Abstract
本发明涉及一种含油污泥的处理方法,特别适用于炼油厂污水处理过程中产生的含油污泥。本发明方法是将经过离心脱水后的含油污泥通过旋转式干化处理设备,在一定的负压和温度控制下进行干化处理,破坏含油污泥中水、油、固稳定体系,蒸出含油污泥中部分油和水,干化后所生成的焦块进行溶剂萃取处理,对萃取后的物料进行固液分离,分离出的液相送入延迟焦化装置,分离后的固相经过干化处理后形成的残渣达到固体的排放标准,过程中生成的废水经过生化处理后达标排放。本发明的主要特点在于,污泥处理工艺流程短,污泥干化、萃取速度快、效率高、效果好,操作条件温和,能量消耗低,油泥处理效果好,设备运行维护简单。

[0001] 本发明涉及一种含油污泥的处理方法,特别是炼油厂、炼油污水处理厂产生的含油污泥经过萃取后进行焦化处理的方法。
背景技术 [0002] 炼化企业在石油炼制和废水处理过程中产生大量的含油污泥,它们主要来自隔油池、浮选池、剩余活性污泥、原油脱水罐、储油罐和污油罐等。这些污泥成分复杂,属于较稳定的多相体系,且混合充分,粘度较大,固相难以彻底沉降,含油污泥处理困难。目前,我国石油化工行业中,平均每年约产生80万吨含油污泥。随着企业生产装置规模的不断扩大,相应的废渣排放总量及种类也在逐步地增加,使得企业排污总量和污染治理费用也呈现上升的趋势。近年,随着国家环保法规标准要求的不断提高,环保执法力度不断加大,生产过程中所生成固体废弃物的污染控制与资源化利用,已成为困扰石油和石油加工行业的难题。新修订的《固体废物污染环境防治法》对固体废物防治提出了更加严格的要求。如未经过处理的含油污泥排放收费标准为1000元/吨。固废的处理与利用已被列为建设节约性社会的重要工作内容。
[0003] 随着国民经济的发展和对环境保护的重视,越来越多的机构开展了对含油污泥处理的研究。但多数技术因处理成本高、工艺流程长、操作复杂、处理效果不理想或其他多方面的原因,含油污泥的处理技术,难以得到推广应用形成工业化生产。目前,含油污泥多数采用露天堆放或填埋方式处理,这些污泥中一般含有烃类、苯系物、酚类和蒽类等物质,并伴随恶臭和毒性,若直接和自然环境接触,会对土壤、水体和植被造成较大污染,同时也意味着石油资源的浪费。
[0004] CN1488591A提出了一种含油污泥的处理方法,将含油污泥进行机械脱水,然后与萃取剂混合并预热,混合均质后进行热萃取-脱水处理,然后进行固液分离,液相进入焦化装置,固相作为燃料。该技术中,含油污泥在萃取之前只经过机械脱水,脱水的程度低,脱水后含油污泥中油-水-固仍然是稳定体系,萃取不彻底,萃取后的残渣需要燃烧才能达到无害化的要求,且萃取需要的温度高(100〜150°C ),处理过程能耗较大。
[0005] US4666585提出一种将含油污泥送入焦化装置进行处理的技术路线,将焦化馏分油与含油污泥搅拌、混合制成油浆,进入焦化装置。该过程会引入较多的水分和灰分,影响焦化装置的正常操作,且会限制焦化装置的处理量。该技术仅适用于产品焦为燃料焦的生产装置,不适用于产品焦为电极焦的生产装置。
[0006] US4994169提出对含油污泥进行预脱水处理,然后进焦化的处理方法。将来自石油加工过程中产生的含油污泥首先经过滤网过滤,然后经搅拌将大块污泥粉碎后与焦化的馏分油混合,增加物料的流动性以便于输送。为减少水分对焦化装置的影响,采用减压(50〜250mmHg)至常压的多级蒸发系统(4级)除去水分,脱水后污泥送入焦化塔顶或塔底,进行焦化处理。该技术将过多的固体残渣进入焦化装置,将会影响焦炭的挥发分和灰分指标、影响石油焦的质量。特别是对于生产高质量石油焦的企业,该技术的使用受到限制。发明内容
