Abstract

Description
本发明涉及包含被提供有光催化涂层的基材的材料的领域,特别地用于并入光电池中的材料的领域。
光催化涂层,特别地基于二氧化钛的光催化涂层因为基材(在其上提供该涂层)上提供自清洁和抗污性而已知。两种性质是这些有利特征的来源。二氧化钛首先是光催化性的,即它在适合的辐射(通常紫外辐射)下能催化有机化合物的降解反应。这种光催化活性在该层内通过产生电子-空穴对而被引发。此外,当它被这种相同类型辐射照射时,二氧化钛具有极其明显的亲水性。这种高亲水性,有时被定性为"超亲水性",允许在水径流(例如雨水径流)下除去无机污物。这种材料,特别地用于形成窗玻璃,例如被描述在申请EP-A-0850204中。
二氧化钛具有高折光指数,这对于提供有光催化涂层的基材来说引起高光反射系数。这构成在用于建筑业的装配玻璃的领域,特别地在光电池领域中的缺点,对于它们需要使到达光电材料的透射最大化,并因此使日光辐射的所有吸收和反射减到最少。然而,存在提供具有光催化涂层的光电池的需要,因为污物的沉积可以使光电池的效率降低约6%/年。这个数字明显地取决于电池的地理位置。
为了降低光反射系数(facteur de réflexion lumineuse),可以降低光催化涂层的厚度,但是这是以它们的光催化活性为代价的。
本发明的一个目的是提出一种方法,其允许获得具有低的光反射系数的基于二氧化钛的可用于光电池中的光催化材料。
为此目的,本发明一个主题是用于获得包含基材的材料的方法,该基材在它的至少一个面的至少一部分上用基于二氧化钛的光催化层涂覆,所述方法包括经由化学气相沉积方法沉积所述光催化层,其中使包含至少一种钛醇盐和至少一种包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物的气体混合物与所述基材接触。
该基材典型地是玻璃片材,特别地极透亮玻璃,如更详细地描述在下文中。
由于使用这种方法,该光催化层通常具有对于550nm的波长最高为1.9的折光指数。该折光指数可以通过可变角光谱椭偏仪(VASE)进行测量。
本发明另一个主题是用于获得包含正面基材的光电池的方法,该基材是在它的至少一个面的至少一部分上用基于二氧化钛的光催化层涂覆的基材,所述方法包括经由化学气相沉积方法沉积所述光催化层的步骤,其中使包含至少一种钛醇盐和至少一种包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物的气体混合物与所述基材接触。
该基材典型地是玻璃片材,特别地极透亮玻璃,如更详细地描述在下文中。
措辞"正面基材"理解为表示首先被日光辐射穿过的基材。该光催化涂层这时通常被设置朝向外界,使得自清洁作用可以有用地得到显示。
本发明的另一主题是可以通过根据本发明的方法获得的材料。在下面描述的不同的优选特征因此是对于根据本发明的方法和对于根据本发明的材料都可适用的特征。
化学气相沉积,通常以英文缩写CVD表示,是其中使包含载气和被稀释的前体的气体混合物与热基材接触的热解方法,该前体在基材的热量作用下在化学上分解和/或反应。载气通常是氮。
羧基是-CO2H基团,特别存在于羧酸中。酯基是-CO2R基团,其中R是碳基基团。
本发明人已经可以证实加入包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物,特别地羧酸,允许获得具有降低的光反射系数的层,在某些情况下大约为未涂覆基材的光反射系数,甚至低于后者,而没有明显的光催化活性的损失。因此经由CVD方法可以获得同时具有令人满意的光催化活性和低反射的二氧化钛层。
优选地,该基材是玻璃片材或者玻璃陶瓷片材。该片材可以是平面或者弯曲的,并且可以具有任何类型的尺寸,特别地大于1米的尺寸。该玻璃优选地是钠-钙-硅类型,但是还可以使用其它类型玻璃,如硼硅酸盐玻璃或者铝硅酸盐玻璃。该玻璃可以是透亮的或者极透亮的,或着色的,例如蓝色、绿色、琥珀色、青铜色或者灰色色调。该玻璃片材的厚度典型地为0.5-19毫米,特别地为2-12毫米,甚至4-8毫米。在光电池领域,该玻璃优选地是极透亮的;优选地包含最多150ppm,或者100ppm,甚至90ppm的总重量含量的氧化铁,甚至最多0.2,特别地0.1的氧化还原值(rédox),甚至零的氧化还原值。术语"氧化还原值"理解为表示在亚铁离子氧化物的重量含量(用FeO形式表示)和氧化铁的总重量含量(用Fe2O3形式表示)之间的比率。
