2)将中草药和香料按上述组份及重量份数配比另备一份,一起上制粉机,经过反复磨粉后,得中草药和香料的混合粉;
3)将小麦1200份淘洗干净,再取步骤2)中制备的混合粉一起放入步骤1)中的水溶液浸泡24h,并加入1.2%的食用碱调解浸泡液的pH值,使小麦充分足够的吸收中草药、香料成分而膨胀;
4)将步骤3)中的小麦过滤,按常规制作成面粉,将辅料榨汁备用;
5)将步骤4)中的面粉和辅料放入和面机,加水搅拌混合均匀,制得面块;
6)将步骤5)中的面块放入熟化机中挤出粗面条,再将粗面条放入挤丝机内挤成细面条丝,剪切;
7)将剪切后的细面条丝放入老化室,静止老化5小时;
8)将老化的细面条丝放入分条机,蒸煮20至30分钟,蒸煮温度为90-95度,然后烘干,切断即为成品。

当然,本发明所披露是将中草药、香料及其各类蔬菜与面条相结合的构思,重点在于将传统中草药、香料配方如何加入到保健面条中,以达到食用与治疗、预防各类疾病一举两得。至于构成中草药、香料配方的组份及重量份数可根据产品需要将做相应的调整。
以上已将本发明做一详细说明,以上所述,仅为本发明之较佳实施例而已,当不能限定本发明实施范围,即凡依本申请范围所作均等变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种含有中草药配方的保健面条,其特征在于:所述保健面条由下述原料制成:主料、中草药、香料和辅料;
所述主料组份及重量份数配比为:小麦1200份;
所述中草药组份及重量份数配比为:柴胡10份、白茅根30份、仙鹤草30份、盐乌草10份、苏叶10份、蒲公英30份、合欢皮15份、炙甘草5份、石斛15份、莱菔子15份、黄芩10份、陈皮10份、白术15份、黄连10份、厚朴10份、酸枣仁15份、薏苡仁30份、砂仁10份、生白芍15份、麸炒枳实10份;以上中草药组合在一起构成一种治疗、预防腹胀,胃胀气和便秘功效的中草药配方;
所述香料组份及重量份数配比为:桂皮15份、八角20份、丁香10份和沙姜15份;
所述辅料组份及重量份数配比为:番茄和红萝卜各100份或苦瓜、芹菜和菠菜各100份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的含有中草药配方的保健面条的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)在锅内倒入2500份清水,将上述的中草药和香料投入锅内,先用大火煮沸,后用小火熬制30分钟后停火,待冷却后滤出水溶液,备用;
2)将中草药和香料按上述组份及重量份数配比另备一份,一起上制粉机,经过反复磨粉后,得中草药和香料的混合粉;
3)将小麦1200份淘洗干净,再取步骤2)中制备的混合粉一起放入步骤1)中的水溶液浸泡24h,并加入1.2%的食用碱调解浸泡液的pH值,使小麦充分足够的吸收中草药、香料成分而膨胀;
4)将步骤3)中的小麦过滤,按常规制作成面粉,将辅料榨汁备用;
5)将步骤4)中的面粉和辅料放入和面机,加水搅拌混合均匀,制得面块;
6)将步骤5)中的面块放入熟化机中挤出粗面条,再将粗面条放入挤丝机内挤成细面条丝,剪切;
7)将剪切后的细面条丝放入老化室,静止老化5小时;
8)将老化的细面条丝放入分条机,蒸煮20至30分钟,蒸煮温度为90-95度,然后烘干,切断即为成品。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的含有中草药配方的保健面条的生产工艺,
其特征在于:所述辅料加入到用于制作保健面条的和面工艺中;在和面工艺中加入番茄和红萝卜,保健面条的成品表面为淡红色;加入苦瓜、芹菜和菠菜,保健面条的成品表面为淡绿色,并增加了保健面条中含有各种维生素成分,且具有治疗、预防疾病的健康绿色功效的食品之一。
