Claims (3)
- 브레이크 패드 어셈블리의 백플레이트에 형성된 이동공 및 이동공에 삽입되어 패드 어셈블리의 이동을 지지하도록 캘리퍼에 고정된 가이드핀과, 상기 캘리퍼가 결합되어 이동하도록 캐리어에 형성된 가이드공 및 여기에 삽입되어 이동하는 가이드로드를 포함하는 디스크 브레이크용 캘리퍼 어셈블리에 있어서,상기 가이드로드의 외주면 및/또는 가이드공의 내면에 코팅되어 가이드로드의 이동 시 마찰을 감소시키도록 구성된 제1코팅부를 포함하며,상기 가이드핀의 외주면 및/또는 이동공의 내면에 코팅되어 가이드핀의 이동 시 마찰을 감소시키도록 구성된 제2코팅부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 캘리퍼 어셈블리.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1, 2코팅부는 테프론으로 코팅하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 캘리퍼 어셈블리.
