本发明开公了一种导电橡胶,所述的导电橡胶包括以下重量份数的组份:天然橡胶50~80份,导电材料2~5份,硬脂酸1~5份,氧化锌1~10份,防老剂1~3份,硫化剂1~5份,催化剂0.5~2份,石墨1~5份。采用上述配方制备的导电橡胶,具有良好的屏蔽效果,较大抗拉强度,而且具有很强的耐老性,适合生产加工的需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子材料领域,具体为一种导电橡胶。
背景技术
随着现代科技的高速发展,各类电子设备的广泛应用,其电磁波对电子设备及人的身体健康的影响突显出来,因此电磁波屏蔽装置更加广泛应于多种电子设备,其电磁波屏蔽的稳定性和精确度也越来越高,这需要提供柔软性能好的电磁屏蔽材料,如导电橡胶。
导电橡胶通常是指体积电阻在10的9 次欧姆厘米以内,由于橡胶是优良的绝缘体,体积电阻大于 10 的 14 次左右。导电炭黑填充的导电橡胶,体积电阻通常可保持在几千欧,由于现有的配方中使用了单一的乙炔炭黑,其抗拉强度只能达到 12Mpa,远远不能满足实际的需要。
发明内容
本发明是的目的是提供一种电阻率小,导电率高,屏蔽效果好的导电橡胶。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种导电橡胶,所述的导电橡胶包括以下重量份数的组份:天然橡胶50~80份,导电材料2~5份,硬脂酸1~5份,氧化锌1~10份,防老剂1~3份,硫化剂1~5份,催化剂0.5~2份,石墨1~5份。
进一步地,所述导电材料为玻璃镀银颗粒、铝镀银颗粒、银颗粒一种或几种。
进一步地,所述防老剂为N-苯基-β-萘胺。
进一步地,所述硫化剂为N,N-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺。
进一步地,所述催化剂为铂化合物。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述配方制备的导电橡胶,具有良好的屏蔽效果,较大抗拉强度,而且具有很强的耐老性,适合生产加工的需要。

实施例1
一种导电橡胶,所述的导电橡胶包括以下重量份数的组份:天然橡胶50份,铝镀银颗粒2份,硬脂酸1份,氧化锌3份,N-苯基-β-萘胺1份,N,N-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺1份,铂化合物0.5份,石墨1份。
实施例2
一种导电橡胶,所述的导电橡胶包括以下重量份数的组份:天然橡胶65份,铝镀银颗粒3份,硬脂酸3份,氧化锌5份,N-苯基-β-萘胺2份,N,N-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺2份,铂化合物1份,石墨3份。
实施例3
一种导电橡胶,所述的导电橡胶包括以下重量份数的组份:天然橡胶80份,铝镀银颗粒5份,硬脂酸5份,氧化锌10份,N-苯基-β-萘胺3份,N,N-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺5份,铂化合物2份,石墨5份。
采用上述配方制备的导电橡胶,具有良好的屏蔽效果,较大抗拉强度,而且具有很强的耐老性,适合生产加工的需要。

1.一种导电橡胶,其特征在于:所述的导电橡胶包括以下重量份数的组份:天然橡胶50~80份,导电材料2~5份,硬脂酸1~5份,氧化锌1~10份,防老剂1~3份,硫化剂1~5份,催化剂0.5~2份,石墨1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种导电橡胶,其特征在于:所述导电材料为玻璃镀银颗粒、铝镀银颗粒、银颗粒一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种导电橡胶,其特征在于:所述防老剂为N-苯基-β-萘胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种导电橡胶,其特征在于:所述硫化剂为N,N-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种导电橡胶,其特征在于:所述催化剂为铂化合物。
