Abstract

一种螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器,属于固液分离设备技术领域,旨在解决现有的螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器构造设计不合理,固液分离效果差的问题。它采用的螺旋卸料器主体是由旋转锥套的外体上装连有数个主叶片和副叶片,在主叶片和副叶片之间固定连接有挡板,并在副叶片外侧面上装设有数个浮动叶片所组成,螺旋卸料器主体的锥套内套连锥衬套,螺旋卸料器主体的锥套和锥衬套顶部加装密封垫片后装连螺旋卸料器顶盖并由螺栓连接固定。其结构简单实用,适于配装各型的螺旋卸料过滤离心机,应用于工、煤炭、食品、石油开采等行业。

技术领域
本发明属于固液分离设备技术领域中—种螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器。
背景技术
固液分离设备的螺旋卸料过滤离心机已经广泛应用化工、煤炭、食品等行业,尤其是石油钻探业的日益发展,需要对石油钻井过程中产生的大量废弃岩屑进行脱液处理,因此对固液分离设备的技术要求也越来越高。螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器是机器的核心部件,它直接关联到固液分离的质量和效果。在公知技术中,现有的螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器主要是采用的转鼓式螺旋卸料器主体,在转鼓体上制有数条螺旋凸楞,或是装连有数条固定式螺旋刮板组成,装配整机时在螺旋卸料器外配合套装筛网。但受其结构所限,固定形状的主叶片总与锥形筛网的内壁之间存在一定的间隙,其构造设计不合理,特别是用于石油钻井废弃岩屑的回收液体处理其固液分离效果差,因为废弃钻井液含液率变化范围很大,其中固相颗粒的种类既有不易破碎的砂岩,也有容易水化分散的泥页岩,甚至还有纤维,如此多变的物料特性使用现有的螺旋卸料过滤离心机处理,主要表现为处理含液率高的物料时直接跑料,而处理含有粘细固相颗粒或者含有纤维的物料时,又易使得滤筛网堵塞也造成跑料,分离出来的岩屑中常含有20%左右的液体,这些含有液体的岩屑排放又造成了环境污染和钻井液资源的浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,解决现有的螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器构造设计不合理,固液分离效果差的问题。本发明之目的是提供一种结构简单实用,固液分离效果好,也适于石油钻井废弃岩屑的液体回收处理,应用范围广,使用方便的配装螺旋卸料过滤离心机的新式螺旋卸料器。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器,它设有:螺旋卸料器主体、螺旋卸料器顶盖、密封垫片、锥衬套,螺旋卸料器主体是由旋转锥套的外体上装连有数个主叶片和副叶片,在主叶片和副叶片之间固定连接有挡板,并在副叶片外侧面上装设有数个浮动叶片所组成,螺旋卸料器主体的锥套内套连锥衬套,螺旋卸料器主体的锥套和锥衬套顶部加装密封垫片后装连螺旋卸料器顶盖并由螺栓连接固定。
上述螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器,所述副叶片外侧面上开制有开口凹槽并在凹槽内分别装设有数个浮动叶片,并在对应副叶片凹槽口部配合连接浮动叶片装连有浮动叶片压板。
上述螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器,所述浮动叶片压板的外侧边缘制有凸台边缘,浮动叶片的内侧边缘制有与浮动叶片压板的外侧凸台边缘相对配合连接的凸台。
上述螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器,所述螺旋卸料器顶盖的顶部制有3-6个均布的离心泵叶轮状拨料叶片。
使用时,将本发明的螺旋卸料器按设计要求,装配到螺旋卸料过滤离心机的动力轴上,外部配装锥形筛网。其工作原理是:作业时螺旋卸料过滤离心机的动力轴带动螺旋卸料器旋转,物料进入到螺旋卸料器顶盖上之后,首先会被螺旋卸料器顶盖上的离心泵叶轮状拨料器充分加速,可有效地避免了由于加速不充分造成的物料直接顺锥套外表面流走跑料的问题;通过螺旋卸料器顶盖上的离心泵叶轮状拨料器充分加速,将进入螺旋卸料器的物料被甩到锥形筛网的内壁上,由于螺旋卸料器主体上装有挡板遮挡,物料不会进入主叶片和副叶片之间的区域,而只会进入其它区域,在这里物料中的液相会由于离心力作用被甩出分离,一部分固相物料会被主叶片刮下,物料螺旋下行的同时继续进行离心脱液,因为主叶片和锥形筛网之间存在间隙,会有一薄层物料残留在锥形筛网的内壁;但由于副叶片上装设有浮动叶片,且每一片浮动叶片都可以单独活动,即使锥形筛网存在形状偏差,浮动叶片能自动适应锥形筛网内壁的形状,始终紧贴着锥形筛网的内壁运动,因此,将主叶片刮后残留在锥形筛网内壁的一薄层固相物料,就会被始终紧贴锥形筛网内壁的浮动叶片刮下,从而使锥形筛网保持网孔通畅,固液分离效果好。
由于本发明设计采用了上述技术方案,有效地解决了现有的螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器构造设计不合理,固液分离效果差的问题。亦经过数次试验试用结果表明,它与现有技术相比,具有结构简单实用,固液分离效果好,也适于石油钻井废弃岩屑的液体回收处理,应用范围广,使用方便等有益效果,适于配装各型的螺旋卸料过滤离心机,应用于化工、煤炭、食品、石油开采等行业。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示实施例,本发明设有:螺旋卸料器主体、螺旋卸料器顶盖2、密封垫片3、锥衬套7,螺旋卸料器主体是由锥套4的外体上装连有8个主叶片5和4个副叶片6,在主叶片5和副叶片6之间固定连接有挡板8,并在副叶片6外侧面上装设有20个浮动叶片9所组成,螺旋卸料器主体的锥套4内套连锥衬套7,螺旋卸料器主体的锥套4和锥衬套7顶部加装密封垫片3后装连螺旋卸料器顶盖2并由螺栓1连接固定;副叶片6外侧面上开制有开口凹槽,在副叶片的凹槽内分别装设有20个浮动叶片9,并在对应副叶片6凹槽口部配合连接浮动叶片9装连有浮动叶片压板10并有螺钉11连接固定。
参见附图2-图3实施例,本发明的浮动叶片压板10的外侧边缘制有凸台边缘,浮动叶片9的内侧边缘制有与浮动叶片压板的外侧凸台边缘相对配合连接的凸台,浮动叶片压板6和浮动叶片5之间留有间隙C,这样,每一片浮动叶片均能在设定范围内单独活动。
参照附图1-图2实施例,本发明的螺旋卸料器顶盖2的顶部制有4个均布的离心泵叶轮状拨料叶片。