[0007] 为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种可以充分利用含油污泥中有价值成分,且回收的成分便于适用于各类焦化装置,且对焦化产品质量无不良影响,设备投资少、工艺流程短的含油污泥处理方法。
[0008] 经过大量的试验发现,含油污泥经过机械脱水后,其中仍然含有大量的水分(一般在80%左右),大部分水分是以空隙水、毛细水、吸附水和结合水等多种形式存在,且这些水分与油和固体形成非常稳定的乳化状态,采用萃取法处理,一般需要较高的温度(100〜150°C ),且萃取不易进行彻底;若对机械脱水后的含油污泥首先采用干化法处理,脱出污泥中的水,破坏其中油-水-固所形成的稳定体系,然后采用萃取处理,这样萃取更彻底,萃取需要的温度更温和(10〜60°C)。其中关键因素之一是含油污泥的干化问题,含油污泥在加热干化处理过程中流动性差、传热效率低、受热不均匀,经过试验发现,采用可旋转搅拌的间壁式蒸汽加热设备可以很好地解决含油污泥的干化问题,且设备传热效率高、污泥干化速度快、加热温度低(不高于300°C)。基于上述发现,本发明提出了含油污泥的一种处理方法,步骤如下:·
[0009] (I)将机械脱水后含水率在50. O〜90. Owt %的含油污泥送入干化设备,在绝压20〜IOOKPa下和100〜300°C温度下进行干化处理60〜85min,污泥干化过程中生成的蒸汽进入冷凝器,冷凝后的废水进行油水分离,分离出的废水B/C > O. 3,可生化处理性能良好,排入污水处理厂进行生化处理,达到GB8978-1996标准后排放;分离出的油进入延迟焦化装置进行回收处理,不凝性气体进行尾气处理,达到GB16297-1996标准后排放;
[0010] (2)当污泥中的含水率降低至O〜60wt%后,干化后生成的焦块在10〜60°C下与萃取剂混合进行萃取10〜30min,萃取剂与焦块的质量比为(200〜I) : I ;
[0011] (3)待萃取结束后,将固液混合物送入固液分离器,分离出的固相进入旋转蒸发器,在温度为110〜188°C,压力为20〜IOOKPa(绝压)下蒸发60〜85min后得到最终固体废渣。
[0012] (4)固液分离器分离出的液相送入延迟焦化装置,经过换热以及加热炉对流管加热到340〜350°C,进入分馏塔下部,与来自焦炭塔顶部的高温气体(430〜440°C )换热,蒸发出物料中的轻质油后,物料温度上升到380〜400 V,同时洗涤下高温油气中夹带的焦末,原料与循环油一起从分馏塔底抽出,用热油泵送进加热炉辐射室炉管,快速升温至490〜510°C后,分别进入焦炭塔底部,热物料在焦炭塔内生成焦炭,反应生成的油气自焦炭塔顶逸出,进入分馏塔,经过换热、分馏后得到气体、汽油、柴油、蜡油和循环油。
[0013] 适宜的干化工艺条件和萃取剂选择也是含油污泥处理技术的关键。本发明含油污泥处理过程中优选的操作范围如下:干化处理时的干化温度为110〜210°C,压力为50〜80KPa(绝压),焦块在萃取前含水率为20〜50wt%,物料萃取过程中萃取温度为25〜45°C,萃取剂与焦块的质量比为(20〜2) : I。