该化学气相沉积通过使气体混合物与通常热的基材接触进行实施。根据第一种实施方案,使载气、该或者每种钛醇盐和该或者每种包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物混合以形成气体混合物,其通过喷嘴被运送到沉积室中,在基材附近,通常距离基材1至10mm,特别地3至6mm。根据第二种实施方案,使载气和钛醇盐混合以形成第一气体混合物,使该载气和包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物混合以形成第二气体混合物,然后使第一和第二气体混合物各自分别输送通过不同的喷嘴进入到沉积室中,因此在沉积室中获得最终的混合物。第二实施方案具有防止在钛醇盐和包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物之间任何过早反应(其可引起喷嘴的阻塞)的优点。
载气与前体(包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物或者钛醇盐)的混合物通常通过在允许挟带气态形式的前体的合适温度下使载气通过液体前体进行制备。
通常,所述或者各喷嘴是固定的并且位于在该移动基材上方。
所述化学气相沉积优选地在大气压下在被加热到400℃至700℃,优选地500℃至600℃,甚至500℃至560℃的温度的基材上进行实施。在500℃至560℃的范围内的温度允许使二氧化钛以锐钛矿形式的结晶最大化并因此使所述光催化活性最大化。
所述化学气相沉积有利地在平面玻璃生产线上,特别地当所述玻璃基材在浮法制玻璃装置内部(即在其中将玻璃带倾倒在熔融锡上的腔室中)时,或者当所述玻璃基材在所述浮法制玻璃装置和玻璃退火炉之间时,或者当所述玻璃基材在玻璃退火炉(étenderie)中时,在浮法玻璃生产线上进行实施。优选地,当所述玻璃基材在浮法玻璃制备装置和所述玻璃退火炉之间时实施所述沉积,这种区域对应于优选的沉积温度范围。所述玻璃退火炉是在其中玻璃进行退火以释放出在它内部的任何机械应力的腔室。所述沉积还可以在用于通过在金属辊或者陶瓷辊之间的辊轧(用于特别地形成纹理化玻璃片材的方法)制备平面玻璃的作业线上进行实施。或者,所述化学气相沉积可以在再操作中,即在与所述平面玻璃生产线脱离的专用装置(installation dédiée et découplée)中进行实施。
所述钛醇盐优选地选自式Ti(OR1)(OR2)(OR3)(OR4)化合物,各个基团Ri是相同的或者不同的线性或支化C1-C12烷基。优选地,Ri基团是相同的并且是线性或支化C2-C5烷基。一个特别优选的钛醇盐是四异丙氧基钛。其它有利的醇盐是四乙氧基钛和四丁氧基钛。
包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物优选地是羧酸或者酯。所述羧酸优选地选自式X1X2X3C-CO2H的化合物,其中X1、X2、X3,是相同的或者不同的,选自氢原子、卤素原子,特别地氟、氯或者溴,或者任选羟基化的,饱和或者不饱和的,线性或支化的碳基链,特别地C1-C6,特别地C1-C3烷基。所述羧酸可以是弱的或者强的,优选弱的。所述羧酸在25℃的酸度常数Ka优选地小于或等于5×10-5,特别地2×10-5。
所述羧酸优选地选自乙酸(Ka=1.73×10-5)、丙酸(Ka=1.38×10-5)、丁酸(Ka=1.48×10-5)和戊酸(Ka=1.44×10-5)。
所述羧酸还可以选自羟基乙酸(Ka=1.5×10-4)、三氟乙酸(Ka=1.0)、单氟乙酸(Ka=2.5×10-3)和二氟乙酸。
尽管在后者酸中存在氟,在所述层内通过X射线光电子光谱(XPS)没有检测到痕量氟。氟因此可能随着载气被排放出,而没有并入层中。
