Abstract
本发明公开了一种自动润滑钢丝绳，包括：钢丝绳外层、润滑槽、油管、钢丝绳内层、润滑孔，所述钢丝绳外层与钢丝绳内层中间设置有油管，所述油管两侧设置有多个润滑槽，所述润滑孔位于润滑槽正中间，并直接与钢丝绳外层、钢丝绳内层接触，通过上述方式，能够使钢丝绳自身带有润滑油，起到自动润滑的效果，从而提高钢丝绳的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢丝绳，特别是涉及一种自动润滑的钢丝绳。
背景技术
现阶段，许多场所都运用一些起重设备，来帮助施工人员进行一些比较重的活，而起重设备中钢丝绳又是必不可少的一组件，使用的平率较高，因此常常出现断裂的现象，而导致钢丝绳断裂的主要原因就是钢丝绳使用太过频繁后没有及时润滑，导致干裂，最后断裂，因此一种能够自动润滑的钢丝绳一定很有市场。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种自动润滑的钢丝绳，能够使钢丝绳自身带有润滑油，起到自动润滑的效果，从而提高钢丝绳的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种自动润滑的钢丝绳，包括：钢丝绳外层、润滑槽、油管、钢丝绳内层、润滑孔，所述钢丝绳外层与钢丝绳内层中间设置有油管，所述油管两侧设置有多个润滑槽，所述润滑孔位于润滑槽正中间，并直接与钢丝绳外层、钢丝绳内层接触。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中，所述油管为一中空的橡胶管。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中，所述位于上下油管上的润滑槽不在一个平面上。
本发明的有益效果：本发明通过在钢丝绳外层与钢丝绳内层中间设置油管，在油管上设置润滑槽，并在润滑槽上设置润滑孔，使钢丝绳本身自带有润滑油，起到自动润滑的效果，从而提高了钢丝绳在起重设备使用中的寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述，以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解，从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参考图1在本发明的实施例中，一种自动润滑的钢丝绳，包括：钢丝绳外层（1）、润滑槽（2）、油管（3）、钢丝绳内层（4）、润滑孔（5），所述钢丝绳外层（1）与钢丝绳内层（4）中间设置有油管（3），所述油管（3）两侧端面设置有多个润滑槽（2），所述润滑孔（5）位于润滑槽（2）正中间，并直接与钢丝绳外层（4）和钢丝绳内层（1）接触。
进一步说明，通过采用在钢丝绳外层（4）与钢丝绳内层（1）中间设置油管（3）的方式，然后向油管（3）中加入润滑油，润滑油进入油管（3）后，向各润滑槽（2）处流动，然后通过与钢丝绳直接接触的润滑孔（5）对其进行润滑效果，从而提高该钢丝绳整体的使用寿命。
在本发明的另一较佳实施例中，所述油管（3）为一中空的橡胶管。
进一步说明，由于考虑到钢丝绳经常弯曲，因此需要该材料的韧性一定要好，又考虑钢丝绳需要承受很大的拉力，因此需要该材料的抗拉能力强，橡胶管刚好具有这特点，同时油管（3）中需要存放有润滑油，因此油管（3）需中空，所以选用中空的橡胶管作为油管（3）。
在本发明的另一较佳实施例中，所述位于上下油管（3）上的润滑槽（2）不在一个平面上。
进一步说明，两个油管中的润滑槽不在同一平面上时，可以使对钢丝绳的润滑面积扩大化，使整体的润滑效果更加良好。
本发明能够使钢丝绳自身带有润滑油，起到自动润滑的效果，从而提高钢丝绳的使用寿命。

1.一种自动润滑的钢丝绳，其特征在于：包括：钢丝绳外层（1）、润滑槽（2）、油管（3）、钢丝绳内层（4）、润滑孔（5），所述钢丝绳外层（1）与钢丝绳内层（4）中间设置有油管（3），所述油管（3）两侧设置有多个润滑槽（2），所述润滑孔（5）位于润滑槽（3）正中间，并直接与钢丝绳外层（1）、钢丝绳内层（4）接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动润滑的钢丝绳，其特征在于：所述油管（3）为一中空的橡胶管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动润滑的钢丝绳，其特征在于：所述位于上下油管（3）上的润滑槽（2）不在一个平面上。