[0014] 其中,本发明所述的方法,将污泥干化后生成的焦块送入萃取罐,萃取罐上部安装有搅拌器,萃取剂进入萃取罐内,启动搅拌器进行搅拌混合萃取,物料混合均匀后停止搅拌,将混合物料送入离心分离器,分离出的液体进入焦化装置。对焦块的萃取可采用釜式间歇也可采用塔式连续操作。[0015] 本发明所述的含油污泥包括油田与炼化企业所产生的含油污泥。

[0019] 本发明所述的含油污泥干化设备最好为间壁式传热干化处理设备,包括旋转式干化机、带式干化机、螺旋式干化机、流化床、浆叶式设备干燥机等,加热介质包括高、低压蒸气、导热油、烟道气等。含油污泥干化后生成的焦块,在加入萃取剂后,将焦块中的油萃取出来,萃取过程可以一次完成也可以进行多级萃取完成。
[0020] 本发明无需萃取剂回收设施,萃取剂通过延迟装置回收,简化了含油污泥处理工艺,节省污泥处理装置的投资费用。
[0021] 本发明中经萃取后的固相进入旋转蒸发器,蒸发后的最终固体废渣按照GB5085. 3-2007鉴别标准和GB5086. 2-1997及GB/T1555毒物鉴别方法进行实验分析。分析结果表明最终固体残渣能够达到“一般工业固体废物贮存、处置场污染控制标准”(GB18599-2001)的规定,可直接填埋处理。
[0022] 本发明采用“干化-萃取-焦化”的联合处理工艺,其优点在于:①将含油污泥干化脱水后,破坏了含油污泥中“油-水-固”所形成的稳定体系,更有利于萃取的进行,采用较低沸点的溶剂,萃取能力更强。②含油污泥经过干化脱水后,大大降低了含油污泥的体积和质量,减轻了后续处理的负荷;③将含油污泥脱水后,大大减少了含油污泥中因水分对焦化装置的影响,适用于各类萃取装置;④经过萃取分离,由于固体物质不进入焦化装置,采用焦化装置处理含油污泥不会增加石油焦的灰分;⑤解决了含油污泥送焦化处理过程中带来的一系列问题,同时,萃取剂不需要回收再生,大大缩短了含油污泥处理过程中因萃取剂再生带来的一系列问题(如流程长、设备多、操作复杂、投资大等),实现了含油污泥中有机成分的回收和利用。
[0023] 本发明含油污泥处理流程短,工艺简单,含油污泥干化操作温度低,用工厂一般的低压蒸气即可达到所需要的温度;萃取温度低,减少了能量消耗,操作费用和设备投资低,含油污泥处理效果十分显著。萃取的次数少,萃取效果好,减少了设备数量和装置建设投资,同时萃取后所生成残渣可达到排放标准直接填埋处理,实现含油污泥的无害化处理。

[0027] 某炼油污水处理厂产生的含油污泥经过机械脱水后,含水率为74. 3 %,油含量为19.6%,固含量为6. I %。该污泥经过浆叶式污泥干燥机干化(干化温度300°C,压力20kpa(绝压)),干化85min后,生成焦块含水率为1.2%,其与丁烷按I : 95混合萃取30min(温度为10°C ),待萃取结束后,将固液混合物送入离心分离器,分离出的液相进入延迟焦化装置,经过换热以及加热炉对流管加热到340°C,进入分馏塔下部,与来自焦炭塔顶部的高温气体换热,蒸发出物料中的轻质油后,物料温度上升到380°C,同时洗涤下高温油气中夹带的焦末。原料与循环油一起从分馏塔底抽出,用热油泵送进加热炉辐射室炉管,快速升温至490°C后,分别经过两个四通阀进入焦炭塔底部。热物料在焦炭塔内进行裂解、缩合等反应,最后生成焦炭。焦炭聚结在焦炭塔内,反应生成的油气自焦炭塔顶逸出,进入分馏塔,经过换热、分馏后得到气体、汽油、柴油、蜡油和循环油。离心分离出的固相进入旋转蒸发器,在温度为180°C,压力为IOOkpa(绝压)下蒸发65min后得到最终固体废渣,分析结果见表I。分析结果表明:该处理方法最终生成的残渣可以达到“一般工业固体废物贮存、处置场污染控制标准”的规定,可以直接填埋,具体的工艺流程见图I。

