Abstract
本发明公开了一种油泥处理系统及方法,油泥处理系统包括沉降设备、给料装置、干馏装置、旋风分离器、冷凝装置、离心分离机与锅炉。油泥先通过沉降设备分离为油水层与油泥沉淀物,接着以给料装置输送油泥沉淀物至干馏装置,并通过干馏装置分解为干馏气体与半焦,然后通过旋风分离器进行气固分离。之后,通过冷凝装置将干馏气体冷却为冷凝液体与不凝结气体,以及通过离心分离机将冷凝液体分离为回收油层与废水层,最后收集回收油层备用。此外,在处理过程中还包括将油水层、半焦、不凝结气体与废水层输送至锅炉内燃烧的步骤。因此本发明兼具了污染物处理与能源回收的功用,并且拥有良好的经济性。
Description
油泥处理系统及方法技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于废弃物处理领域,具体地说,涉及一种油泥处理系统及方法。
背景技术
[0002] 页岩油泥是在油母页岩干馏炼油中,形成的具有一定热值(15000kJ/kg)、含油率较高(40%以上)的固体污染物。产率一般为页岩原油产量的0.3〜0.5%,同时油泥难以自然降解,堆放易污染土壤和地下水。
[0003]目前含油污泥等固体废弃物的处理技术,主要有焚烧法、溶剂萃取、生物降解法和热化学法等,这些方法的不足之处可以概括为两类:一类如焚烧法和生物降解法,着力于控制污染物排放,忽略了资源回收利用或能源回收效率有限;另一类如溶剂萃取法和热化学法,能最大限度地回收资源,却难以控制废水、废渣对环境的二次污染。这些方法皆无法在环境和效益之间取得平衡。现以焚烧法和溶剂萃取法为例,具体阐述两类处理工艺的情况。
[0004] 所谓焚烧法,是将油泥经过脱水、降粘、风干处理后制成类煤燃料,在锅炉中与煤混合燃烧,达到回收利用油泥热值的目的,所产生的烟气经过净化处理,使之达到排放的标准。它的不足之处是,焚烧产生二次污染,油泥所含油分未得到合理化利用。溶剂萃取法是根据“相似兼容”原理,选取合适的有机溶剂来萃取油泥中的有机物,然后再通过蒸馏回收萃取液中的油分。该方法的优点是工艺简单,萃取剂可以重复使用,缺点是萃取剂价格昂贵,循环使用过程中出现部分损失,经处理后的油泥依然达不到现行的固体污染物的排放标准。
发明内容
[0005] 有鉴于此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种油泥处理系统及方法,从而解决上述公知油泥处理技术无法兼具油泥的回收利用以及符合污染物排放标准的问题。
[0006] 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种油泥处理系统,包括一沉降设备、一给料装置、一干馏装置、一旋风分离器、一冷凝装置、一离心分离机以及一锅炉。沉降设备用以接收油泥,并且将油泥分离为油水层与油泥沉淀物。给料装置连接于沉降设备与干馏装置之间,用以接收与输送油泥沉淀物。干馏装置接收所述油泥沉淀物,并且分解所述油泥沉淀物为干馏气体与半焦。旋风分离器分别连接于干馏装置与冷凝装罝,用以接收并分离干馏气体与半焦。冷凝装置接收与冷却干馏气体,使干馏气体形成冷凝液体与不凝结气体。离心分离机连接于冷凝装置,用以接收冷凝液体,并且分离冷凝液体为回收油层与废水层。锅炉分别连接于沉降设备、旋风分离器、冷凝装置与离心分离机,用以接收油水层、半焦、不凝结气体与废水层,并将其燃烧降解。
