Abstract
本发明公开了一种由膨胀蛭石、粘合剂、添加剂和防水剂制成的轻质吸音耐火矿物装饰板的生产方法。无机粘合剂的组成为(重量份数):硅酸钾溶液1~20份,硅溶胶1~6份,水0.1~0.5份。该发明采用常温加压,梯度升温干燥养护工艺,使产品合格率高,具有工艺简单、成本低的特点。
Description
本发明属于建筑装饰材料领域,具体涉及一种轻质吸音耐火矿物装饰板的生产方法。
目前国内外普遍采用石膏板和岩(矿)棉板作为室内吊顶或贴壁装饰。但是石膏板容重大、吸音系数小,易受潮变形,且含有不利于人体健康的纤维等缺点;岩(矿)棉板一般都采用有机粘合剂加工而成,需要表面涂层,耐火时间短,且在加工过程中有毒、有味、污染环境,有害人体健康,不利于工人操作。美国专利US3778281公开了一种由蛭石、粘土和硼酸盐等材料制成的轻质耐火板材及其制备方法。这种板材的不足之处是加工复杂,必须在1300°F温度条件下焙烧,在400°F的温度条件下热压。
本发明目的是提供一种不含石棉纤维、耐火时间长、吸音系数大、容重小、不用高温成型的装饰板的生产方法。
本发明的技术方案是:该装饰板的原料组成为(重量百分比):膨胀蛭石100~300份,无机粘合剂100~200份,添加剂5~20份,防水剂5~15份。无机粘合剂的组成为(重量份数):硅酸钾溶液1~20份,硅溶胶1~6份,高聚物0~0.5份,水0.1~0.5份。添加剂的组成为(重量百分比):磷酸二氢钾1~5份,无机氯化钙0~10份,半水石膏2~50份,氟硅酸钾(或钠)0.5~2份。防水剂的组成为[重量百分比):含氢甲基硅油乳液0.1~2份,羟基甲基硅油乳液0.1~2。
该装饰板的生产方法为:将100~300份粒度为80~100目的膨胀蛭石,100~200份无机粘合剂,5~20份添加剂和5~15份防水剂混合后搅拌均匀;将混合物料装入模具;在常温(室温)下用压机加压成型;脱模;将成型品进行梯度升温分段养护后即得成品。
无机粘合剂的制备方法为:将1~20份硅酸钾溶液,1~6份硅溶胶,0~0.5份高聚物和0.1~0.5份水混合后加热搅拌均匀至条件粘度为40~60秒。添加剂的制备方法为:将1~5份磷酸二氢钾,0~10份无水氯化钙,2~50份半水石膏,0.5~2份氟硅酸钾(或钠)混合,在球磨机上研磨均匀。防水剂的制备方法为:将0.1~2份含氢甲基硅油乳液,0.1~2份羟基甲基硅油乳液混合后搅拌均匀。梯度升温分段养护是先进行温度为40~60℃条件下的养护,再进行温度为80~100℃条件下的养护。
本发明的优点是:产品具有轻质、吸音和耐火的特点;加工方法简便,生产过程中无毒、无害、无污染;采用常温加压、梯度升温分段养护工艺,大大提高了成品合格率和生产效率,降低了生产成本。
实施例1:
取膨胀蛭石2000g,添加剂70g,防水剂45ml,粘合剂1600ml于搅拌器中搅拌均匀,取出物件,将其装入模具(600×600×45mm),在油压机上加压成型,脱模后,将成型品送至养护装置中于50℃下养护2小时后升温到80℃,继续养护2小时,即得600×600×10mm的轻质吸音耐火矿物装饰板。装饰板经测试具有如下物理特性:
规格:600×600×10mm;容重631g/cm;抗折强度0.83MPa;抗弯强度0.78MPa;导热系数0.11w/m.k;吸音系数0.3~0.48;耐火时间1000℃恒温1小时不燃烧,不塌陷,重量损失16.12%;含水率5%;吸湿率(24小时)3.1%;吸水率(24小时)28~30%;表面PH7~8。
其中粘合剂的制备方法为:取硅酸钾溶液2000g,硅溶胶1000g,高聚物10g,水100g于搪瓷反应缸中,在80℃下加热搅拌2小时,即得所需的粘合剂,其条件粘度在25℃±5℃下为50秒±5秒。
添加剂的制备方法为:取磷酸二氢钾100g,半水石膏500g,氟硅酸钾50g,在小型球磨机上研磨1小时,即得所需添加剂。或取磷酸二氢钾50g,无水氯化钙50g,半水石膏400g,氟硅酸钠100g于小球磨机上研磨1小时,即得所需添加剂。或取磷酸二氢钾10g,半水石膏100g,氟硅酸钾100g,无水氯化钙100g,在小型球磨机上研磨1小时,即得所需添加剂。
防水剂的制备方法为:将含氢甲基硅油乳液50ml,羟基甲基硅油乳液50ml混合均匀即得所需之防水剂。
实施例2:
取膨胀蛭石2000g,添加剂50g,防水剂40ml,粘合剂2000ml于搅拌器中搅拌均匀,取出物料,将其装入模具(600×600×45mm),在油压机上加压成型,脱模后将成品送至养护装置中于45℃恒温养护2小时后升温到85℃继续恒温养护2小时,即得600×600×10mm的轻质吸音耐火矿物装饰板。

1一种以膨胀蛭石为主要原料的轻质吸音耐火矿物装饰板的生产方法,其特征在于这种板材的原料组成为(重量份数):膨胀蛭石100~300份,无机粘合剂100~200份,添加剂5~20份,防水剂5~15份,无机粘合剂的组成为(重量份数):硅酸钾溶液1~20份,硅溶胶1~6份,水0.1~0.5份,添加剂的组成为(重量份数):磷酸二氢钾1~5份,无水氯化钙0~10份,半水石膏2~50份,氟硅酸钾0.5~2份,防水剂的组成为(重量份数):合氢甲基硅油乳液0.1~2份,羟基甲基硅油乳液0.1~2份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的装饰板的生产方法,其特征在于将100~300份粒度为80~100目的膨长蛭石,100~200份无机粘合剂,5~20份添加剂和5~15份防水剂混合后搅拌均匀;将混合物料装入模具;在常温(室温)下用压机加压成型;脱模;将成型品进行梯度升温分段养护后即得成品,无机粘合剂的制备方法为:特1~20份硅酸钾溶液,1~6份硅溶胶,和0.1~0.5份水混合后加热搅拌均匀至条件粘度为40~60秒即可,添加剂的制备方法为:将1~5份磷酸二氢钾、0~10份无水氯化钙、2~50份半水石膏、0.5~2份氟硅酸钾(或钠)混合,在小型球磨机上研磨均匀即可,防水剂的制备方法为:将0.1~2份含氢甲基硅油乳液,0.1~2份羟基甲基硅油乳液混合后搅拌均匀即可。
3.如权利要求2所述的装饰板的生产方法,其特征在于所述的梯度升温分段养护是指先进行温度为40~60℃条件下的养护,再进行温度为80~100℃条件下的养护。
