本实用新型公开了一种热封蓄电池端子,包括铜嵌件、铅本体、塑料件,铜嵌件镶嵌在铅本体中,塑料件包裹在铅本体外部;所述塑料件上设有凸台,蓄电池槽内壁设有对应于所述凸台的凹台;所述端子的铅本体与极板极耳的连接处设有梳齿结构,极板极耳插入在所述梳齿结构内。端子和极耳的熔融连接质量可靠,不会产生假焊、虚焊,提高产品质量;简化了蓄电池的生产工艺,缩短了生产周期,改善了环境。

本实用新型涉及一种热封蓄电池端子。
背景技术
目前,端子和蓄电池盖的密封都是采用胶封技术:先将电池端子穿过蓄电池盖上的端子孔,再将螺旋压紧环、密封圈套在蓄电池端子上,然后旋紧螺旋压紧环压缩极柱密封圈,使得密封圈封紧端子,再用环氧树脂密封胶填充端子、密封圈、压紧环及端子孔形成的空间,从而构成蓄电池端子的密封装置。
但是,现有技术中,蓄电池端子与极耳熔融焊接时容易造成假焊、虚焊,严重影响产品质量,造成产品报废。同时环氧树脂密封胶的有害成分污染环境,环氧树脂胶较长的固化时间导致蓄电池的生产的周期增长。而且密封装置结构件较多,工艺复杂,非常不便于操作。
发明内容
为了解决上述弊端,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种热封蓄电池端子,能够简化生产工艺、提高产品质量、缩短生产周期、减小环境污染。本实用新型采用的技术方案是,一种热封蓄电池端子,包括铜嵌件、铅本体、塑料件,铜嵌件镶嵌在铅本体中,塑料件包裹在铅本体外部;所述塑料件上设有凸台,蓄电池槽内壁设有对应于所述凸台的凹台;所述端子的铅本体与极板极耳的连接处设有梳齿结构,极板极耳插入在所述梳齿结构内。
采用上述技术方案,端子和极耳的熔融连接质量可靠,不会产生假焊、虚焊,提高产品质量;端子和蓄电池盖通过加热熔合在一起,使得整个蓄电池的密封不再使用环氧树脂胶,改善了环境;而且蓄电池热封后马上可以加酸充电,不需要再等12小时以上,缩短了生产周期,提高了生产效率;同时其结构简单,便于操作。
综上所述,本实用新型的有益效果在于,提高产品质量,简化了蓄电池的生产工艺,缩短了整个生产周期,改善了环境,适用于工业生产。

具体实施方式
参见附图,反映本实用新型的一种具体结构。热封蓄电池包括端子1、电池盖2和电池槽3,端子1包括铜嵌件4、铅本体5、塑料件6,铜嵌件4镶嵌在铅本体5中,塑料件6通过注塑的方式将铅本体5包裹;所述塑料件6上设有凸台8,电池槽3内壁设有对应于所述凸台8的凹台10;所述端子1的铅本体5设有梳齿结构7,极板的极耳插入在所述的梳齿结构7内。梳齿结构7的设置避免极耳与端子熔融连接时造成假焊、虚焊现象,提高了产品的焊接质量。
所述塑料件6与铅本体5的界面涂有胶连剂改善两者的接触性能,使两者密封牢固。塑料件6的材质和成份与蓄电池盖2、蓄电池槽3的材质和成份一致,使三者通过加热互相熔合。塑料件6上有一个凸台8,蓄电池槽3内壁设有凹台10,凸台8和凹台10互相对应配合,使热封时端子1定位准确,同时也对端子1起支撑作用。蓄电池盖2设有带环状凸边的端子孔9,环状凸边的一面与端子1上的塑料件6的上部相对应,在热封时两者互相溶合形成一体。