[0007] 另外,本发明还公开了一种油泥处理方法,包括以下步骤:输送一油泥至一沉降设备内;沉降设备分离油泥为油水层与油泥沉淀物;输送油水层至一锅炉内燃烧;通过一给料装置接收并输送油泥沉淀物至一干馏装置;干馏装置热处理油泥沉淀物,使油泥沉淀物分解为干馏气体与半焦;通过一旋风分离器将干馏气体与半焦气固分离;输送半焦至锅炉燃烧;输送干馏气体至一冷凝装置,并通过冷凝装置冷却干馏气体为冷凝液体与不凝结气体;输送不凝结气体至锅炉内燃烧;通过一离心分离机接收并分离冷凝液体为回收油层与废水层;输送废水层至锅炉内焚烧;以及收集回收油层。
[0008] 与现有的方案相比,本发明所获得的技术效果:
[0009] 本发明的油泥处理系统及方法,通过干馏装置以热解为基础的处理方式,有效地促进乳化严重的油泥沉淀物在剧烈的温度条件下完成油、水、灰的分离,同时还以可伴随微波加热的方式,让油泥沉淀物的内部产生热源,从而缩短干馏时间。此外,在处理过程中,对油泥上层污水和其他污水进行废水焚烧,能彻底消除污染。再者,将干馏产生的半焦和低温瓦斯送入锅炉内燃烧发电,除了能回收能量外,又可以防止废渣废气对环境的污染,从而达到污染物零排放的功效,因此能够符合污染物的排放标准。同时,本发明的油泥处理系统还可以和炼油装置配套,共享设备(例如锅炉),从而减少公用设备的投资,使整体成本大幅降低。

具体实施方式
[0012] 以下将配合图式及实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,藉此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
[0013] 请参照图1,本发明的一实施例所揭露的油泥处理系统包括一沉降设备10、一给料装置20、一干懼装置30、一旋风分离器40、一冷凝装置50、一离心分离机60以及一锅炉70。
[0014] 沉降设备10连接于一油泥排放设备80,用以接收油泥排放设备80输出的油泥,例如石油油泥、污水处理厂的油泥等,在本实施例中是以页岩油泥作为举例说明,但并不以此为限。沉降设备10还将所述油泥分离为油水层与油泥沉淀物。
[0015] 给料装置20连接于沉降设备10与干馏装置30之间,用以接收与输送所述油泥沉淀物。其中给料装置20包括一给料斗210与通过氮气密封的一给料机220 (例如螺旋给料机),给料斗210连接于沉降设备10,给料机220连接于干馏装置30。
[0016] 干馏装置30连接于所述给料装置20,用以接收所述油泥沉淀物,并且分解所述油泥沉淀物为干馏气体与半焦。在本实施例中,干馏装置30可以是但并不局限于微波滚筒干馏装置,其包括一滚筒310以及配置于滚筒310内的一推料叶片320 (例如螺旋推料叶片)与一微波加热区330,其中滚筒310连接于给料装置20的给料机220与旋风分离器40之间;所述油泥沉淀物于所述滚筒310内通过所述推料叶片320输送至所述微波加热区330,所述微波加热区330用以热处理所述油泥沉淀物。
[0017] 旋风分离器40连接于所述干馏装置30,用以接收与分离所述干馏气体与所述半焦。
[0018] 冷凝装置50连接于旋风分离器40与离心分离机60之间,用以接收与冷却所述干馏气体为冷凝液体与不凝结气体。[0019] 离心分离机60连接于所述冷凝装置50,用以接收所述冷凝液体,并且分离所述冷凝液体为回收油层与废水层。
[0020] 锅炉70通过输送管路分别连接于沉降设备10、旋风分离器40、冷凝装置50与离心分离机60,并且于锅炉70与旋风分离器40之间的输送管路410内还供应有高压气体。所述锅炉70接收并燃烧所述油水层、所述半焦、所述不凝结气体与所述废水层。在本实施例中,所述锅炉可以是但并不局限于循环流化床锅炉,其包括一喷嘴,用以接收所述油水层与所述废水层,并且将所述油水层与所述废水层喷洒于所述锅炉中。
[0021] 请参照图1和2,本发明的一实施例所揭示的油泥处理方法,包括以下步骤:
