技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶领域,确切地说是一种耐温热熔胶。
背景技术
热熔胶粘合是利用热熔胶机通过热力把热熔胶熔解,熔胶后的胶成为一种液体,通过热熔胶机的热熔胶管和热熔胶枪,送到被粘合物表面,热熔胶冷却后即完成了粘合。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐温热熔胶。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
    一种耐温热熔胶,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
A料:韩国现代8037 EVA  80-90,C5石油树脂20-35、微晶蜡1-2,石油磺酸钡0.1-0.2、玫瑰精油0.2-0.4、,抗氧剂168 1-2,抗氧剂264 0.4-0.6,过氧化二异丙苯DCP 0.3-0.5、竹碳粉 0.5-0.8;
B料:线性低密度聚乙烯 10-15,台塑7350M EVA  30-35、醇醚糖苷 0.4-0.6、甘油酯1-2,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯 1-2、氢氧化铝 1-2。
所述的一种耐温热熔胶,其特征在于:
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)捏合机预加热至壁温180-200℃;
(2)然后按重量份加入A料各原料,捏合40-60min,取出冷却即得A料;
(3)捏合机预加热至壁温190-210℃,然后按重量份加入B料各原料,捏合30-40min,取出冷却即得B料;
(4)捏合机预加热至壁温180-200℃,加入A料和B料,捏合30-40min,取出冷却即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明耐温性能优异,粘结强度高,24小时热稳定性状稳定。
具体实施方式
 一种耐温热熔胶,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:
A料:韩国现代8037 EVA  85,C5石油树脂35、微晶蜡2,石油磺酸钡0.2、玫瑰精油0.4、,抗氧剂168 2,抗氧剂264 0.6,过氧化二异丙苯DCP  0.5、竹碳粉 0.8;
B料:线性低密度聚乙烯 15,台塑7350M EVA   35、醇醚糖苷  0.6、甘油酯 2,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯 2、氢氧化铝 2。
所述的一种耐温热熔胶, 
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)捏合机预加热至壁温200℃;
(2)然后按重量份加入A料各原料,捏合60min,取出冷却即得A料;
(3)捏合机预加热至壁温210℃,然后按重量份加入B料各原料,捏合40min,取出冷却即得B料;
(4)捏合机预加热至壁温200℃,加入A料和B料,捏合40min,取出冷却即得。
本实施例的粘结剂的表观粘度为5000MPa.s,剥离强度53N/2.5cm,初粘力达到5号钢球,开放时间41s,24小时热稳定性状稳定。

1.一种耐温热熔胶,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
A料:韩国现代8037 EVA  80-90,C5石油树脂20-35、微晶蜡1-2,石油磺酸钡0.1-0.2、玫瑰精油0.2-0.4,抗氧剂168 1-2,抗氧剂264 0.4-0.6,过氧化二异丙苯DCP 0.3-0.5、竹碳粉 0.5-0.8;
B料:线性低密度聚乙烯 10-15,台塑7350M EVA  30-35、醇醚糖苷 0.4-0.6、甘油酯1-2,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯 1-2、氢氧化铝 1-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温热熔胶,其特征在于:
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)捏合机预加热至壁温180-200℃;
(2)然后按重量份加入A料各原料,捏合40-60min,取出冷却即得A料;
(3)捏合机预加热至壁温190-210℃,然后按重量份加入B料各原料,捏合30-40min,取出冷却即得B料;
(4)捏合机预加热至壁温180-200℃,加入A料和B料,捏合30-40min,取出冷却即得。
