Abstract

Description

自增力盘式制动器及其制动衬块
本申请是申请日为2009年7月6日,国家阶段申请号为“200980125841.2”(国际申请号为PCT/EP2009/004863)发明名称为“自增力盘式制动器及其制动衬块”的申请的分案申请。 
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的自增力盘式制动器及其制动衬块。 
背景技术
自增力盘式制动器,例如根据DE102006036278B3所公开的那样,利用在制动时作用在制动衬块上的切向力来补充压紧力,该压紧力由电机驱动装置或气动操作的制动气缸通过压紧装置产生。由此可明显更小地确定驱动装置的尺寸。 
自增力通过自增力装置实现,该装置是压紧装置的组成部分。 
在此,在导向板中,相关于盘式制动器,在轴向方向上固定有可运动的压力顶杆,这些压力顶杆分别与压紧侧的制动衬块、通常支承摩擦衬块的支撑垫板或作为制动器衬块的组成部分的衬块压紧板共同地构成拼合轴承,为此每个压力顶杆在端面上具有轴承滚珠,该轴承滚珠装入配有在制动盘的切线方向上自内向外上升的斜面的凹槽中。 
在制动时,也就是当制动衬块借助于压紧装置压在制动盘上的时候,由于摩擦力该制动衬块在压紧在制动盘上的情况下仍在制动盘的转动方向上运动,其中,在作用在制动盘上的、轴向对齐的制动力增强的情况下,对应的斜面同时沿着轴承滚珠运动。 
在解除制动时,制动衬块借助于复位弹簧回到初始位置,在该位置上拼合轴承实际上不起作用。 
在运行时仍然会出现问题,因为拼合轴承在很大程度上会毫无保护地受到天气和环境的影响。拼合轴承的、可以说开放式的运行导致其受到很大污染和侵蚀,这可导致自增力装置完全停止运转,或至少对其工作效率造成限制。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于对自增力盘式制动器或这种类型的制动衬块这样进行改进,即持续完善其功能安全性并提高其耐用度。 
该目的通过具有权利要求1所述的特征的盘式制动器或通过具有权利要求17所述的特征的制动衬块来实现。 
在制动器未运行的位置上,也就是说当例如轴承滚珠装入衬块压紧板的凹槽中最深的终端位置上时,通过封装拼合轴承这样广泛地保护拼合轴承防止大气和车辆运行的影响,即不会遭受湿气和尘埃侵袭。 
在此可使压力顶杆和衬块压紧板的相互相对的面在一个共同的重叠区域中相互紧密地抵靠在一起,其中通过将制动衬块自其制动位置中拉动出来的复位弹簧将衬块压紧板或制动衬块压向压力顶杆。在这种情况下,压力顶杆的端面和衬块压紧板的支承面构成了密封结构。 
为了补偿公差,可优选地在压力顶杆上设置密封环,该密封环在自增力装置的初始位置上密封地抵靠在衬块压紧板或制动衬块上。 
为了满足机械需求、尤其还有热需求,密封环由耐热的、然而可塑化的材料制成。此外,该密封环可由铜或一种耐热的塑料构成。 
为了进一步阻止侵蚀,根据本发明的思想,由抗锈并防磨损的材料制造拼合轴承的滚动体、通常来讲就是轴承滚珠。例如可淬硬的铬-和镍-合金钢、硬质合金或陶瓷对此适合。 
在其中支承了滚动体的滑动轴承套可由抗锈的或镀锌的钢板制成。 
权利要求17实现了一种用于盘式制动器的制动衬块,尤其是用于自增力盘式制动器的制动衬块,该制动衬块具有承载了摩擦衬块的衬块压紧板以及以下特征a)和b)中的一个或两个:a)在衬块压紧板上或在可安装在衬块压紧板上的另外的板上,在远离摩擦衬块的侧面上形成至少一个具有斜面轮廓的凹槽,b)衬块压紧板或另外的板在远离摩擦衬块的侧面上具有凸肩,该衬块压紧板或另外的板具有可将制动顶杆保持在其中的容纳部。 
这样地,在制动衬块中直接集成了其他的功能,具体来讲一方面增加了至少一个用于滚动体的斜面轮廓并可选地(或尤其优选地增加了)用于至少一个制动顶杆的保持件。优选地,该凸肩是总共三个制动顶杆中的中间的那个凸肩。 
根据本发明的制动衬块的一个有利的改进方案,拼合轴承的斜面引入独立的嵌件中,该嵌件例如通过焊接与制动压紧板或制动支承板相连。 
换言之,可将该斜面与衬块压紧板整体地设计,并通过适当的后处理进行充分抗磨损并抗侵蚀地处理。这种整体的构造能价格尤为低廉并且节省空间地实现。 
此外,这种实施方式还保证在更换制动衬块的时候可以不用重新更换拼合轴承的相应的构件。 
保护拼合轴承防止天气影响、特别是为了防止汽车行驶时产生的喷水从而将导向板设置成槽形,其中制动衬块或衬块压紧板,根据其厚度,部分地装入该槽中。 
因此槽边在侧面上超过了制动衬块,由此,在其与导向板的锅形外形共同作用的时候,在压力顶杆的容纳部的区域内构造了一个迷宫式的密封件,也就是说当制动衬块通过拼合轴承相对于压力顶杆或导向板逐渐远离(abstaendig),并且在压力顶杆和衬块压紧板之间的密封由于密封结构不再适用的时候,该密封件在制动时也起作用。通过导向板的槽形构造,喷水和涌动水不能直接侵入导向板和衬块压紧板之间形成的缝隙中。 
补充性地或可选择地可将相应的密封件固定在各自的轴承滚珠上来保护拼合轴承,该密封件如此设置,即,其一方面将具有斜面的凹槽另一方面将压力顶杆中的轴承区域、也就是轴承套从外面密封。

