技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合型导电橡胶。
背景技术
目前,市场上主要多以炭黑作为导电介质的导电材料,高分子机料主要采用天然橡胶,三元乙丙橡胶,丁基橡胶等,但他们存在着导电性能低和易老化等缺点。导电橡胶通常是指体积电阻在10 的9 次欧姆厘米以内,由于橡胶是优良的绝缘体,体积电阻大于10 的14 次左右。导电炭黑填充的导电橡胶,体积电阻通常可保持在几千欧,由于现有的配方中使用了单一的乙炔炭黑,其抗拉强度只能达到12Mpa,远远不能满足实际的需要。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种成本低廉、导电性能高的复合型导电橡胶。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种复合型导电橡胶,由以下重量份的成分组成:
硅橡胶                         40~60;
硅烷偶联剂                     5~10;
硬脂酸                         10~15;
氧化锌                         15~20;
导电粉体                       10~15;
阻燃剂                         2~5;
硫磺                           10~20。
本发明复合型导电橡胶的优点是:本发明与现有技术相比,所制成的导电橡胶为深黑色胶料,混炼胶流动性好,易于硫化加工,具有良好的耐氧化性和耐腐蚀性,具有较高的导电性能和屏蔽效果,可在恶劣的环境中使用。
