当ABS减压模式持续很长时间时,车辆制动效率降低。因此,为了增加轮制动器5的流体压力,ECU驱动电机15,并且从而,通过从主液压线路10A的泵13排出的流体压力执行ABS增压模式。即,存储在低压积聚器14中的流体由泵13加压,并且被通过打开的NO类型电磁阀11传输到轮制动器5,从而增加制动压力。这里,从副液压线路的泵排出的流体压力根据制动压力状况返回到主缸3或者传输到连接到副液压线路的轮制动器。
如果制动压力达到产生最佳制动力的状态或者制动压力需要保持均匀以便于防止车辆的共振,则ECU执行ABS压力保持模式。ABS压力保持模式消除了轮制动器5中的压力的波动,并且通过关闭主液压线路10A的NO类型电磁阀11来防止液压压力的移动。这里,从泵13排出的流体压力被传输到主缸3,并且因此,稳定地执行ABS压力保持模式。
同时,当ECU通过轮传感器感测到滑动(当驾驶员较深地踩下加速踏板(未示出)并且因此车辆突然开始在滑路上行驶时生成滑动)时执行上述TCS。然后,在TCS模式中,ECU打开吸油路径上的NC类型换向阀16,关闭主路径上的TC电磁阀17,并且驱动电机15和泵13以泵送流体。
即,当执行TCS模式时,主缸3侧的流体通过吸油路径被吸到泵13的入口,并且排出到泵13的出口的流体通过主路径和打开的NO类型电磁阀11传输到轮制动器5并且用作制动压力。因此,当驾驶员突然开始踩下加速踏板时,即使驾驶员没有踩下制动踏板1也对于轮施加指定的锁定,并且因此,车辆即使在滑动状况下(即,在交叉的道路状况下)也缓慢而稳定的启动。
同时,在诸如巡航的定速模式中,电子控制单元执行主动制动垫收缩系统(ABRS)模式,该ABRS模式调整盘与垫之间的间隔以防止由于盘与垫在非制动状态下的接触而生成残余摩擦力,从而增强了驾驶性能。即,在ABRS模式中,电子控制单元移动轮制动器5处的液压线路中的流体的一部分以减少按压垫的活塞的流体压力使得垫从盘收缩。
详细地,当执行ABRS模式时,ECU关闭TC电磁阀17并且打开残余摩擦力控制单元20的电子控制阀21,从而在泵的出口侧形成闭合线路区段L1-1(参见图2的上侧的实线)。闭合线路区段L1-1与当NO类型电磁阀11和NC类型电磁阀12处于正常状态下时形成在轮制动器侧的闭合线路区段L1-2(参见图2的下侧的实线)连通。
当电子阀23操作并且因此致动器22被驱动时,闭合线路区段L1-1和L1-2处的不可压缩流体(特别地,轮制动器侧的闭合线路区段L1-2处的流体)通过经过打开的电子控制阀21移动到残余摩擦力控制单元20。结果,轮制动器侧的闭合线路区段(L1-2)中的流体体积减小,并且因此,活塞收缩并且垫朝向远离盘的方向移动。
同时,当电子阀24操作时,残余摩擦力控制单元20中的流体由于大气压力返回到轮制动器侧的闭合线路区段L1-2,从而导致正常制动操作。
如根据上述描述显而易见地,用于车辆的电子控制制动系统利用残余摩擦力控制模块将通过闭合整个系统的液压线路中的轮制动器侧的液压线路的部分区段而形成的闭合线路区段中的流体的一部分移动到闭合线路的外侧以减小轮制动器侧的流体体积,从而将垫从盘收回并且有效地防止了由于盘与垫之间的接触而生成的残余摩擦力。
虽然已经示出并描述了本发明的一些实施方式,但是本领域技术人员将理解的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,能够在这些实施方式中进行改变,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等价物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于车辆的电子控制制动系统,所述用于车辆的电子控制制动系统包括:
电子控制单元,所述电子控制单元使得能够进行防抱死制动系统ABS模式和牵引力控制系统TCS模式的控制;
主缸,所述主缸根据制动踏板的操作而形成制动液压压力;
轮制动器,每个轮制动器包括卡钳装置,所述卡钳装置包括设置在车辆中的盘并且使按压所述盘的一对垫前进和收回以利用从所述主缸传送的所述制动液压压力提供轮制动力;
多个常开NO类型电磁阀和多个常闭NC类型电磁阀,所述多个NO类型电磁阀和多个NC类型电磁阀分别设置在所述轮制动器的上游侧和下游侧并且控制所述制动液压压力的流动;
低压积聚器,在所述电磁阀的ABS模式制动期间,从所述轮制动器排出的流体暂时地存储在所述低压积聚器中;
泵和电机,所述泵和电机对存储在所述低压积聚器中的流体加压以将所述流体排出到所述轮制动器或所述主缸;
常闭NC类型换向阀,所述NC类型换向阀设置在从所述主缸连接到所述泵的入口的吸油路径上以执行TCS模式;
TC电磁阀,所述TC电磁阀设置在所述泵的出口与所述主缸之间;以及
残余摩擦力控制单元,所述残余摩擦力控制单元设置在所述泵的所述出口与所述TC电磁阀之间,
其中,所述电子控制单元将轮制动器侧的流体的一部分移动到所述残余摩擦力控制单元以将所述垫从所述盘收回。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的电子控制制动系统,其中,所述残余摩擦力控制单元包括电子控制阀和致动器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的电子控制制动系统,其中,所述电子控制单元关闭所述TC电磁阀同时打开所述电子控制阀以形成闭合线路区段L1-1,并且允许所述闭合线路区段L1-1与通过打开所述NO类型电磁阀同时关闭所述NC类型电磁阀而形成的闭合线路区段L1-2连通,以将所述闭合线路区段L1-1和L1-2中的流体移动到所述残余摩擦力控制单元。
4.一种调节器块,所述调节器块包括:
多个常开NO类型电磁阀和多个常闭NC类型电磁阀,所述多个NO类型电磁阀和多个NC类型电磁阀分别设置在所述轮制动器的上游侧和下游侧并且控制所述制动液压压力的流动;
低压积聚器,在所述电磁阀的ABS模式制动期间,从所述轮制动器排出的流体暂时地存储在所述低压积聚器中;
泵和电机,所述泵和电机对所述低压积聚器中存储的流体进行加压以将所述流体排出到所述轮制动器或所述主缸;
常闭NC类型换向阀,所述NC类型换向阀设置在从所述主缸连接到所述泵的入口的吸油路径上以执行TCS模式;
TC电磁阀,所述TC电磁阀设置在所述泵的出口与所述主缸之间;以及
残余摩擦力控制单元,所述残余摩擦力控制单元设置在所述泵的出口与所述TC电磁阀之间并且包括电子控制阀和致动器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的调节器块,其中,
通过闭合所述TC电磁阀同时打开所述电子控制阀而形成的闭合线路区段L1-1与通过打开轮制动器侧的NO类型电磁阀同时关闭轮制动器侧的NC类型电磁阀而形成的闭合线路区段L1-2连通,并且
所述致动器允许所述闭合线路区段L1-2中的流体通过与所述闭合线路区段L2-1连通的所述闭合线路区段L1-1移动到所述残余摩擦力控制单元。
