本发明涉及塑料机械领域,尤其是免干燥不停机换滤网塑料挤出机。
技术背景
目前国内外制造、销售、使用的塑料挤出机,其最常用的塑料扁丝、塑料圆丝、塑料吹膜、塑料挤出压延等生产所使用的塑料挤出机,螺杆结构是典型的单螺杆三段结构,即进料段、压缩熔融段和挤出计量段,相对应的料筒分为进料腔、塑料压缩熔融腔和计量腔,上述结构只适用于新的塑料原料生产,目前世界各国众多的废弃塑料回收利用需通过清洗,干燥,造粒,才能使用现有技术塑料挤出机,还要经常停机更换过滤网,能耗大,费劳力,利用率低,特别是对水份极敏感的PET塑料,其废弃的PET矿泉水瓶粉碎料无法使用现有技术塑料挤出机进行回收利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对废弃塑料回收粉碎后水分含量高,杂质多,无法使用现有技术塑料挤出机直接挤出生产,特别是对水分高度敏感的PET材料,其废弃的PET矿泉水瓶回收粉碎后因水分含量高,更无法利用现有技术塑料挤出机,现提供免干燥不停机换滤网塑料挤出机,包括有中空的料筒、料筒内安装有相对于料筒可旋转的螺杆,螺杆的一端与驱动装置相联接,料筒上分别设有进料斗和用于成型出料的模头,其特征在于:料筒上分别设有进料输送加热腔、塑料压缩熔融腔、气体释放腔、熔体输送压出腔、熔体阻流腔、熔体进料输送腔、熔体压缩输送腔和挤出计量腔,其中熔体在进料加热输送腔、塑料压缩熔融腔、气体释放腔和熔体输送压出腔相通,熔体在熔体进料输送腔、熔体压缩输送腔和挤出计量腔相通,在进料加热输送腔上设有进料斗,在气体释放腔上设有一个或一个以上排气口、在熔体输送压出腔上设有熔体出料口,在熔体进料输送腔上设有熔体进料斗,在熔体出料口和熔体进料斗之间安装有熔体过滤器。

参照图3:图3是本发明又一个实施例的结构示意图,51-进料加热腔、52-第一气体释放腔、53-塑料压缩熔融腔、54-第二气体释放腔、55-熔体输送压出腔、56-熔体阻流腔、57-熔体进料腔、58-熔体压缩输送腔、59-挤出计量腔、60-进料斗、61-第一排气口、62-第二排气口、63-滤前熔体进料斗、64-熔体出口、65-反螺纹、66-备用滤网体、67-熔体过滤器、68-熔体进料斗、69-料位自动检测装置、70-料筒、71-螺杆A、72-螺杆B、73-加料自动调节装置。从图中可看到,熔体阻流腔56将料筒分为两大腔室,前腔室包括有进料加热腔51、第一气体释放腔52、塑料压缩熔融腔53、第二气体释放腔54、熔体输送压出腔55,腔与腔之间熔体相通,后腔室包括有熔体进料腔57、熔体压缩输送腔58和挤出计量腔59,腔与腔之间熔体相通,在进料加热腔51上设有进料斗60,在第一气体释放腔52上设有第一排气口61,在第二气体释放腔54上设有第二排气口62,在熔体输送压出腔55上设有熔体出料口64,在熔体进料腔57上设有熔体进料斗68,在熔体出料口64和熔体进料斗68之间安装有熔体过滤器67,熔体阻流腔56的相对应螺杆部分设计有反螺纹65,本实施例的熔体进料斗68上设有料位自动检测装置69和本实施例的进料斗60上设有加料自动调节装置73,本发明实施例的料筒内安装有并排的两根螺杆或称双螺杆,工作时,固体原料从进料斗60通过加料自动调节装置73进入料筒70内的进料加热腔51中,料筒70外设有热源加热,螺杆A71和螺杆B72由驱动装置驱动在料筒70内旋转,固体原料在进料加热腔51中由螺杆A71和螺杆B72推向前进并受压受热进入第一气体释放腔52,由原料带进的水分受热化为蒸汽从本腔室的排气口61排出,当使用PET矿泉水瓶粉碎料作原料时,本腔室可设多个排气口并与真空泵相连接,以最大限度去除PET矿泉水瓶粉碎料中的水分和气体,塑料熔体继续由旋转的螺杆A71和螺杆B72推进进入塑料压缩熔融腔53,原料在塑料压缩熔融腔53内受压受热而熔融进入第二气体释放腔53内,剩余的气体和水分从本腔室的排气口62排出,塑料熔体继续由旋转的螺杆A71和螺杆B72推进,从熔体输送压出腔55上的熔体出料口64进入熔体过滤器67,熔体经过滤除去杂质后从熔体进料斗68进入熔体进料腔57,由螺杆A71和螺杆B72输送经熔体压缩输送腔58和挤出计量腔59进入模头或再经三通过滤进入模头成型,熔体进料斗68上的料位高低由料位自动检测装置69自动检测并由加料自动调节装置73调节进料以稳定挤出,更换过滤网时,主机不停机,只需在备用滤网体66上装好滤网,驱动滤网体驱动装置将备用滤网体置换正在工作的滤网体,循环进行,由于在第二气体释放腔上的一个排气口62上安装有熔体进料斗63,在更换过滤网时可将滤网上较为干净的塑料熔料回收到此熔体进料斗63中,可有效节约原料。
本实施例与前两个实施例不同之处是料筒内安装有并排的两根螺杆或称双螺杆,可使塑料熔融混合更充分,可提高产品的质量。
本发明的有益效果:可使水分含量更高的塑料再生料直接进入本免干燥不停机换滤网塑料挤出机中直接挤出成型,特别是对水分高度敏感的PET材料,其废弃的PET矿泉水瓶回收粉碎后可直接进入本实施例免干燥不停机换滤网塑料挤出机中直接挤出成型,变废为宝,还简化生产工序,节约劳力,节约能源。

