背景技术
目前，现在通常使用的精梳机过棉喇叭管（如图1所示）的管口直径D，管内导引面大角A，管内导引面小角B，管头高H，导引面分界C以及管总长L的这种结构，在精梳机高速运转时，会出现精梳条在喇叭管口处堵花的现象，造成精梳条恶化，影响正常开车，不利于精梳机在高速运转时的稳定性及精梳条质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，针对上述缺陷，提供一种改进后的精梳机过棉喇叭管，它可确保精梳机在高速运转时，精梳条可以平稳地进入喇叭口，提高精梳机高速运转时的平稳性及精梳条质量。
为了达到本发明目的，采取的技术方案为：一种精梳机过棉喇叭管，该喇叭管的管口直径D为φ30mm，管内导引面大角A为33.72°，管内导引面小角B为23°，管头高H为22.5mm，导引面分界C为33mm，管总长L为75mm。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下有益效果：本发明通过将精梳机的管头高加大以及导引面分界的长度增加，保证精梳条在进入管口处有足够的长度，同时，将管口直径、管内导引面大角的增加，确保精梳条能顺利进入管口，将管内导引面小角减小，可以更有效的将精梳条收入管口下端，这种改进后的精梳机过棉喇叭管，它可确保精梳机在高速运转时，精梳条可以平稳地进入喇叭口，提高精梳机高速运转时的平稳性及精梳条质量。