具体实施方式
在该图中示出了一个自增力盘式制动器,其具有固定在位置固定的制动器底板8上的制动器卡钳1、压紧侧上的制动衬块2以及反应侧上的制动衬块,这些制动衬块可压紧在制动盘上。在实例中仅示出了压紧侧上的制动衬块2。 
为了实现压紧而设置了以扭杆5以及制动顶杆6的形式的压紧装置,所述制动衬块2可通过制动顶杆在轴向方向上(相关于制动盘的转轴)运动。 
另外,还设有自增力装置,其具有分别对应于压力顶杆4的拼合轴承10,这些压力顶杆与用于根据磨损对制动衬块2进行调节的调节装置啮合。 
压力顶杆4利用其面对制动衬块2的端部区域保持在导向板9中,该导向板可在制动器底板8中在压紧方向上移动。 
每个拼合轴承10具有在端面侧嵌入对应的压力顶杆4的、并在该压力顶杆中定位在滑动轴承套13中的轴承滚珠12,另一方面该轴承滚珠装入圆拱形的凹槽中,此凹槽的侧壁根据上升的斜面11设计。 
在制动时,当制动衬块2借助于制动杆5压在制动盘上时,产生切向力,制动衬块2通过该切向力在制动盘的转动方向上根据制动衬块2相对于压力顶杆4的距离变化进行移动。 
在解除制动时,制动衬块2通过复位弹簧7返回所谓的松弛的初始位置上,在该位置上,轴承滚珠12实际上无任何功用地装入在制动衬块2的凹槽中。 
在这个位置上,如可在图中识别的,压力顶杆4和制动衬块2的衬块压紧板3在包围拼合轴承10的情况下相互紧密地抵靠在一起。 
为了补偿公差,在实例中,在压力顶杆4的、朝向衬块压紧板3的端部上布置了密封环14,该密封环优选地由耐热的、可塑化的材料制成,并且其紧密地抵靠在衬块压紧板3的对应的面上。 
可选地或补充性地可如实例中那样,在轴承滚珠12上布置密封环23,滑动轴承套13和拼合轴承10通过该密封环相对于外部环境密封。 
为了引入具有斜面11的凹槽,该凹槽可如在实例的左侧所示的那样与衬块压紧板3构成一个整体。可选地也可以将该凹槽设置在一个独立的嵌件16中,该嵌件与衬块压紧板3固定连接。 
导向板9在其压力顶杆容纳部的区域内具有相反于制动衬块2指向的外翻处(Ausstuelpung),而导向板在其朝向制动衬块2的侧面上配有环绕的槽边15,该槽边限定了导向板9的槽形凹槽,制动衬块2或衬块压紧板3局部地装入该凹槽中。 
通过槽边15即便是在制动时制动衬块2从压力顶杆4上分开的情况下也能覆盖住在导向板9和衬块压紧板3之间所形成的缝隙,从而有效地避免被喷射水侵入。 
制动顶杆6利用其对应的端部区域保持在配有侧凹19的容纳部18中,即在制动衬块2取决于制动的横向移动时可能偏移,其中,使制动顶杆6支撑在制动杆5上的球21作为摆动轴承发挥作用。 
容纳部18被布置在制动压紧板3的、模制的凸肩17中,容纳部具有漏斗状的插入口22,通过该插入口可插入制动顶杆6。 
为了确保其轴向固定,在制动顶杆6的、环绕的槽中布置了有弹性的环20,该环在制动顶杆6插入的时候被压缩到容纳部18中并在导入后张开并抵靠在侧凹19上。

Claims (8)

1.一种盘式制动器的制动衬块,尤其是用于自增力盘式制动器的制动衬块,其具有支承摩擦衬块的衬块压紧板(3),其特征在于以下特征a)和b)中的一个或两个:
a)在所述衬块压紧板(3)上或在可安装在所述衬块压紧板上的另外的板上,在远离所述摩擦衬块的侧面上形成至少一个具有斜面轮廓的凹槽,
b)所述衬块压紧板(3)或所述另外的板在远离所述摩擦衬块的所述侧面上具有凸肩(17),所述凸肩具有可将制动顶杆(6)保持在其中的容纳部(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制动衬块,其特征在于,所述凹槽的侧面设计成上升的斜面(11)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制动衬块,其特征在于,所述斜面设计成滚动体滚动面。
