Abstract

技术领域
本申请涉及墙壁构造领域,其中所述墙壁构造具有被施加于轻型支承结构的预制面板,并且特别地,本申请涉及用于制造轻型支承结构的新型型材,预制面板能够被施加和固定在所述轻型支承结构上。
背景技术
目前,石膏板或其它类似材料中的金属结构支撑面板被广泛应用于制造隔板或装饰墙壁。所述结构可以被容易快速地制造,并且允许所获得的墙壁具有特殊或拱形的形状,否则获得这些形状将是昂贵的且难于以砖块和水泥获得。
直线型墙壁或隔板能够由石膏板制造,所述石膏板被施加于由直线型元件形成的框架,所述直线型元件由木材或金属型材制成。
如果墙壁并非是直线型的,那么可以使用可变形引导件,所述可变形引导件由模切弯折板构成,以便形成由模块化的盒状元件构成的连续组件。
板带被基本模切并且弯折成U形,以便形成一系列U形区段,所述U形区段通过三个突起彼此结合,所述三个突起中的两个在侧部、一个在底部。接着,突起在“U”形区段内部被弯折,直到获得没有大表面并且通过小表面的各部分彼此结合的一系列盒状元件。
在构造过程中,每个可变形引导件原样被使用、或通过展开所述弯折突起以适配于待获得的曲线形状。
但是,所述可变形引导件具有一系列缺点:
-U形元件的受限宽度使得它们不匹配于大多类似但直线型的结构,所述直线型的结构必须在无需复杂并且不稳定的改造的情况下在各弯曲部分会聚并且与它们相集成;
-向内弯折的突起的存在可防止在竖直直立板的型材的正确位置上发生纵向滑移,所述型材在石膏板或类似的材料中组成面板的支撑框架;
-向内弯折的突起的存在会使得它们不能被用作凹进滑动门的座部;
-存在这样一个危险,即石膏板、或外部物体或结构的固定螺钉有可能对应着存在于关节连接元件中的模切孔,使得所述固定方式不安全。
为了补救所有上述缺点,已经设计和构造新型可变形引导件。
发明内容
新型可变形引导件由板带构成,所述板带被模切和弯折,以便形成U形轮廓。
金属带被模切和开孔,以便获得与具有切割部和孔的区段相交替的连续区段。
具有切割部和孔的每个区段在侧带部和中央带部设有切割部。
特别地:
-每个侧带部设有平行于彼此并且垂直于带边缘的三个切割部;
-中央区域设有平行于彼此并且与呈现于侧带部上的外部切割部相对齐的两个切割部;
-具有五侧的两个孔,所述五侧中的三侧正交于彼此并且被设置在包括在侧带部和中央带部之间的区域中,同时所述五侧中的两侧相对于彼此倾斜,并且相对于其它侧倾斜,同时所述其它两侧之间形成有面朝中央区域中心的顶点。

如描述制成的可变形引导件使得借助于石膏板获得直线型或拱形墙壁、或假平顶成为可能。
新型可变形引导件被用于线性结构。其能够用作滑动门或凹进门的引导件,所述门在由新型可变形引导件和石膏板制成的墙壁内。
如果需要制造隔板、墙壁、假平顶或其它弯曲结构,可以通过正确地弯曲设有切割部的部分来成形新型可变形引导件。新型可变形引导件能够被侧向弯曲以使得U形轮廓的基部始终位于一个平面,也能够被竖直弯曲以使得结构元件的U形轮廓的所有翼部位于两个平行平面。
在任何情况下,当诸如螺钉或螺栓的固定元件被施加时,始终有壁的新型可变形引导件的一部分来保证合适且足够的阻力。
此外,在组装期间,新型可变形引导件使得由镀锌钢制成的直立型材可以容易且快速地放置,所述直立型材组成石膏板或类似的材料中的面板形成的支撑框架,并且新型可变形引导件使得所述直立型材可以滑动,直到到达固定点。
因此,新型可变形引导件相当地简化组装操作,从而减少安装以这种方式生产的墙壁和假平顶所需的时间。

图1示出对可变形引导件的新改进,即弯折之前的模切式板带。
金属带设有与具有切割部和模切部的区域(Y)相交替的、没有空隙的区域(X)。
折叠线(SI,S2)由点划线表示。
板带包括中央带部(A)、以及两个侧带部或边缘(B)。
每个侧带部(B)相对于具有切割部的区域(Y)设有平行于彼此并且垂直于板带边缘的三个切割部(C)。

Claims (3)

2.根据权利要求1所述的可变形引导件,其特征在于,U形件的侧带部(B)上的具有切割部的每个区段(Y)设有平行于彼此并且正交于板带边缘的三个切割部或孔(C)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可变形引导件,其特征在于,U形件的中央部分(A)上的具有切割部的每个区段(Y)设有平行于彼此并且与侧带部(B)的外部切割部(C)相对齐的两个切割部(D),并且其中所述中央部分(A)设有具有五侧的两个孔(E),所述五侧中的三侧正交于彼此并且被设置在包括在侧带部(B)和中央部分(A)之间的区域中,并且所述五侧中的其它两侧相对于彼此倾斜,并且相对于其它侧倾斜,同时所述其它两侧之间形成有面朝中央部分(A)中心的顶点。
