本发明涉及一种光伏组件溢胶密封制作方法,包括以下步骤:1)调节自动注胶机的出胶量;2)对层压件进行预处理;3)使用自动注胶机对边框进行注胶,注胶量需达到在边框和层压件合框后胶体能够溢出;4)使用合框机对边框和层压件进行合框;5)使用组框组角机对合框后的边框和层压件进行组框,组成光伏组件;6)取出组框完成后的光伏组件。与现有技术相比,本发明具有生产效率高、成本低、产品密封性好、适用范围广等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及光伏组件生产领域,尤其是涉及一种光伏组件溢胶密封制作方法。
背景技术
目前硅胶型组件所用硅胶密封方法采取都是补胶工艺,该种工艺组框组角后,还需专设一个补胶工位,有一个专人负责补胶且补胶效果要合格,补胶不合格会导致内部空胶、气泡、堆胶、缺胶等不良现象,使组件的密封可靠性得不到保障;补胶时,需要较多硅胶使用量才能保证生产的合格率,无形中增加了组件的生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种生产成品率高的光伏组件溢胶密封制作方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种光伏组件溢胶密封制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)调节自动注胶机的出胶量;
2)对层压件进行预处理;
3)使用自动注胶机对边框进行注胶;
4)使用合框机对边框和层压件进行合框;
5)使用组框组角机对合框后的边框和层压件进行组框,组成光伏组件;
6)取出组框完成后的光伏组件。
进行步骤2)之前还包括以下步骤:调整出胶枪头的出胶口、合框机的尺寸、合框机上层压件的定位位置、合框机的气缸速度以及组框组角机的尺寸。
步骤2)中层压件的预处理为用削边刀削除层压件边缘的多余材料。
步骤3)中的注胶量需达到在边框和层压件合框后胶体能够溢出。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)生产的光伏组件具有良好的密封,可靠性高;
(2)不需要设置补胶工位,节约人工成本;
(3)取消补胶工位后,节约了生产时间,提高了生产效率;
(4)采取溢胶方法后,每块组件硅胶使用量可节约0.1千克;
(5)适用范围广泛。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
一种光伏组件溢胶密封制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将出胶枪头的开口方式改为适用溢胶工艺的开口方式;
(2)调节自动注胶机的边框注胶量,使出胶量能够达到溢胶效果;
(3)调试合框机的尺寸、合框机上层压件的定位位置、合框机气缸的速度以及组框组角机的尺寸;
(4)将层压件边缘多余的材料用削边刀削除;
(5)采用自动注胶机根据调节后的注胶量给边框按注胶;
(6)将注过胶的边框放在合框机内,层压件到位后合框,合框后四周均有溢胶;
(7)将有合框后的边框和层压件放在组框组角机上进行组框,组成光伏组件;
(8)合框后,取出光伏组件,不需再进行补胶,可直接装接线盒。

1.一种光伏组件溢胶密封制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)调节自动注胶机的出胶量;
2)调整出胶枪头的出胶口、合框机的尺寸、合框机上层压件的定位位置、合框机的气缸速度以及组框组角机的尺寸,对层压件进行预处理,用削边刀削除层压件边缘的多余材料;
3)使用自动注胶机对边框进行注胶,注胶量需达到在边框和层压件合框后胶体能够溢出;
4)使用合框机对边框和层压件进行合框;
5)使用组框组角机对合框后的边框和层压件进行组框,组成光伏组件;
6)取出组框完成后的光伏组件。
