连接的固定盘(1)、旋转盘(2)、弹性垫片(3)和止转螺钉(4),其特征在于:所述旋转盘(2)与固定盘(1)之间为螺纹配合,所述固定盘(1)上设有沿圆周方向均匀分布的止转螺钉孔(10),所述旋转盘(2)法兰边上设有均匀分布的宽径向槽(20),所述止转螺钉孔(10)所围成圆周的圆心与所述宽径向槽(20)所围成圆周的圆心为同一点,所述止转螺钉孔(10)所围成圆周的直径与所述宽径向槽(20)所围成圆周的直径相同,所述宽径向槽(20)的个数与所述止转螺钉孔(10)的个数相差一个。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于轴向间隙微调的机构,其特征在于:所述止转螺钉(4)安装于旋转重合后的止转螺钉孔(10)和宽径向槽(20)中。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种用于轴向间隙微调的机构,其特征在于:所述弹性垫片(3)设置于所述固定盘(1)和旋转盘(2)的法兰边之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种用于轴向间隙微调的机构,其特征在于:所述弹性垫片(3)为四氟、橡胶或金属材料。
