本发明公开了一种智能电池的组装工艺,该智能电池包括盖体,所述盖体中部预留有安装智能芯片的芯片安装槽;该智能电池的组装工艺包括如下步骤:(1)盖体中预埋连接片;(2)焊极柱端子及接线片时将连接片的一端与极柱端子一起焊牢;(3)在芯片安装槽中放入芯片;(4)将芯片的正负焊脚分别与正负连接片的另一端焊牢;(5)检查后封胶、封盖片并待胶液固化。本发明将芯片安装在电池盖的上表面,在电池化成充电后、封盖片前将芯片焊接并用胶封好,避免芯片在化成过程中被损坏、被酸液腐蚀,避免盖体被因化成而过热的芯片烧坏,连接片在焊极柱端子时一起焊接,避免单独增加工序,省时省力。

本发明涉及智能电池的组装工艺。
背景技术
现有电池盖是没有安装智能芯片,或安装时采用了安装在电池盖靠近汇流排的一面,需要在化成充电前用胶封好,易被酸液腐蚀,易损坏芯片,造成损失。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种智能电池的组装工艺,避免芯片在化成过程中被损坏、被酸液腐蚀,避免盖体被因化成而过热的芯片烧坏。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种智能电池的组装工艺,该智能电池包括盖体,所述盖体中部预留有安装智能芯片的芯片安装槽;该智能电池的组装工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)盖体中预埋连接片;
(2)焊极柱端子及接线片时将连接片的一端与极柱端子一起焊牢;
(3)在芯片安装槽中放入芯片;
(4)将芯片的正负焊脚分别与正负连接片的另一端焊牢;
(5)检查后封胶、封盖片并待胶液固化。
本发明将芯片安装在电池盖的上表面,在电池化成充电后、封盖片前将芯片焊接并用胶封好。其优点为:
1、避免芯片在化成过程中被损坏、被酸液腐蚀,避免盖体被因化成而过热的芯片烧坏。
2、连接片在焊极柱端子时一起焊接,避免单独增加工序,省时省力。
3、较先安装芯片再化成工艺,对于化成后不合格的电池,无需再安装芯片,节约成本。
4、用胶在盖上表面封装利于芯片散热。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1对本发明的智能电池组装工艺做出具体说明。
该智能电池包括盖体,所述盖体中部预留有安装智能芯片的芯片安装槽;本发明将芯片安装在电池盖的上表面,在电池化成充电后、封盖片前将芯片焊接并用胶封好,具体流程为:按原工艺制造塑壳、塑盖并在盖中预埋连接片→按原工艺进行极板生产、极群组装入槽→焊极柱端子及接线片时将连接片的一端与极柱端子一起焊牢→按原工艺进行封盖、注酸、化成→放入芯片(芯片安装槽底部设有三点定位及防错凸起)→将芯片的正负焊脚分别与正负连接片的另一端焊牢→检查→封胶→封盖片→胶液固化→按原工艺进行配组、印标、包装、入库。

1. 一种智能电池的组装工艺,该智能电池包括盖体,所述盖体中部预留有安装智能芯片的芯片安装槽;其特征在于该智能电池的组装工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)      盖体中预埋连接片;
(2)      焊极柱端子及接线片时将连接片的一端与极柱端子一起焊牢;
(3)      封盖、注酸、化成;
(4)      在芯片安装槽中放入芯片,所述芯片安装槽底部设有三点定位及防错凸起;
(5)      将芯片的正负焊脚分别与正负连接片的另一端焊牢;
(6)      检查后封胶、封芯片安装槽的盖片并待胶液固化。