[0031] 某炼油污水处理厂产生的含油污泥经过机械脱水后,含水率为79. 5%,油含量为15. 7%,固含量为4. 8%。该污泥经过干化(干化温度300°C,压力IOOkpa(绝压),干化时间75min)后生成焦块含水率为58. 5 %,其与异辛烷按I : 8混合萃取(温度为60°C,时 间15min),待萃取结束后,将固液混合物送入离心分离器,离心分离出的液相进入延迟焦化装置,经过换热以及加热炉对流管加热到350°C,进入分馏塔下部,与来自焦炭塔顶部的高温气体换热,蒸发出物料中的轻质油后,物料温度上升到400°C,同时洗涤下高温油气中夹带的焦末。原料与循环油一起从分馏塔底抽出,用热油泵送进加热炉辐射室炉管,快速升温至508°C后,分别经过两个四通阀进入焦炭塔底部。热物料在焦炭塔内进行裂解、缩合等反应,最后生成焦炭。焦炭聚结在焦炭塔内,反应生成的油气自焦炭塔顶逸出,进入分馏塔,经过换热、分馏后得到气体、汽油、柴油、蜡油和循环油。离心分离出的固相进入旋转窑炉蒸发器,在温度为150°C,压力为60KPa(绝压)下蒸发72min后得到最终固体废渣,分析结果表明:该处理方法最终生成的残渣可以达到“一般工业固体废物贮存、处置场污染控制标准”(GB18599-2001)的规定可以直接排放。

[0033] 某炼油污水处理厂产生的含油污泥经过机械脱水后,含水率为79. 5%,油含量为15. 7%,固含量为4.8%。其直接与与异辛烷按I : 8混合,在60°C温度条件下,萃取15min,待萃取结束后,将固液混合物送入离心分离器,分离出的液相送入焦化装置,固相进入旋转窑炉蒸发器,在温度为150°C,压力为60KPa(绝压)下干化72min后生成焦块,油含量为49. 2%,仍然属于危险废物,不能直接排放,需要对残渣进一步处理。

[0035] 某炼油污水处理厂产生的含油污泥经过机械脱水后,含水率为82. 5wt%,油含量为15.7%,固含量为4. 8 %。该污泥经过干化(干化温度160°C,压力40kpa (绝压),时间60min)后生成焦块含水率为40.5%,其与柴油按I : 20混合萃取(温度为20°C,时间IOmin),待萃取结束后,将固液混合物送入离心分离器,分离出的液相进入延迟焦化装置,经过换热以及加热炉对流管加热到346°C,进入分馏塔下部,与来自焦炭塔顶部的高温气体换热,蒸发出物料中的轻质油后,物料温度上升到395°C,同时洗涤下高温油气中夹带的焦末。原料与循环油一起从分馏塔底抽出,用热油泵送进加热炉辐射室炉管,快速升温至510°C后,分别经过两个四通阀进入焦炭塔底部。热物料在焦炭塔内进行裂解、缩合等反应, 最后生成焦炭。焦炭聚结在焦炭塔内,反应生成的油气自焦炭塔顶逸出,进入分馏塔,经过换热、分馏后得到气体、汽油、柴油、蜡油和循环油。离心分离出的固相进入旋转窑炉蒸发器,固相进入旋转式蒸汽蒸发器,在温度为135°C,压力为60kpa(绝压)下蒸发SOmin后得到最终固体废渣,分析结果表明:该处理方法最终生成的残渣可以达到“一般工业固体废物贮存、处置场污染控制标准”(GB18599-2001)的规定,可以直接排放。

