Abstract

一种用于防止开关快速导通瞬间输出电压波动的开关电路,包括一功率开关及控制所述功率开关通断的控制电路,在所述控制电路的输出端和功率开关的控制端之间连接一电容,该电容的一端与控制电路的信号输出端和功率开关的控制端均相连,该电容另一端接地,利用电容上的电压不能突变的特性来使得施加到功率开关控制端的开关控制信号变得平滑,来延缓功率开关的导通速度,使得功率开关导通过程中,输出电压给稳压电容缓慢充电,从而防止输出电压出现波动。

技术领域
本发明涉一种开关电路,尤其涉及一种防止开关导通瞬间输出端电压波动的开关电路。
背景技术
目前,消费性电子产品的市场需求越来越大,而产品的稳定性是市场占有率的最大因素之一,如何能保证产品在工作时功能的稳定性是每款电子产品在设计阶段的重点。电子产品都有用到电源开关,如何能保证电源开关工作时性能的稳定是每款电子产品设计的重点。现有技术中,如图1所示一现有开关电路10,功率开关11电连接于电压输入端1以及为耗电元件供电的电压输出端2之间,功率开关11的功率开关控制端4与控制电路12的控制电路输出端3相连接,通过控制电路12输出的高低平方波信号即脉宽调制信号来控制功率开关11的导通或者截止,从而控制输入电压Vcc的通断,在电压输出端2还连接一容值较大的稳压电容13,该稳压电容13的另一端接地,用于保持输出电压Vout的稳定,但在功率开关11快速导通的瞬间,输出电压Vout会先给稳压电容13充电,从而容易造成电压输出电压Vout波动,比如瞬间下降。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种开关电路,能够防止开关导通瞬间开关的后端输出电压保持稳定。
一种开关电路,包括一功率开关,控制该功率开关导通和截至的控制电路,所述控制电路的输出端和功率开关的控制端之间连接一电容,该电容的另一端接地。
本发明所提供的开关电路通过在控制电路的输出端和功率开关的控制端之间增加一电容来调节功率开关导通和断开的速度,使得功率开关导通过程中,输出电压给稳压电容缓慢充电,从而防止输出电压出现波动,电路结构简单,成本低。

具体实施方式
请参阅图2,本实施例的开关电路一实施例电路原理图,与现有技术相比,本发明开关电路100还包括一电容14,该电容14的一端与控制电路输出端3以及功率开关控制端4均连接,电容14的另一端接地。通过电容14的缓慢充放电效应,可以对控制电路12输出的控制信号的上升沿和下降沿边的坡度进行调整,使其平滑过渡,避免功率开关11瞬间过快导通,以此来控制开关通路上电压的平滑变化,使得输出电压Vout对稳压电容13缓慢充电,从而使得输出电压Vout稳定。
本实施例中,功率开关11与电压输出端2的之间还连接一滤波电路15。
本实施例中,功率开关11为场效应管,其他实施例中功率开关11可以为结型晶体管。

Claims (4)

1.一种开关电路,包括一功率开关,该功率开关连接于电源电压输入端以及为耗电元件供电的电压输出端之间,一控制该功率开关通断的控制电路,所述控制电路的信号输出端连接功率开关的控制端,其特征在于,所述开关电路还包括一电容,该电容的一端与控制电路的信号输出端和功率开关的控制端均相连,该电容另一端接地。
2.如权利要求1所述的开关电路,其特征在于,所述功率开关为结型晶体管或场效应管。
3.如权利要求1所述的开关电路,其特征在于,所述功率开关和电压输出端之间连接一滤波电路。
4.如权利要求1所述的开关电路,其特征在于,所述电容的容值根据电路的要求调整。
