本发明涉及一种淘米机。
背景技术
在日常生活中，人们在煮制米饭的过程中，为了保证米饭的清洁卫生都要进行淘米，以便将夹杂在大米中的糠、草籽等杂质清除，但淘米一直延续着传统的手淘、手搓或人工搅拌等方式，不仅费时，不卫生，而且还费水，米的营养损失也大，尤其是对工作在食堂、快餐店等集体供餐的炊事人员来说，淘米是一项既费时又费力的事。
而现有淘米机，结构复杂体积庞大，占用过多的厨房空间，而且制造使用成本高，不适用于一般中小型饭店、食堂的使用。
发明内容
针对上述情况，本发明提供一种淘米机，它具有结构简洁、外形小巧、使用方便、性价比高的特征，非常适宜于一般中小型饭店、食堂的使用。
本发明是这样实现的：一种淘米机的特征是：轴承座设在机座的轴孔中，由销轴将它们铰链起来，使轴承座只能单向旋转；定位板固定在机座的立臂中，其上部设有吸块，用于轴承座的水平定位；法兰轴设在轴承座中，其前端连接着淘米箩，其后端连接着电机，由电机带动淘米箩旋转；盛水盘或盛米箩放在机座的支架上；
所述的淘米箩，该容器呈鼓状，其内部设有螺旋式导向板，其表面设有漏水孔。
另外，机座的底部设有垫脚。

本发明的作用是：
⑴．它具有结构简洁、外形小巧的特征。由减速电机经轴承座中的法兰轴直接带动淘米箩旋转，通过设在淘米箩内的螺旋式导向板，在其作用下使米连续翻滚的同时不断向内移动而相互摩擦，实现与传统的手淘、手搓或人工搅拌同效的全过程，且夹杂在大米中的糠、草籽等杂质从水中漂浮清除。
⑵．它具有使用方便、性价比高的特征。在使用时，只需将淘米箩的入口朝上，把米倒在淘米箩中，电源开启后就能实现淘米、出淘米箩的全过程。
⑶．它具有节水、节电的特征。它采用盛水盘式结构，每次淘米只需3盘水就行了，它彻底改变了现有淘米机的直冲水形式，且减速电机功率小，故相当节水、节电，而且淘米质量高、速度快。

具体实施方式
如图所示，轴承座2设在机座7的轴孔中，由销轴3将它们铰链起来，使轴承座2只能作单向旋转；定位板8固定在机座7的立臂中，其上部设有吸块9，用于轴承座2的水平定位；法兰轴4设在轴承座2中，其前端连接着淘米箩5，其后端连接着电机1，由电机1带动淘米箩5旋转，电机1固定在轴承座2中；盛水盘6或盛米箩放在机座7的支架上，机座7的底部设有垫脚，盛水器（6）的底部设有放水阀。
所述的淘米箩5，该容器呈鼓状，其内部设有螺旋式导向板10，其表面设有漏水孔。
使用时，先将轴承座2的后端向下扳，使淘米箩5的入口朝上，把米倒在淘米箩5中，完后反转轴承座2，使轴承座2的前端与定位板8接触后由吸块9吸住，这时，淘米箩5的下部就浸在盛水盘6的水中了；然后通电使电机1带动淘米箩5作顺时针旋转，使淘米箩5内的米在螺旋式导向板10的作用下连续翻滚的同时不断向内移动而相互摩擦；待米洗净后，用盛米箩换掉盛水盘6，然后通电使电机1带动淘米箩5作反向旋转，这时，淘米箩5内的米在螺旋式导向板10的作用下翻滚着不断向外移动，经出口进入盛米箩内。
本发明的结构并不限于实施例所述形式，本领域的普通技术人员根据本发明做出的进一步拓展均落入本发明的保护范围。
本发明一种淘米机十分适宜食堂、快餐店中使用，能解决劳动力和水浪费的问题。

1.一种淘米机，其特征是：轴承座（2）设在机座（7）的轴孔中，由销轴（3）将它们铰链起来，使轴承座（2）只能单向旋转；定位板（8）固定在机座（7）的立臂中，其上部设有吸块（9），用于轴承座（2）的水平定位；法兰轴（4）设在轴承座（2）中，其前端连接着淘米箩（5），其后端连接着电机（1），由电机（1）带动淘米箩（5）旋转；盛水盘（6）或盛米箩放在机座（7）的支架上；
所述的淘米箩（5）呈鼓状，其内部设有螺旋式导向板（10），其表面设有漏水孔。