Owt %,油含量为19.7%,固含量为18.3%。该污泥经过干化(干化温度210°C,压力40kpa(绝压),时间68min)后生成焦块含水率为22. 3%,其与煤油按I : 15混合萃取(温度为30°C,时间22min),待萃取结束后,将固液混合物送入离心分离器,分离出的液相进入延迟焦化装置,经过换热以及加热炉对流管加热到345°C,进入分馏塔下部,与来自焦炭塔顶部的高温气体换热,蒸发出物料中的轻质油后,物料温度上升到390°C,同时洗涤下高温油气中夹带的焦末。原料与循环油一起从分馏塔底抽出,用热油泵送进加热炉辐射室炉管,快速升温至500°C后,分别经过两个四通阀进入焦炭塔底部。热物料在焦炭塔内进行裂解、缩合等反应,最后生成焦炭。焦炭聚结在焦炭塔内,反应生成的油气自焦炭塔顶逸出,进入分馏塔,经过换热、分馏后得到气体、汽油、柴油、蜡油和循环油。离心分离出的固相进入旋转窑炉蒸发器,在温度为110°C,压力为20kpa (绝压)下蒸发85min后得到最终固体废渣,分析结果表明:该处理方法最终生成的残渣可以达到“一般工业固体废物贮存、处置场污染控制标准”(GB18599-2001)的规定,可以直接排放。

Claims (5)
1. 一种含油污泥的处理方法,包含以下步骤: (1)将机械脱水后含水率在50. O〜90. Owt %的含油污泥送入干化设备,在绝压20〜IOOKPa下和100〜300°C温度下进行干化处理60〜85min,污泥干化过程中生成的蒸汽进入冷凝器,冷凝后的废水进行油水分离,分离出的废水BOD5/COD& > O. 3,可生化处理性能良好,排入污水处理厂进行生化处理,达到GB8978-1996标准后排放;分离出的油进入延迟焦化装置进行回收处理,不凝性气体进行尾气处理,达到GB16297-1996标准后排放; (2)当污泥中的含水率降低至O〜60wt%后,干化后生成的焦块在10〜60°C下与萃取剂混合进行萃取10〜30min,萃取剂与焦块的质量比为(200〜I) : I ; (3)待萃取结束后,将固液混合物送入固液分离器,分离出的固相进入旋转蒸发器,在温度为110〜188°C,压力为绝压20〜IOOKPa下蒸发60〜85min后得到最终固体废渣; (4)固液分离器分离出的液相送入延迟焦化装置,经过换热以及加热炉对流管加热到340〜350°C,进入分馏塔下部,与来自焦炭塔顶部的高温气体换热,蒸发出物料中的轻质油后,物料温度上升到380〜400°C,同时洗涤下高温油气中夹带的焦末,原料与循环油一起从分馏塔底抽出,用热油泵送进加热炉辐射室炉管,快速升温至490〜510°C后,分别进入焦炭塔底部,热物料在焦炭塔内生成焦炭,反应生成的油气自焦炭塔顶逸出,进入分馏塔,经过换热、分馏后得到气体、汽油、柴油、蜡油和循环油。
2.如权利要求I所述的含油污泥的处理方法,其特征在于干化处理时的干化温度为110〜210°C,压力为绝压50〜80KPa,焦块在萃取前含水率为20〜50wt%,物料萃取过程中萃取温度为25〜45°C,萃取剂与焦块的质量比为(20〜2) : I。
3.如权利要求I或2所述的含油污泥的处理方法,其特征在于污泥干化后生成的焦块进入萃取罐,萃取罐上部安装有搅拌器,将萃取剂打入萃取罐内,启动搅拌器进行搅拌混合萃取,物料混合均匀后停止搅拌,将混合物料送入离心分离器,分离出的液体送入焦化装置。
4.如权利要求3所述的含油污泥的处理方法,其特征在于对焦块的萃取采用釜式间歇或采用塔式连续操作。
5.如权利要求I所述的含油污泥的处理方法,其特征在于含油污泥包括油田与炼化企业所产生的含油污泥。
