技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的、能气动操作的盘式制动器。
背景技术
例如,由DE 102008004896A1或DE 102006010215B3已知了这种能气动操作的盘式制动器。在此,能加载压缩空气的制动缸被作为制动力产生装置固定在制动钳的法兰上。
在该制动钳的法兰上,在制动缸旁边通常固定了其它的功能部件,从而因此限制了用于待安装的制动缸或其它功能部件的安装可能性的结构空间。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,这样进一步改进能气动操作的盘式制动器,即该盘式制动器优化了结构空间且能良好地触及那些安装在制动钳上的功能部件。
该目的通过一种具有权利要求1所述的特征的盘式制动器实现。
在根据本发明的制动缸的设计方案中,制动缸设计为至少在与至少一个功能部件重叠的区域中形成凹部,因此较大尺寸的制动缸也可以通过优化结构空间的方式安装在制动钳上。
在从属权利要求中描述了本发明的其它有利的设计方案。
按照根据本发明的实施例变体,(多个)凹部在制动缸的内腔中延伸,其中,(多个)凹部这样形成,即膜沿作用方向能自由地或近似自由地移动。由此阻止了,即凹部将膜的移动范围限制在对与膜联接的气缸挺杆的力走向来说重要的程度内。
根据本发明的另一个实施例变体,制动缸的、接近制动钳的法兰的壳体部件的外周面设计具有至少一个凹入的区域。因此,可以基本上保持制动缸的直径。

具体实施方式
在下面的附图描述中,像上,下,左,右,前,后等概念仅涉及在各个附图中选出的、盘式制动器和其它物体的示例性的图示以及位置。这些概念不应被理解为限制性的,也就是说,这些关系会由于不同的工作位置或镜像对称的设计等而变化。
在图1中,制动缸在整体上用标号1标注,该制动缸固定在制动钳2的法兰3上。该制动缸1具有优选设计为由两个部件组成的壳体6,7,其中两个壳体部件6,7通过张紧带8共同保持住或彼此卷边固定住。两个壳体部件6,7设计为盆形,其中壳体6,7的外周面在朝向彼此的边缘上具有法兰14,张紧带8可包围该法兰14。
制动缸1优选与制动钳2的法兰3旋紧。此外,在制动钳2的法兰3上在制动缸1的旁边布置了至少另一个功能部件4,5,例如形式为用于压紧装置的调节器4,该压紧装置用于为制动摩擦衬片加载压力和/或为设计为用于磨损指示器的连接件的功能部件5加载压力。
为了能最佳地利用制动钳2的法兰3上的供使用的面积,制动缸1必须被引导至非常接近功能部件4,5。为此,制动缸1设计具有至少一个凹部9,10,从而制动缸1和一个或多个功能部件4,5部分地重叠,其中功能部件4,5由于制动缸壳体的凹部9,10的构造而仍然可最佳地接近。此外,通过制动缸壳体的这种造型可以避免制动缸1的直径的缩小并进而避免最大作用于在制动缸1中轴向可移动的气缸挺杆上的力的减小。在此,气缸挺杆作用于优选在制动钳2上偏心地支承的制动旋转杆(未示出),在操纵制动器时,该制动旋转杆由于气缸挺杆的轴向运动而偏转。
凹部延伸进入制动缸1的内腔中,然而没有或仅极小程度地进入膜的运动范围内。重要的是,凹部仅仅将膜的运动范围限制在对于与膜联接的气缸挺杆的力走向来说不重要的程度内。
像在图2至4中示出地,在这里示出的由多个部件组成的制动缸壳体中,制动缸1的、接近制动钳2的法兰3的壳体部件7设计具有两个凹部9,10。该凹入的区域特别位于壳体部件7的底部16和该壳体部件7的圆柱形的外周面15之间的倒圆的边缘的区域中,且优选平行于壳体部件7的倒圆的边缘定位。
为了固定制动缸1,凸起部12从制动缸1的、接近制动钳2的法兰3的壳体部件7的底部16中凸出,两个形成在该凸起部上的套管13竖直地向外伸出,该套管伸入制动钳2的法兰3中的(未示出的)钻孔中并用作为用于将制动缸壳体6,7与制动钳2旋紧的螺丝的引导件。此外,该凸起部12具有用于能轴向移动的气缸挺杆的中央钻孔11。
根据功能部件4,5的设计方案,凹部9,10优选设计为削平部,然而也可以设计为在外侧呈凹形,制动缸1应该安装得尽可能接近该功能部件。当设计了多个凹入区域时,凹部9,10优选地彼此间隔开布置,以便基本上保持气缸壳体的圆柱形的形状并仍然实现盘式制动器的紧凑的结构。
凹部9,10优选通过壳体部件7的压制形成,然而其它成型工艺也是可能的。

Claims (10)

1.一种能气动操作的盘式制动器,具有与制动盘搭接的制动钳(2),其中,在所述制动钳(2)的法兰(3)上固定了能加载压缩空气的、具有位于内部的膜和与所述膜联接的气缸挺杆的制动缸(1)以及至少另一个功能部件(4,5),其特征在于,所述制动缸(1)至少在与至少一个功能部件(4,5)重叠的区域中具有至少一个凹部(9,10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述(多个)凹部(9,10)在所述制动缸(1)的内腔中延伸,其中,所述(多个)凹部(9,10)这样形成,即所述膜沿作用方向能自由地或近似自由地移动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述(多个)凹部(9,10)设计在所述制动缸(1)的、接近所述制动钳(2)的所述法兰(3)的壳体部件(7)的外周面(15)上。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述制动缸(1)的壳体设计为由多个部件组成、特别是由两个部件组成。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,凸起部(12)从所述制动缸(1)的、接近所述制动钳(2)的所述法兰(3)的所述壳体部件(7)的底部(16)中凸出,所述凸起部具有用于能轴向移动的所述气缸挺杆的中央钻孔(11),其中,在远离压力的所述壳体部件(7)的所述底部(16)和圆柱形的所述外周面(15)之间的倒圆的边缘设计为具有至少一个凹部(9,10)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述制动缸(1)的所述至少一个凹部(9,10)这样设计,即所述制动缸(1)的体积位于阈值之上,其中,能施加到所述气缸挺杆上的力不低于最小值。

9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述制动缸(1)具有至少两个彼此间隔开布置的凹部(9,10)。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述制动缸(1)的所述至少一个凹部(9,10)通过压制形成。