[0022] 步骤S101,从油泥排放设备80输送一油泥至一沉降设备10内;
[0023] 步骤S102,所述沉降设备10分离所述油泥为油水层与油泥沉淀物,分别执行步骤S103 和 S104 ;
[0024] 步骤S103,输送所述油水层至一锅炉70内燃烧,使污染物被彻底降解,流程结束;
[0025] 步骤S104,通过一给料装置20接收并输送所述油泥沉淀物至一干馏装置30,执行步骤S105 ;
[0026] 步骤S105,所述干馏装置30热处理所述油泥沉淀物,使所述油泥沉淀物分解为干馏气体与半焦;
[0027] 步骤S106,通过一旋风分离器40将所述干馏气体与所述半焦气固分离,分别执行步骤S107和S108 ;
[0028] 步骤S107,输送所述半焦至所述锅炉燃烧,从而进行燃烧发电,流程结束; [0029] 步骤S108,输送所述干馏气体至一冷凝装置50,并通过所述冷凝装置50冷却所述干馏气体为冷凝液体与不凝结气体,分别执行步骤S109和SllO ;
[0030] 步骤S109,输送所述不凝结气体至所述锅炉内燃烧,从而进行燃烧发电,流程结束;
[0031] 步骤S110,通过一离心分离机60接收并分离所述冷凝液体为回收油层与废水层,分别执行步骤Slll和S112 ;
[0032] 步骤S111,输送所述废水层至所述锅炉内焚烧,流程结束;
[0033] 步骤S112,收集所述回收油层,流程结束。
[0034] 请参照图1和2,通过一应用实例对本发明进行说明。
[0035] 首先从油泥排放设备80输送油泥至油泥处理系统的沉降设备10 (SlOl),使油泥在沉降设备10内通过重力作用分离为上层的油水层(例如有机污水)以及下层的油泥沉淀物(S102)。接着,将上层的油水层输送至锅炉70内进行废水焚烧(S103),使废水中的污染物被彻底降解,其中为了提高燃烧效率,锅炉70还配置有一喷嘴710,例如雾化喷嘴,通过喷嘴710接收油水层并且将其喷洒于锅炉70内焚烧,以促进燃烧效率。同时,将下层的油泥沉淀物输送至给料装置20的给料斗210,然后在氮气密封的状态下,经由给料装置20的给料机220输送至干馏装置30的滚筒310内(S104)。
[0036] 接着,在推料叶片320的作用下,使滚筒310内的油泥沉淀物进入到微波加热区330进行热处理,通过微波加热区330提供450〜520°C的热处理温度对油泥沉淀物均匀加热,使油泥沉淀物发生一系列裂解、缩聚反应,从而产生高温的干馏气体和残余的半焦(S105)。之后,输送干馏气体和半焦至旋风分离器40内进行气固分离(S106),当干馏气体和半焦在旋风分离器40中完成气体和固体分离后,从旋风分离器40分离下来的半焦由高压气体送入锅炉70,进行燃烧发电(S107);而干馏气体分布于旋风分离器40的上部,并且被输送至冷凝装置50中进行冷却,使干馏气体受到低温作用而形成冷凝液体与不凝结气体(S108),其中不凝结气体被输送至锅炉内和半焦一起燃烧发电(S109),而冷凝液体被输送到离心分离机60进行油水分离,从而获得上层的回收油层(页岩油)与下层的废水层(SllO)。接着,将废水层排放至输送管路内,使废水层随着来自沉降设备的油水层通过喷嘴喷入锅炉内焚烧(Slll)。最后,收集回收油层于一储存槽内备用(S112)。
[0037] 基于上述,本发明的油泥处理系统及方法,以热解为基础油泥处理方式,能把油泥进行废物利用,既减少固体污染物,又完成了资源回收,并且拥有良好的经济性。此外,整个处理过程所产生的高化学需氧量(COD)污水、有害气体及残余的固体污染物(半焦)均被焚烧,因此可达到污染物零排放的功效。同时本发明的油泥处理系统还可以和炼油装置配套,例如共享锅炉,而最大限度的减少公用设备的投入,从而拥有良好的经济性。

