Description

本发明涉及一对用于无梭织机的纬纱夹持器,利用其纬纱夹持器将纬纱由织机的一端引到相对的另一端,从而通过梭口。
本发明特别是涉及一对纬纱夹持器的改进,在该型夹持器中,通过滑块头部接合握持纬纱,纵向输送给夹持器,在所说的夹持器的主体上具有相互作用的表面,上述滑块通过一个弹簧使其处于受力状态。
直到近来,这些夹持器中的滑块通常是由拉紧的元件所松开的,该元件具有挠性层状以控制滑块,其所说的元件卷绕在园柱销上,最又卷绕于渐变曲线形状的凸轮上(参见本申请人在欧州局的申请,申请号85106398·2)通过夹持体上的放松杆使得上述园柱销或凸轮转动,并且通过织机上与此相啮合的固定元件使它们依次转动。在这些结构上,挠性控制元件常常被强烈地和频繁地受力,夹持器通过一段或多或少的长时期使用,会出现疲劳断裂状态,它对生产要求来说是有明显危害的。
本发明目的是克服上述的缺点,为此提供上述类型的一对夹持器,其中一个送纬夹持器和相应的一个接纬夹持器,其特征在于,在每一个夹持器中,相对于弹簧应力作用的滑块的放松可由所说的放松杆的凸部的直接啮合来获得,该放松杆带有一个固定连接于滑块的卡子。
更可取的是,固定连接于滑块的卡子也可支撑弹簧。
本发明通过实例及参考附图进一步详细描述如下:

图3是放大剖视图,表示的是本发明图1和图2的夹持器的操作和放松的机物。
本发明的一对纬纱夹持器由图1的送纬夹持器P和图2的接纬夹持器T组成。这两个夹持器具有一般公知形式的结构,它包括一个高硬度的合成塑料的主体1,其上安装一个纵向运动的金属滑块2,所说的滑块由弹簧3朝向夹持器主体1的尖端4压紧,使得头部5与夹持器主体上的作用表面6接合,从而锁住元件5和元件6之间的纬纱7。
根据本发明,在这两个夹持器的结构中(图3所示)相对于弹簧3的作用,滑块2滑离作用面6,它是通过普通放松杆8上的凸部7接合到卡子9的位置10,卡子9固定连接于滑块2上并用于支撑弹簧3。
凸部7最好与杆8成为一体。
在此方式中,当杆8由一个控制元件(未图示)引起转动时(逆时针见图3),杆8不须很高张力便会绕安装于夹持器体上的11转动,直接控制滑块2的放松,为此在织机上所提供的控制元件(未图示)与曲形部分8A相接合。
很明显,滑块的控制元件可想象出它不仅可以防止疲劳断裂的缺点(即有挠性层状元件的机构的特点),而且还可以使滑块更精密和更直接控制,避免控制上的不稳定性,在已有结构上其是由挠性层的变形和回弹决定的。
此外,采用这种元件的夹持器更轻便,更紧凑,在制造中减少了尺寸和重量,因此特别对于高速织机有更大的优势。

Claims (2)

1、用于织机上的一对纬纱夹持器,在该型夹持中,通过滑块头部的接合握持纬纱,纵向送给夹持器,在该夹持器的主体上有相互作用表面,所说的滑块通过弹簧受压力,通过固定在织机上的元件对杆进行操纵下来放松,其特征在于,在两个夹持器中,相对于弹簧作用的滑块的放松可直接通过接合即说杆的凸部来获得,该杆上带有一个固定连接在滑块的卡子。
2、根据权利要求,所述的夹持器,其中固定连接到滑块上的卡子也可以支撑压在滑块的弹簧。
