本发明公开了一种预应力无接头抗刺扎预硫化胎面胶,包括依次连接的预硫化胎面层、预硫化中垫胶层、钢丝帘布层、预硫化中垫胶底层,所述钢丝帘布层包括钢丝、帘布和贴合胶片,其中钢丝嵌入帘布中,钢丝排列方向与胎面胶裁切方向平行,贴合胶片安装在帘布两端。本发明胎面胶裁切方向与钢丝排列方向平行,做到了钢丝无接头,均匀分布应力,避免了因钢丝裁断引起的破坏点,切实提高胎面胶的抗刺扎性能,延长翻胎使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种预应力无接头抗刺扎预硫化胎面胶,属于轮胎翻新技术领域。
背景技术
轮胎翻新已经成为轮胎资源循环利用的一种形式,其中低温冷翻轮胎性能优异,成本低廉,越来越受到人们的认可和亲睐。普通预硫化胎面胶不抗刺扎,虽然已有的含钢丝的预硫化胎面胶技术在一定程度上提高了抗刺扎性能,但是存在接头问题,极易成为破坏点,成为胎面胶最薄弱的部分。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的不足,本发明目的在于提供一种预应力无接头抗刺扎预硫化胎面胶。
本发明为达到上述目的,所采用的技术手段是:预应力无接头抗刺扎预硫化胎面胶,包括依次连接的预硫化胎面层、预硫化中垫胶层、钢丝帘布层、预硫化中垫胶底层,所述钢丝帘布层包括钢丝、帘布和贴合胶片,其中钢丝嵌入帘布中,钢丝排列方向与胎面胶裁切方向平行,贴合胶片安装在帘布两端。
进一步的,所述钢丝与纵向呈24°角。
进一步的,所述钢丝采用3+8×0.33HT,即芯股单丝数为3,外层单丝数为8,单丝直径为0.33mm。
进一步的,所述帘布宽度为165±2mm,斜边长度为406±4mm,厚度为2.4mm;贴合胶片的宽度为25±1mm,厚度为0.7±1mm。
进一步的,所述依次连接的预硫化胎面层、预硫化中垫胶层、钢丝帘布层、预硫化中垫胶底层连接方式是依次贴合后在平板硫化机上硫化,硫化条件为151±1℃×20min。
本发明有益效果在于:胎面胶裁切方向与钢丝排列方向平行,做到了钢丝无接头,均匀分布应力,避免了因钢丝裁断引起的破坏点,切实提高胎面胶的抗刺扎性能,延长翻胎使用寿命。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1、2所示预应力无接头抗刺扎预硫化胎面胶,包括依次连接的预硫化胎面层1、预硫化中垫胶层2、钢丝帘布层3、预硫化中垫胶底层4,所述钢丝帘布层3包括钢丝31、帘布32和贴合胶片33,其中钢丝31嵌入帘布32中,钢丝31排列方向与胎面胶裁切方向平行,贴合胶片33安装在帘布32两端。
进一步的,所述钢丝31与纵向呈24°角。
进一步的,所述钢丝31采用3+8×0.33HT,即芯股单丝数为3,外层单丝数为8,单丝直径为0.33mm。
进一步的,所述帘布32宽度为165±2mm,斜边长度为406±4mm,厚度为2.4mm;贴合胶片33的宽度为25±1mm,厚度为0.7±1mm。
进一步的,所述依次连接的预硫化胎面层1、预硫化中垫胶层2、钢丝帘布层3、预硫化中垫胶底层4连接方式是依次贴合后在平板硫化机上硫化,硫化条件为151±1℃×20min。
如图3、4对照所示,本发明裁断时钢丝31无损伤,无破坏点,消除了可能存在的薄弱部分,实现了无接头连接,使得应力分布更加均匀。

1.预应力无接头抗刺扎预硫化胎面胶,包括依次连接的预硫化胎面层(1)、预硫化中垫胶层(2)、钢丝帘布层(3)、预硫化中垫胶底层(4),其特征在于:所述钢丝帘布层(3)包括钢丝(31)、帘布(32)和贴合胶片(33),其中钢丝(31)嵌入帘布(32)中,钢丝(31)的宽度大于两根钢丝(31)之间帘布的宽度,钢丝(31)排列方向与胎面胶裁切方向平行,贴合胶片(33)安装在帘布(32)两端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预应力无接头抗刺扎预硫化胎面胶,其特征在于:所述钢丝(31)与纵向呈24°角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的预应力无接头抗刺扎预硫化胎面胶,其特征在于:所述钢丝(31)采用3+8×0.33HT,即芯股单丝数为3,外层单丝数为8,单丝直径为0.33mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的预应力无接头抗刺扎预硫化胎面胶,其特征在于:所述帘布(32)宽度为165±2mm,斜边长度为406±4mm,厚度为2.4mm;贴合胶片(33)的宽度为25±1mm,厚度为0.7±1mm。