Claims (4)

1.一种螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器,它设有卸料器主体、螺旋卸料器顶盖,其特征在于,还设有锥衬套(7)、密封垫片(3),螺旋卸料器主体是由锥套(4)的外体上装连有数个主叶片(5)和副叶片(6),在主叶片(5)和副叶片(6)之间固定连接有挡板(8),并在副叶片(6)外侧面上装设有数个浮动叶片(9)所组成,螺旋卸料器主体的锥套(4)内套连锥衬套(7),螺旋卸料器主体的锥套(4)和锥衬套(7)顶部加装密封垫片(3)后装连螺旋卸料器顶盖并由螺栓(1)连接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器,其特征在于,螺旋卸料器主体的副叶片(6)外侧面上开制有开口凹槽并在凹槽内分别装设有数个浮动叶片(9),并在对应副叶片(6)凹槽口部配合连接浮动叶片(9)装连有浮动叶片压板(10)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器,其特征在于,浮动叶片压板(10)的外侧边缘制有凸台边缘,浮动叶片(9)的内侧边缘制有与浮动叶片压板的外侧凸台边缘相对配合连接的凸台。
4.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋卸料过滤离心机的螺旋卸料器,其特征在于,螺旋卸料器顶盖(2)的顶部制有3-6个均布的离心泵叶轮状拨料叶片。
