技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟,特别涉及一种电子烟超声熔接结构、用于对该电子烟超声熔接结构进行超声熔接的超声熔接模具及超声熔接方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,电子烟吸嘴盖通常是采用胶水粘合连接或其他的紧配连接方式固定到管体上。
胶水粘合连接容易造成烟油被污染,造成许多不环保、不卫生和不可靠因素,容易对使用者造成伤害;
紧配连接会使用吸嘴盖与吸嘴盖不能完全连接可靠,吸嘴盖有可能被儿童打开,或者吸烟过程有可能被弹开,造成卡住喉咙的危险。
现有技术中吸嘴盖与管体的连接方式不够完善,结构设置不够合理,容易导致电子烟产品出现不环保、不卫生、不可靠等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于,提供一种电子烟超声熔接结构。
本发明还提供了一种用于对该电子烟超声熔接结构进行超声熔接的超声熔接模具。
本发明还提供了一种对该电子烟超声熔接结构进行熔接的超声熔接方法。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案为:
一种电子烟超声熔接结构,其包括管体和吸嘴盖,所述吸嘴盖上对应该管体的端部设有超声波线,所述超声波线为一圆环状的凸起,该吸嘴盖通过超声波熔接固定于该管体的一端上。
该吸嘴盖包括塞入该管体中的塞体部和盖于该管体端面上的盖体部,该盖体部的外径大于该管体的外径,该超声波线对应该管体的端部设于该盖体部上。方便超声波熔接时,可以很好地熔接,并且熔接牢固。
所述超声波线的截面形状为一三角形。
该塞体部的外径由其靠近盖体部的一端往另一端方向渐小,该塞体部靠近盖体部一端的外径大于该管体的内径。方便超声波熔接时,可以很好地熔接,并且熔接牢固。该盖体部上设有通孔。
其还包括一玻纤管,该玻纤管设置于该管体中,所述吸嘴盖上还对应该玻纤管设有一柱体,该柱体的外径大于该玻纤管内径0.2mm-1.0mm,方便超声波熔接时,可以很好地熔接,并且熔接牢固。该柱体的末端设有一便插入斜度,该玻纤管套于该柱体上并通过超声波熔接固定。
一种前述电子烟超声熔接结构的超声熔接模具,包括相对应的底模和中模,该底模和中模上相对应地设有若干个用于放置所述管体的位置孔,该底模上的位置孔底部由上往下依次设有一管体底座、一弹簧和一底模弹簧固定件,该弹簧的两端分别连接于管体底座和底模弹簧固定件上。
一种前述电子烟超声熔接结构的超声熔接方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)设置一超声熔接模具;
(2)将吸嘴盖装入管体的一端;
(3)将管体装入到超声熔接模具的中模上的位置孔中,将中模对应该超声熔接模具的底模放到该底模上,此时该吸嘴盖在中模上方;
(4)利用超声波机械将吸嘴盖熔接到管体上。
所述超声熔接模具包括相对应的底模和中模,该底模和中模上相对应地设有若干个用于放置所述管体的位置孔,该底模上的位置孔底部由上往下依次设有一管体底座、一弹簧和一底模弹簧固定件,该弹簧的两端分别连接于管体底座和底模弹簧固定件上。
该步骤(2)与(3)之间还包括一步骤(2a):将柱体插入到玻纤管中,当步骤(4)中超声波机械工作时,该玻纤管与柱体超声熔接到一起。
所述步骤(4)中,超声波机械的上模压于该吸嘴盖上,超声熔接时间为2s-10s,硬化时间为0.2s-1s,延迟时间为2s-8s。
设有弹簧,从而即使管体长度存在公差,导致电子烟长度不一致时,也能确保上模能压在吸嘴盖上,确保超声熔接效果良好。

实施例1:见图1、图4、图6、图7和图8,本发明一种电子烟超声熔接结构,其包括管体1和吸嘴盖2,所述吸嘴盖2上对应该管体1的端部设有超声波线21,所述超声波线21为一圆环状的凸起,该吸嘴盖2通过超声波熔接固定于该管体1的一端上。
该吸嘴盖2包括塞入该管体1中的塞体部22和盖于该管体1端面上的盖体部23,该盖体部23的外径大于该管体1的外径,该超声波线21对应该管体1的端部设于该盖体部23上。方便超声波熔接时,可以很好地熔接,并且熔接牢固。

(4)利用超声波机械将吸嘴盖2熔接到管体1上。

Claims (8)
1.一种电子烟超声熔接结构,其包括管体和吸嘴盖,其特征在于:所述吸嘴盖上对应该管体的端部设有超声波线,所述超声波线为一圆环状的凸起,该吸嘴盖通过超声波熔接固定于该管体的一端上;
该电子烟超声熔接结构还包括一玻纤管,该玻纤管设置于该管体中,所述吸嘴盖上还对应该玻纤管设有一柱体,该柱体的外径大于该玻纤管内径0.1mm-1.0mm,该柱体的末端设有一便插入斜度,该玻纤管套于该柱体上并通过超声波熔接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子烟超声熔接结构,其特征在于,该吸嘴盖包括塞入该管体中的塞体部和盖于该管体端面上的盖体部,该盖体部的外径大于该管体的外径,该超声波线对应该管体的端部设于该盖体部上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电子烟超声熔接结构,其特征在于,所述超声波线的截面形状为一三角形。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电子烟超声熔接结构,其特征在于,该塞体部的外径由其靠近盖体部的一端往另一端方向渐小,该塞体部靠近盖体部一端的外径大于该管体的内径。
5.一种根据权利要求1所述电子烟超声熔接结构的超声熔接模具,其特征在于:包括相对应的底模和中模,该底模和中模上相对应地设有若干个用于放置所述管体的位置孔,该底模上的位置孔底部由上往下依次设有一管体底座、一弹簧和一底模弹簧固定件,该弹簧的两端分别连接于管体底座和底模弹簧固定件上。
6.一种权利要求1至4任一所述电子烟超声熔接结构的超声熔接方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
(1)设置一超声熔接模具,所述超声熔接模具包括相对应的底模和中模,该底模和中模上相对应地设有若干个用于放置所述管体的位置孔,该底模上的位置孔底部由上往下依次设有一管体底座、一弹簧和一底模弹簧固定件,该弹簧的两端分别连接于管体底座和底模弹簧固定件上;
(2)将吸嘴盖装入管体的一端;
(3)将管体装入到超声熔接模具的中模上的位置孔中,将中模对应该超声熔接模具的底模放到该底模上,此时该吸嘴盖在中模上方;
(4)利用超声波机械将吸嘴盖熔接到管体上。
7.根据权利要求6所述电子烟超声熔接结构的超声熔接方法,其特征在于,该步骤(2)与(3)之间还包括一步骤(2a):将柱体插入到玻纤管中,同时步骤(4)中还包括利用超声波机械将上述玻纤管与柱体超声熔接到一起。
8.根据权利要求6所述电子烟超声熔接结构的超声熔接方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,超声波机械的上模压于该吸嘴盖上,超声熔接时间为2s-10s,硬化时间为0.2s-1s,延迟时间为2s-8s。