所述钛醇盐和包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物优选地是用于所述CVD沉积的唯一前体。当醇盐是四异丙氧基钛时和包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物是乙酸或者三氟乙酸时,已经获得了优良的结果。
在包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物的摩尔流量和钛醇盐的摩尔流量之间的比率R优选地为至少0.1%,特别地0.2%,甚至0.3%甚至0.5%。比率R优选地最多80%,特别地70%或者60%。在某些实施方案中,比率R是最多5%,特别地3%,或者2%。低的比率R不允许足够地降低光催化层的折光指数并因此所述光反射系数。过高的比率R本身伴随着光催化活性的下降和二氧化钛的结晶的退化。
优选地,所述基材在它的面之一的整体上用基于二氧化钛的光催化层涂覆。
所述基于二氧化钛的光催化层优选地由二氧化钛构成,二氧化钛特别地以锐钛矿形式结晶,其是最活性的形式。锐钛矿和金红石相的混合物也是可考虑的。所述二氧化钛可以是纯的或者掺杂的,例如用过渡金属(特别地W,Mo,V,Nb),镧系元素离子或者贵金属(如,例如,铂,钯),或用氮、碳或者氟原子掺杂。这些不同的掺杂形式使得可以提高所述材料的光催化活性,或者使二氧化钛的能带隙向接近于可见光区或者在该可见光区内的波长移动。优选地,所述基于二氧化钛的光催化层不包含氮原子,因为其有助于降低所述层的光学透射。
基于二氧化钛的层通常为在基材上沉积的堆叠体的最后层,换句话说最远离基材的该堆叠体的层。这是因为,使光催化层与大气和它的污染物接触是重要的。然而可以在光催化层上沉积非常薄的层,通常其是不连续的或者多孔的。例如它可以是基于旨在提高该材料的光催化活性的贵金属的层。它还可以是薄的亲水层,其例如由二氧化硅制成,如在申请WO2005/040058或者WO2007/045805中教导。
另外或者可替换地,可以在基于二氧化钛的层下方沉积不同的层。
-一个或多个对来源于基材的碱金属离子迁移起阻挡层作用的层。这种层在光催化层之前可以通过CVD进行沉积。它们优选地基于至少一种以下元素:Si、Al、Sn、Zn、Zr的氧化物、氮化物、氧氮化物或者碳氧化物或者由其构成。在这些材料中,二氧化硅或者氧碳化硅是优选的,这是由于它们通过CVD技术易于沉积。
-一个或多个低辐射层,如由氟-掺杂或者锑-掺杂的氧化锡制成的层。这种层允许限制在多层装配玻璃的表面上的凝结(雾化和/或霜冻),特别地当它们是倾斜时(例如当它们集成到屋顶或者阳台中)时。低辐射层在面1上的存在允许在夜里期间限制热量与外界交换,并因此维持该玻璃的表面温度高于露点。起雾或者霜冻外观因此被大大地减弱甚至完全地消除。该光催化层可以直接地沉积在掺杂的氧化锡层上。后者通常要求较低活性的金红石形式,但是通过根据本发明的方法获得的气相结晶允许克服这种缺点。根据本发明的方法的附加优点在这种情况下因此是能够沉积这样的层,在该层中二氧化钛以(最活性的)锐钛矿形式结晶并且直接地沉积在掺杂的氧化锡层上。
该光催化层的厚度优选地为2-1000纳米,特别地为5-150纳米,甚至8-50纳米。大的厚度允许提高该层的光催化活性但是提高了光反射。
根据本发明(获得)的材料优选地具有至少80%,甚至85%,甚至90%的光透射系数(facteur de transmission lunineuse)(在ISO 9050:2003标准的意义内)。
根据本发明(获得)的材料优选地具有最多15%,优选地10%,特别地8%的光反射系数(在ISO 9050:2003标准的意义内)。该材料的光反射系数因此小于或等于未涂覆基材的光反射系数。
本发明的另一主题是包含至少一种根据本发明的材料的装配玻璃或者光电池。
在它可以包含多个安排了充气空间的玻璃片材的意义上,该装配玻璃可以是单层装配玻璃或者多层(特别地双层或者三层)装配玻璃。该装配玻璃还可以进行层压和/或淬火和/或硬化和/或弯曲。