Claims (12)
1.一种油泥处理系统,其特征在于,包括: 一沉降设备,用以接收油泥,并将所述油泥分离为油水层与油泥沉淀物; 一给料装置,连接于所述沉降设备,用以接收与输送所述油泥沉淀物; 一干馏装置,连接于所述给料装置,用以接收所述油泥沉淀物,并且分解所述油泥沉淀物为干馏气体与半焦; 一旋风分离器,连接于所述干馏装置,用以接收与分离所述干馏气体与所述半焦;一冷凝装置,连接于所述旋风分离器,用以接收与冷却所述干馏气体为冷凝液体与不凝结气体; 一离心分离机,连接于所述冷凝装置,用以接收所述冷凝液体,并且分离所述冷凝液体为回收油层与废水层;以及 一锅炉,分别连接于所述沉降设备、所述旋风分离器、所述冷凝装置与所述离心分离机,所述锅炉接收并燃烧所述油水层、所述半焦、所述不凝结气体与所述废水层。
2.如权利要求1所述的油泥处理系统,其特征在于,所述给料装置包括一给料斗与通过氮气密封的一给料机,其中所述给料斗连接于所述沉淀设备,所述给料机连接于所述干馏装置。
3.如权利要求1所述的油泥处理系统,其特征在于,所述干馏装置包括一滚筒,所述滚筒内配置有一推料叶片与一微波加热区,所述油泥沉淀物于所述滚筒内通过所述推料叶片输送至所述微波加热区,所述微波加热区用以热处理所述油泥沉淀物。
4.如权利要求1所述的油泥处理系统,其特征在于,所述锅炉包括一喷嘴,用以接收所述油水层与所述废水层,并且 将所述油水层与所述废水层喷洒于所述锅炉中。
5.如权利要求1所述的油泥处理系统,其特征在于,所述锅炉为循环流化床锅炉。
6.一种油泥处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 输送一油泥至一沉降设备内; 所述沉降设备分离所述油泥为油水层与油泥沉淀物; 输送所述油水层至一锅炉内燃烧; 通过一给料装置接收并输送所述油泥沉淀物至一干馏装置; 所述干馏装置热处理所述油泥沉淀物,使所述油泥沉淀物分解为干馏气体与半焦; 通过一旋风分离器将所述干馏气体与所述半焦气固分离; 输送所述半焦至所述锅炉燃烧; 输送所述干馏气体至一冷凝装置,并通过所述冷凝装置冷却所述干馏气体为冷凝液体与不凝结气体; 输送所述不凝结气体至所述锅炉内燃烧; 通过一离心分离机接收并分离所述冷凝液体为回收油层与废水层; 输送所述废水层至所述锅炉内燃烧;以及 收集所述回收油层。
7.如权利要求6所述的油泥处理方法,其特征在于,输送所述半焦至所述锅炉燃烧的步骤是通过高压气体输送所述半焦。
8.如权利要求6所述的油泥处理方法,其特征在于,输送所述油水层至所述锅炉内燃烧以及输送所述废水层至所述锅炉内燃烧的步骤是分别将所述油水层与所述废水层输送至所述锅炉的一喷嘴,并通过所述喷嘴喷洒于所述锅炉内燃烧。
9.如权利要求6所述的油泥处理方法,其特征在于,通过所述给料装置接收并输送所述油泥沉淀物至所述干馏装置的步骤是通过所述给料装置的一给料斗接收所述油泥沉淀物,以及通过所述给料装置的一给料机在氮气密封的状态下将所述油泥沉淀物输送至所述干馏装置内。
10.如权利要求6所述的油泥处理方法,其特征在于,所述干馏装置热处理所述油泥沉淀物的温度介于450〜520°C。
11.如权利要求6所述的油泥处理方法,其特征在于,所述干馏装置热处理所述油泥沉淀物的步骤包括: 通过所述干馏装置的一滚筒接收所述油泥沉淀物; 于所述滚筒内通过一推料叶片输送所述油泥沉淀物至一微波加热区;以及 于所述微波加热区内加热所述油泥沉淀物。
12.如权利要求11所述的油泥处理方法,其特征在于,所述微波加热区的加热温度介于 450 〜5 20 °C。