Claims (7)

1.免干燥不停机换滤网塑料挤出机,包括有中空的料筒、料筒内安装有相对于料筒可旋转的螺杆,螺杆的一端与驱动装置相联接,料筒上分别设有进料斗和用于成型出料的模头,其特征在于:料筒上分别设有进料输送加热腔、塑料压缩熔融腔、气体释放腔、熔体输送压出腔、熔体阻流腔、熔体进料输送腔、熔体压缩输送腔和挤出计量腔,其中熔体在进料加热输送腔、塑料压缩熔融腔、气体释放腔和熔体输送压出腔相通,熔体在熔体进料输送腔、熔体压缩输送腔和挤出计量腔相通,在进料加热输送腔上设有进料斗,在气体释放腔上设有一个或一个以上排气口、在熔体输送压出腔上设有熔体出料口,在熔体进料输送腔上设有熔体进料斗,在熔体出料口和熔体进料斗之间安装有熔体过滤器。
2.根据权利要求1所述免干燥不停机换滤网塑料挤出机,其特征在于:料筒上分别设有进料加热输送腔、第一气体释放腔、塑料压缩熔融腔、第二气体释放腔、熔体输送压出腔、熔体阻流腔、熔体进料输送腔、熔体压缩输送腔和挤出计量腔,其中熔体在进料加热输送腔、第一气体释放腔、塑料压缩熔融腔、第二气体释放腔和熔体输送压出腔相通,熔体在熔体进料输送腔、熔体压缩输送腔和挤出计量腔相通,在进料加热输送腔上设有进料斗,在第一气体释放腔和第二气体释放腔上分别设有一个或一个以上排气口、在熔体输送压出腔上设有熔体出料口,在熔体进料输送腔上设有熔体进料斗,在熔体出料口和熔体进料斗之间安装有熔体过滤器。
3.根据权利要求1和权利要求2所述免干燥不停机换滤网塑料挤出机,其特征在于:所述螺杆为单螺杆,在塑料压缩熔融腔的相对应螺杆部位设有分离型螺纹结构,在熔体阻流腔的相对应螺杆部位设有反螺纹结构。
4.根据权利要求1和权利要求2所述免干燥不停机换滤网塑料挤出机,其特征在于:所述螺杆为双螺杆,在熔体阻流腔的相对应螺杆部位设有反螺纹结构。
5.根据权利要求1和权利要求2所述免干燥不停机换滤网塑料挤出机,其特征在于:所述进料斗和熔体进料斗,在熔体进料斗上安装有熔体料位自动检测装置,在进料斗上安装有加料自动调节装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述免干燥不停机换滤网塑料挤出机,其特征在于:所述气体释放腔上的一个排气口上安装有熔体进料斗。
7.根据权利要求2所述免干燥不停机换滤网塑料挤出机,其特征在于:所述第二气体释放腔上的一个排气口上安装有熔体进料斗。