根据本发明的材料的另一面,或者必要时该多层装配玻璃的其它基材的面,可以用其它功能层或者用功能层堆叠体涂覆。它特别地可以是其它光催化层。它还可以是具有热功能的层或者堆叠体,特别地防晒或者低辐射层或者堆叠体,例如包含用电介质层保护的银层的堆叠体。它还可以是镜层,特别地基于银的镜层。它最后可以是旨在使装配玻璃不透明的漆或者瓷釉以由此制造被称为“窗肚墙(allège)”的立面墙的覆盖面板。该窗肚墙被设置在非不透明化的装配玻璃侧的立面墙上并且允许获得完全玻璃化的并且从美学角度看是同质的立面墙。
在根据本发明的光电池中,根据本发明的材料优选地是该电池的正面基材,即其首先被日光辐射通过。该光催化涂层这时被设置朝向外界,使得自清洁作用可以有用地得到显示。
对于作为光电池的应用,并且为了使电池的能量效率最大化,可以累积地或者可替换地进行多种改善。
-在与提供有根据本发明的涂层的面相对的面上,该玻璃片材可以有利地用至少一个薄的透明导电层涂覆,例如基于SnO2:F、SnO2:Sb、ZnO:Al或ZnO:Ga的层。这些层可以用不同沉积方法被沉积在该基材上,如化学气相沉积(CVD)或者阴极溅射沉积,特别地磁场增强阴极溅射(磁控管溅射方法)。在CVD方法中,使卤素或者有机金属前体蒸发并且通过载气输送直至热玻璃的表面,在那里它们在热量的作用下分解以形成薄层。CVD方法的优点是它可以在用于使玻璃片材成型的工艺内进行实施,特别地当该工艺是浮法玻璃生产方法时。因此在玻璃片材在锡浴上,在锡浴的出口或在玻璃退火炉中时(即在玻璃片材进行退火以消除机械应力时),可以沉积该层。
-该用透明导电层涂覆的玻璃片材可以随后用基于无定形硅或者多晶硅、黄铜矿(特别地CIS–CuInSe2或者CIGS–CuInGaSe2类型)或者CdTe的半导体涂覆以形成光电池。在这种情况下,CVD方法的另一个优点在于获得更大的粗糙度,其产生光-俘获现象,其提高由该半导体所吸收的光子量。
-该玻璃片材的表面可以进行纹理化,例如具有花纹(特别地金字塔形状花纹),如描述在申请WO03/046617、WO2006/134300、WO2006/134301或WO2007/015017中。这些纹理化通常使用通过轧制的玻璃成型方法获得。
该光电池典型地通过使正面基材(根据本发明获得)和背面基材接合形成,例如借助于由热固性塑料,特别地由PVB、PU或者EVA制成的层压中间层来进行。在正面和背面基材之间设置电极,通常呈薄层形式,其包围具有光电性质的材料。背面基材典型地是玻璃片材。
具有光电性质的材料可以是大块的(massif)或者呈薄层形式,该薄层,根据技术,被沉积在正面基材上或者在背面基材上。当具有光电性质的材料用无定形或者多晶硅制成或者由CdTe制成时,它通常被沉积在正面基材上,被透明导电薄层围绕,该薄层典型地基于氧化锡(用氟或者用锑掺杂)、氧化锌(用铝或者用镓掺杂)或者基于氧化锡铟(ITO)。当具有光电性质的材料基于Cu(In,Ga)Se2(CIGS)时,它通常被沉积在由钼制成的导电层上,该导电层本身沉积在背面基材上。术语"(In,Ga)"理解为表示该材料可以以任何可能的组合方式包含In和/或Ga:In1-xGax,x可以取0-1的任何值。特别地,x可以是零(CIS类型材料)。

在由申请人以名称"SGG Diamant®"销售的3mm厚的极透亮钠-钙-硅玻璃基材上沉积80nm厚的二氧化硅层,该层用作为碱金属迁移的阻挡层。
通过CVD技术,通过使用四异丙氧基钛(TiPT)作为二氧化钛前体和使用三氟乙酸(TFA)作为包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物在各个基材上沉积二氧化钛层。
根据实施例,在TFA的流速和TiPT的流速之间的比率R为从0(不使用羧酸的对比实施例C1)至3%。
该气体混合物通过使氮(载气)穿过加热至70-80℃的TiPT中和穿过5℃的TFA中进行制备。

获得的基材特别适合于用作光电池的正面基材。对于无定形硅光电材料,它们的TSQE透射(对应于透射谱、太阳发射光谱、光电材料的量子效率的卷积(convolution))因此为从83.9%(对于实施例C2)变至88.2%(对于实施例9)。
在第三种系列实施例中,在由申请人以名称"SGG Diamant Solar®"销售的3mm厚的极透亮钠-钙-硅玻璃基材上沉积80nm厚的二氧化硅层,该层用作为碱金属迁移的阻挡层。
通过CVD技术,通过使用四异丙氧基钛(TiPT)作为二氧化钛前体和使用三氟乙酸(TFA)作为包含至少一个羧基的化合物在各个基材上沉积二氧化钛层。
根据实施例,在三氟乙酸的摩尔流速和TiPT的摩尔流速之间的比率R从0(对比实施例C3)变化至90%。
该气体混合物通过使氮(载气)穿过加热至85℃的TiPT中和穿过15℃的TFA中进行制备。
在沉积期间该基材的温度为520℃。该沉积在大气压下进行实施。

获得的基材特别适合于用作光电池的正面基材。对于无定形硅光电材料,它们的TSQE透射(对应于透射谱、太阳发射光谱、光电材料的量子效率的卷积)因此从83.9%(对于实施例C3)变至88.6%(对于实施例12)。
这些不同的结果显示:加入包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物允许非常显著地降低该材料的光反射,直至达到低于裸露玻璃基材的反射的反射,而没有显著的光催化活性的降低。
Claims (15)
1.用于获得包含基材的材料的方法,该基材在它的至少一个面的至少一部分上用基于二氧化钛的光催化层涂覆,所述方法包括经由化学气相沉积方法沉积所述光催化层,其中使包含至少一种钛醇盐和至少一种包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物的气体混合物与所述基材接触,其中所述钛醇盐选自式Ti(OR1)(OR2)(OR3)(OR4)的化合物,各个基团Ri是相同或者不同的、线性或支化的C1-C12烷基,和包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物是羧酸或者酯。

4.根据权利要求3的方法,其中当所述玻璃基材在浮法制玻璃装置内部时,或者当所述玻璃基材在所述浮法制玻璃装置和玻璃退火炉之间时,或者当所述玻璃基材在玻璃退火炉中时,所述化学气相沉积在浮法玻璃生产线上进行实施。
5.根据权利要求1的方法,其中钛醇盐是异丙氧基钛。
6.根据前述权利要求1-5任一项的方法,其中包含至少一个羧基的化合物选自式X1X2X3C-CO2H的化合物,其中X1、X2、X3,是相同的或者不同的,选自氢原子、卤素原子,或者任选羟基化的,饱和或者不饱和的,线性或支化的碳基链。
7.根据权利要求6的方法,其中所述包含至少一个羧基的化合物是三氟乙酸。
8.根据权利要求6的方法,其中所述包含至少一个羧基的化合物选自乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和戊酸。
9.根据权利要求1-5任一项的方法,其中所述基于二氧化钛的光催化层由二氧化钛构成。
10.根据权利要求1-5任一项的方法,其中所述基于二氧化钛的光催化层不包含氮原子。
11.根据权利要求1-5任一项的方法,其中该光催化层具有对于550nm的波长最高1.9的折光指数。
12.根据权利要求1-5任一项的方法,其中该材料具有最多10%的在ISO 9050: 2003标准的意义上的光反射系数。
13.用于获得包含正面基材的光电池的方法,其中该正面基材是在它的至少一个面的至少一部分上用基于二氧化钛的光催化层涂覆的基材,所述方法包括经由化学气相沉积方法沉积所述光催化层的步骤,其中使包含至少一种钛醇盐和至少一种包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物的气体混合物与所述基材接触,其中所述钛醇盐选自式Ti(OR1)(OR2)(OR3)(OR4)的化合物,各个基团Ri是相同或者不同的、线性或支化的C1-C12烷基,和包含至少一个羧基或者酯基的化合物是羧酸或者酯。
14.根据权利要求1-12任一项的方法获得的材料。
15.装配玻璃或光电池,其包含至少一种根据权利要求14的材料。
